Great service and my lashes look very nice. Very relaxing experience. Don't hesitate, you'll like the results.

Hands down Amy is best eyebrow technician I've met. She measures, suggests, educates on go forward maintenance plan. Believe all these 5 star reviews as she's the real deal. read more

I am completely in love! I have short, straight lashes and being a Chinese woman with a monolidded the eyelashes are simply non-exisitent when I have my eyes open. I've done falsies for special occasions, but they're self applied and a huge pain in the ass... Plus I'm probably applying it all wrong. Then comes Amy and the wonders of the lash lift! Amy is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She taught me all about my lashes, how I can maintain them, and most of all... How beautiful they look with a lash lift! I finally have beautiful curled lashes without the need for me to smother them with a curler which only lasts temporary for me. They look long, beautiful, and lush. Most importantly - my eyes look more well rested and "lifted." I highly recommend Amy and I'm a believer in lash lifts for as long as I have lashes! Thank you so much Amy! I am in love with my lashes again!!!! read more

Blue Lotus Aesthetics - Lash lift and tint! - Skin Care Near Me - Mount Prospect, Illinois

I came here for my first lash lift and tint and I'm hooked. Amy was wonderful -- super friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was going to do in detail and didn't rush me while I asked questions. Most of the process is just laying there waiting for the solutions to set. The bed(?) you lay on is very comfortable, there's a blanket if you're cold and Amy even puts a pillow under your knees to keep the stress off your back. She was pretty quiet at first but could tell I was getting restless due to boredom, so she started chatting with me and time flew by. Basically, she has a great bedside manner. In all, my expectations weren't very high but I love the result. I hope it lasts! read more

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Amy, she's the best! I was not entirely sure that the lash lift would work for me, and yet the results were AMAZING. I can't believe I haven't been getting my lashes lifted all along... total gamechanger. I was totally comfortable and almost fell asleep a few times! I started asking Amy some questions about what other services she does, and we got to talking about skincare, which she knows a ton about! I will definitely be going back for my lashes and for a facial in the near future. read more

Blue Lotus Aesthetics - before/after, thanks amy :) - Skin Care Near Me - Mount Prospect, Illinois

I got my eyebrows micro bladed here a couple years ago and had a wonderful experience with Amy. She was detail oriented and professional. She did a great job and they lasted a while. Four years later, the micro blading has finally completely faded (you're supposed to get there redone every year or so... but pandemic! Lol). I am definitely saving up to have them done again! read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about Amy. I have been going to her for 4 years and I will continue to go back. From microblading, to facials to lash lifts to eyebrow waxing, she does amazing work. Not only is she thorough in explaining my skin conditions or her process, she is so sweet and personable. I recommend her to everyone I know, she's just that awesome! read more

After having been to another salon for lashes, while Amy was out - I have realized what a genius she is. I visited two other salons for eye lash extensions. They were thin, sparse, uneven and all around awful for the same price - or more. Amy is a hidden gem! read more

Had a great first experience!! Amy corresponded with me via text to help me decide whether to do a lash lift or extensions. In the end, we went with a lift based on my lifestyle. When I arrived, she took the time to explain the process and answered any remaining questions. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I loved my results with the lift and will be back! read more

Amy is amazing. I have been getting facials for a long time and have had several fabulous aestheticians in other states that I have lived. Amy is one of the best. I happened to stumble upon her while getting my nails done at a salon near by. They recommended her and I am so grateful. She is meticulous with analyzing your skin and understanding what you need to do. She is well trained and very informed. I feel like she knows more than my dermatologist, and my facials are amazing EVERY time. My skin looks fabulous and I get compliments on it all the time; that is because of Amy. I am SO glad I found her!!! Her spa is so cute and spotless. She has tons of equipment and also sells product. She really cares about your skin. At one facial, my skin was just really sensitive for some reason, and she listened to my concerns and still gave me a great facial, being careful of my skin. I have had several facials since then, and each time, she checks in to make sure she is not doing too much. Having had my skin burned by a bad aesthetician who put a peel on for too long, I appreciate the attention to detail and my skin. I love her. I cannot recommend her enough, please schedule an appointment with her! read more

I have finally found my go-to aesthetician in Amy. I was the type of person that never suffered acne or had any skin problems throughout my teens and early 20's. After college, I noticed that my skin texture was not as great as it once was. My skin felt very congested and I would get those under the skin type pimples that would stay for weeks. I was also noticing age spots and sun spots start to creep up on my cheeks. I would get facials once in awhile at random spas and try whatever skincare fad was going on at the time with no results. I'm getting married next year, and I wanted to make sure my face and skin were in the best shape possible. I scoured yelp reviews and was able to find Amy. I booked a consultation with her and was blown away by her knowledge of skincare. Her space in the Phoenix suites is also so beautiful and comfortable. I booked a facial with her and had the best experience. I love that her facials are catered to your needs. Unlike other spas that have a generic European facial, Amy's facials are customized to my skin type and needs. She thoroughly explains each step in the facial process as well as the science behind what's going on with your skin. My skin felt so healthy and hydrated after my facial. She also gave me a few samples of the skincare line she carries which were really great too. She gave me great recommendations for a home care routine and maintenance. I live in Chicago, but I will continue to make the trek out to the burbs to get a facial with Amy. After my experience with Amy, I recommended her to my mom who has now seen her twice in the past two months. We really can't say enough good things about Amy! read more

I cannot wait to see Amy again in the near future. It has been a while since I've last seen Amy (due to a lay off), but I will never forget how thorough she was with her questions and my skin concerns. Absolutely recommend her business! read more

Amy is amazing; she spent so much time with me at our first appointment, took a detailed history, gave me product suggestions and great advice. Then she performed a custom facial that was super relaxing and cleared up my acne-prone skin! Her studio was clean and organized, and she was very professional- highly recommend! read more

Overall: If you aren't sure what your face needs and want a comfortable experience with someone who will communicate and educate you about what your face needs, Amy is your person. She has all the knowledge, experience, and tools she needs to heal your face and she will only sell you products or services you need. She is the only person I trust with my face, and the only person who was able to find solutions for me. My Story: Amy absolutely saved my face - twice. I am 22 years old and I first went to her in a different location when I was 20. For years I had tried different procedures at home and at face/beauty places, but nothing and no one worked until I went to Amy. She knew what procedures to do, made sure I knew everything I was getting into and why we were doing it, and followed-up to make sure I was okay with the process and what I took home with me. Two years later, my face went a crazy again and I needed to find her. She did totally different processes tailored to what my skin needs now. She is a blessing and I don't say that lightly. She will have me as a client for life. I'm sure if you didn't need as much handholding, she would adjust, but I like to know everything about what is happening. read more

I love Amy! She's amazing - microblading, dermaplaning facials, skin tag removal, getting rid of spots due to sun damage - she does it all. I was recommended to her by my daughter who had nothing but good things to say about her as well. She very knowledgeable and really takes her time with me during our appointments. I have been going to Amy for over a year now and I can really see a noticeable improvement in my skin. Oh, I forgot to mention that she can evaluate what you are currently using for your skin routine and tell you what you are doing wrong. I highly recommend Amy - you won't be able to go for your average facial after an appointment with her. read more

Best decision I made was reaching out to Blue Lotus and talking to Amy about getting a lash lift. Amy was patient, very thorough, a perfectionist and more importantly got these stubborn straight lashes to have that beautiful curl. My only regret was not doing this any sooner as this was my first time. Amy has a longtime customer with me as the lash lift makes a dramatic difference to the eyes and lashes. Thank you Amy, you are fantastic! read more

Amy is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and her facials are so great. She makes it clear that the facial is not only for the day to make your face feel good but it's more about how to improve your skin. I got her custom facial and she explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. It really helped me understand my skin better. She also gave great tips about what to change in my skin routine. She even told me I can text her anytime if I have any questions which is going above and beyond a one day facial! I truly cannot wait until my next facial and think everyone should go to Amy! You won't regret it. read more

I came here to remove my eyelashes that I had put on by someone else. I have been to 3 different people for eyelashes before I was recommended to to come here. Amy Lee way very easy to work with and very accommodating. In my previous experience many people "seemed" to know what they were doing, but with Amy Lee it was obvious to me she has a lot of experience. Even though she just removed my eyelashes she was very informative and knowledgable on different lashes that are out. I am going to come back to her for my future lashes and possible other services. Her salon was very clean. It was a pleasure coming to her, she is very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for eyelash extensions and other services. read more

I went to Blue Lotus for the first time recently and had such a great experience, I joined Yelp just to write this review. This place needs to be known! I had a facial which included a facial massage and other skin treatments. It was truly the best I ever had. My skin has never felt so clean and healthy. Amy provides informed, attentive service. She answered so many questions, not only about which treatments would be best for me, but also specifics about what I could do at home to support the health of my skin. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and informed! The prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. You just can't beat that. read more

Amy does wonders! I have stubborn Asian eyelashes that point straight down, and she was able to give them a natural noticeable curl. She made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. The salon itself is very well kept. You get to lay under a nice warm blanket and take a nap during the process if you'd like. I chatted with Amy instead since she is so personable! I highly recommend getting a lash lift! read more

Couldn't have had a better experience. Amy is the most knowledgeable aesthetician I have ever used. Her medical background really shined through during my initial facial. She educated me with big words and a much appreciated dumbed-down explanation. Extremely relaxing and even more so therapeutic. Amy was also great to talk to and had me feeling like I've known her for years after just one treatment. I have never had such great professional service for such a reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I set up my next appointment before I left. Highly recommend for any skin issues or if you just want to relax. Thank you again Amy! read more

My experience with Amy has been nothing but amazing . She is so thorough and thoughtful in providing the right type of services for your skin type . She is very sweet and very knowledgeable in the services that she provides and takes the time to explain whatever questions or concerns you may have. I felt a huge difference in my skin after having a facial with her and definitely noticed the difference in my skin texture . I have gone back a few times and also have had eye lash extensions done by her. I have had lash extensions for over two years now and have gone to several other lash studios to have them done but my experience this time was so great I wish I could take Amy with me when I move overseas! There was no excess glue or a feeling of "tightness" what so ever when I opened my eyes And on top of that I love love love the way my lashes look. Natural but way better this my natural lashes.
