When I first came here, they paired me with Zhanna and I've back been back numerous times since. She is what I consider a nail Doctor, who immediately gave me a plan of what we would do to make my nails stronger, starting with a full set, then fill, now builder gel. I've never had a technician care about the health of my nails and work so hard and getting rid of skin build up and widening my nail bed. Her pedicures are beautiful too. I had been getting mani pedis from another salon that, because of the shape, were either not lasting or causing ingrowns. She said no, they are individual! I drove all the way there and got in the chair only for her to say, oh we don't do individuals. I proceeded to explain that I just called and they said they did do individual. She says oh we call them individual. So basically they lie to get you in there. Please know they do not offer individual lashes, only clusters that will fall off the minute they get wet. Completely a Waste of time!

When I went to pay I gave her a $10 and she said "Honey, next time I charge you $10 because not many fell out this time but maybe next time yes" I was going to give her a $5 tip anyway but this is a shame since their printed prices have $5 on it. Needless to say she didn't give me change back and I walked away but business like this is what makes me stop visiting them. They do a good job but I hate false advertising. Not only is Cair a true professional (on time, amazing make up selection, knowledgable, and has great time management skills) but she has amazing talent, and has an amazing personality (great way to start off 6 hours of picture taking). When she couldn't find a shade of lip gloss to match my outfit and complexion, she made a custom shade for me and it was perfect. Cair made me look so flawless that the photographer didn't have to photoshop the pictures besides saturation levels and cropping the images.
