I walk past by this place everyday from train station to my place. I live pretty close by and thought I'd give it a shot. I wanted to get my arms (Full)waxed and t was in the last minute so I gave them a call asking if I could walk in. Luckily, given its a week day and at noon there's not much wait time and they said I could come in. Savvy was the person who is at the salon at that time and who attended me. She is very nice, welcoming and cheerful. She is very Thorough(Also quick) and also cared to double check if I was satisfied with the work. Few customers stopped by meanwhile she is attending me but she made sure not to keep me waiting. I give the place is small and isn't fancy as many other salons but you get the right kind of results(At least by far my experience says so). I had some questions about other service i might get in the future and she did take time to answer them very well. I'd probably go here more often and highly recommended. read more

Love it when Sharan does my eyebrows. The other times not so much. There was one girl who listened to my request and was able to do as asked. The other one, unfortunately didn't get her name but she took care of me Friday around 12 pm ... she tells me my eyebrows are crooked and then she proceeds to do them and make them crooked from the end. They look worse than they did when I came in when I only asked to get cleaned up. It's unfortunate that I can't come in here unless Sharan is in as I know she's got her own life. I've been here 2x now for eyebrow threading. There hasn't been much of a wait for walk-ins. It's quick and they do a nice job taking time to actually shape your eyebrows. It's only $5 for threading, which is a good deal! They also have a punch card, so on your 10th threading you get one free! I'll be back! read more

I got a Brazilian from here and it was the easiest wax session I have ever been to. I'm particularly sensitive to pain, but Sharon did it so nice and quick that it took at max 10 minutes and it was a wonderful job. I'm definitely coming here from now on! read more

I do not recommend getting eyelash extensions from here. I got them on and off within two days cause of how unnatural they felt, and how uncomfortable and not flattering they were. I asked for very natural lashes and they came out very thick and clumpy (and uneven) And when I got them taken off the next day my eyes were burning so bad for two hours straight. It was terrible and I couldn't even open my eyes for a solid 20 minutes. They also made me pay for the service after my eyes were in terrible pain the whole time. They are very nice, but do not recommend any eyelash affiliated services here. read more

Came to this salon last minute, luckily for me i came right before the rush. I initially wanted a haircut, which i did receive. I haven't cut my hair in nearly years due to the fact that I'm just scared to chop it off, lame..i know. So i trusted Sharan with my hair and I have to say what a great decision. I am very specific about who does my hair and eyebrows. She gave me beautiful layers! I started getting creative and figure why the hell not, lets do the eyebrows, after all first time customers are FREE. So, I did it. Although my heart did not want to, LOL. She gave me beautiful eye brows. She knows what shes doing. I also did the eyelash extensions which looked amaaaaaaaaazing, she put them on so great and I received many compliments as soon as i put them on, but the maintenance on them are just a little too much for me, whom likes to just roll out of the bed and go. I went here specifically to get my eyebrows tinted. Sharan was super sweet and told me exactly what she would do, how long she would leave the color on for and gave me input on what color to choose for my brows. She made sure I got them exactly like I wanted and I was more than pleased when I saw the result. Only took five minutes too! Didn't stain the skin only colored the hairs and it lasts weeks. I really wanted to like this place considering how affordable it was, but the service I got was poor. The lady that did it seemed unqualified to be honest. She wasn't sure if shes supposed to tint or curl my lashes first, she had to call and ask her manager. I guess I should've walked away when she told me that. I came yesterday night. This was my first time for these services. I got tinting for my eyebrows, eyelash tinting(which I shouldn't have gotten since my eyes are sensitive and this shit will make your eyes burn) she did not warn me about this which I get that you want the $$ and all, but I think they should really warn people about it. I also got my eyelashes curled/permed. It is uneven and didn't do much at all. My eyelashes are actually long just not full. Which bums me out. I will still need to curl my eyelashes. Which just sucks. Money wasted. I wont be coming back nor will I recommend this place to my friends. read more

Worst experience ever!!! The quality of the eyelash extensions is very poor and she burned my friend's eye!!! Then when we mentioned that the lashes didn't look right and she told us it would look better when she had makeup on and used a curler?! Then we asked her to show us with a eyelash curler and she didn't even have one!!! To top off she actually charged us for the eyebrow tint that we asked to practically remove since it was way too dark! Ghetto, dirty and obviously not good! Stay away!!!! read more

I love this place especially Sidra! She does my eyebrow threading and tint really well! I would have given this a five star solely because of Sidra as I've never had any issues til today. This other younger indian lady did my eyebrows who took forever to even get one eyebrow done! Not only that she doesn't even communicate when she is done or what she is going to do next. I asked if it was her first time she responds with a no but clearly it was obvious that it was! Most eyebrow threading places are very fast at what they do and knows how to take care of a customer!!! On top of that she screwed up my eyebrows!!!! I've never had my eyebrows so uneven from this place its ridiculous!!! Its too frustrating!!! She doesn't even offer a mirror for me to look at! I had to make the initiative to simply look for a freaking mirror!!! It gets better she doesn't even apologize at all!!! Not too sure what kind of customer service this place holds! I am seriously not going to be paying for them to do my tint or eyebrows ever again!!!
