Instead of trying to resolve concerns or make the experience better, she came across as dismissive and unfriendly. Another frustrating part is the constant extra charges. Everything seems to cost extra, $5 for this, $3 for that, and it quickly adds up. By the end of the service, the total is much higher than what you expected. Customer service and transparency about pricing are really important, and unfortunately this place lacks both. I wouldn't recommend it if you value respectful service and clear pricing

Let me just say, I'm obsessed with my nails and amazed at how well they did my nails. First of all, I really appreciate the salon for not rushing me when picking out a color. I always get a no-chip gel manicure, and I was surprised when they did 2 layers of gel base, and THREE layers of gel polish. All places I've been to only does one base coat and 2 (at best) of gel polish. I believe my nail tech was Quynh and she really made sure to evenly coat my nails, and she even coated all of the sides (which is a problem I've had with other places). I came in for a no-chip manicure and pedicure, and today I just did a color change for my toes with a no-chip manicure (total cost: $80). While it's on the pricier side, my nails lasted over a month the last time, so it's definitely worth the price. Kristina (apologies if I'm spelling it wrong!) was kind, respectful, and very professional. I especially appreciate how sanitary she was--she asked me to wash my hands twice, wore headwear, and always kept gloves on. The salon itself is chic and well-maintained. The only thing I'd suggest for improvement is perhaps spending a little more time on hand and foot massages or offering complimentary drinks to enhance the experience even further. I also liked that the salon seemed bright with lots of stations. Also a plus, Dazzle Dry manicures were available. A basic mani is $21, with an additional charge of $10 for Dazzle Dry. These prices are in line with what I've experienced. They asked me if I needed my brows done. I said no. They asked me again. Again, no. I am familiar with Dazzle Dry manicures. I also have the products at home. The polish remover was not Dazzle Dry. Neither was coat #1 a branded DD product. I know the polish was DD, because it was on the label. I could see the top coat was DD. The tech rather roughly removed polish with the non-DD remover. Then she left to do a pedicure. Another tech took her place to complete the manicure. She asked me if I wanted my brows done. No. She repeated the question. I started to feel quite self-conscious. Do I have a Frida monobrow? Eugene Levy brows? My nails look nice and I was overall pleased with the service.

She also didn't tell me that one of my nails was almost coming off on my left foot. Lastly she didn't shape my left pinky toe well. It was a straight across and the left corner was pointy vs slightly curved. I was quoted $30 for the Pedi over the phone but I guess they added $5 to remove the no chip? Not a big deal, just stating for info purposes. Unfortunately I won't be returning.
