I was asked to book my next appointment before I left and leave a 5-star Google review while she watched. Stressful for me, not relaxing.

I booked and an appointment for a mini facial but we consulted with Constance who helped us with a full cleanse facial for my mother. This was a great gift for my mother a day before my wedding. I researched this place online prior to booking and before flying to Chicago. Constance's room suite is inside the main Salon building. There's many individual businesses but hers is suite 129. The suite is a very welcoming room with warm sheets ready for the client and nice dim lighting. Constance is very professional and the process of the facial and cleanse was very smoothing for my mother, who never had a facial. My mother enjoyed every minute of it even, though at first she was nervous as not to know what to expect. Constandce was very patient and communicative about everything she was doing and its purpose. Living in LA I can surely say that Constance's experience and excellent service is like something you would find in Beverly Hills but better because she is giving each client a one-one. This is her own business and she is a professional Esthetician She understands some basic Spanish and speaks English. Constance is a beautiful person, inside and out. Her work is quality and the care of others. We'll definitely be returning, especially my mother to follow up on her skin condition as it was dry and Constance recommended some products that my mother has been noticing a difference with. We're so thankful to have come to Constance and highly recommend her services.

They had a great conversation about the service and she mentioned this was a birthday gift. We were really looking forward to getting our facials. We walked into the salon at 5:50 (10 min early). We we greeted by the hair stylist who asked us what our services were for and told us that the ladies (cannot remember their name) would be with us shortly. 30 min later no one came out. We asked the stylist about the facials and she went to back and checked and came back and said someone will be with us shortly. We waited a few min and left. Poor customer service. We received the reminder text for our appointment at 6, yet no one came out. My cousin and I discussed doing a mini facial because we had plans at 715, however we decided against it.
