I went in for a lash lift and tint. I have previously had this service done before at a different business, so I know how the procedure works. The employee took about 2.5 hours for the entire procedure. She was also taking walk ins for eye brow threading. I had the setting solution on for literally an hour while she was working on other people. My lashes are not even lifted that much, mine typically go straight down but now they are just straight out and curled on the ends. Also, once she finished she did not give me any instructions for afterwards, no spoolie, nothing. I was very disappointed in the service. Have been going here since the place opened. However, service has been falling. There's longer waittimes and understatfing and no encouragement for appoitments to reduce wait times. Last time I got my eyebrows done here, the tech went SO thin, I lost half of my eyebrows. She claimed she shaped them, but it's just a straight line with half of my actual eyebrows gone missing. The most crooked job.. kept asking her to fix it & she kept saying no it'll grow into it. Constant pressure for mustache & tinting. No more punch cards either. The establishment is clean and Vani still practices safely, wearing a mask whenever she does my eyebrows. (I wear a mask, too.) They recently increased their waxing price (now $11). I had a great experience. I can't remember the name of the woman who helped me, but I was there Wednesday July 1 at 3pm. Given the understandable restrictions of needing to wear a mask, she misheard me and thought I wanted a lash tint instead of brow. She had begun the lashes and I was a little nervous to speak up but once we solved things she quickly pivoted to my brows. The threading was beautiful and the tint was perfect. I will be requesting her in the future... I'll need to call and get her name! They didn't charge for the lashes - although maybe they should have because it was me being too shy to say something that allowed it to go on as long as it did. Tried a new place as mine was closed. Same day appointment a positive & the lady was nice within my 5min appt session. However she chopped my brows so short and sparse. I knew I shouldn't have trusted the place when I walked in and watched the lack of sanitation, which was none from client to client. I drew in my eyebrows and said I know there's minimal hair in parts of where I have shading in however if you can only clean up outside the stenciled area. She said sure no problem, easy enough right? Next thing you know I look at the mirror and half my brow is gone, I was kinda in shock.. I feel like I am 15 years old and just made a mistake at the wrong place. I'm so upset i decided to trust this place. We all know eyebrows don't grow in fast. I'd advice against this place unfortunately..so sad and disappointed my eyebrows are half gone in length!! ------------- Response from the owner a day ago Hey Amanda sorry for your experience but i mentioned bold spots before threading your eyebrows and asked you if you tweeze,your response was it happened by waxing over time.
