When trying to make an appointment for myself, I called 3x within a 30 minute span and had no answer. Months back when I called for more info about gift cards for my mom, they also didn't pick up. Nonetheless, both times they called back a little while later and left a voicemail, so I appreciated the reach out! They answered both times when I called them back afterwards and everything was set. Booking via phone was super easy, and they also have an online booking system as well. The spa is super clean, cute, and modern. Halina is who took care of me the entire time and I absolutely adored her! So down-to-earth, friendly, and absolutely great at her job. I got a 90-minute signature facial ($120) and it was worth every penny. I didn't even know this came with it but she also massaged my arms, shoulders, and feet! I felt so relaxed and my skin was flawlessly hydrated after. I loved every part of the facial, even the extraction (she made it as painless as possible). I will definitely be coming here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a facial, massage, wax, laser, etc. (they have tons of services!) I had the setting solution on for literally an hour while she was working on other people. My lashes are not even lifted that much, mine typically go straight down but now they are just straight out and curled on the ends. Also, once she finished she did not give me any instructions for afterwards, no spoolie, nothing. I was very disappointed in the service. As of 2024, these have gone up more than $10 since the Covid pandemic, and lately Zoe has implemented these really annoying nickel and diming charges for basic things like takeoff of dip and a polygel patch for a toe with a chip in it at $5 a pop. Moreover its very irritating to not have my appointment times kept, while they hound you with reminder texts and lecture you being a few minutes late when it's obvious they took a walk-in who has been there awhile, and hasn't had their color done yet when you arrive for your appointment 5 to 15m early. Ended up waiting 45m while someone else started the takeoff and pedicure, it really is touch n go, and some of the techs do half ass work or have a less than stellar attitude. The second time this happened, I asked loudly why I bother making appointments, especially when I had been reassured this was not going to happen again when I made this one. Of course it did... I needed my roots touched up and a cut to reshape my current style. My hair is fairly short. I did not receive my same haircut, in fact I cut it when I could inspect it more when I arrived home. I went to pay for what I now was clearly becoming distraught about, and I was told my bill was $550. I gasped! I did not even have a full color, I has in the shop for less than an hour, this would have bought me more than two haircuts and colors at my regular salon. I asked for the breakdown in price and was not given one. This is outrageous! Not to mention I cut my own hair when I arrived home. I have no words.
