This was my first time here. I made an appointment to have my hair cut and permed. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and kindness. I was offered coffee, tea or water. My stylist was Monika. She was so nice and sweet. Always making sure I was comfortable. She did an awesome job on my hair. My hair is all silver and grey. The perm came out so nice and the cut and style were perfect. I do not recommend you use this salon. My daughter had a recent partial highlight appointment with Ania and it was if her hair was not colored. Her hairline roots were barely colored. The appointment was shorter and quicker than usual. When my daughter called back right after she had left to see if it could be fixed Ania told her she did not have time to fix it. I then called and asked to speak to the manager or owner. I was told neither were available. I then spoke to Ania and expressed that while in the past we have been happy with her services this time we were not happy with the color. We hoped to have it fixed. Other people I know have had their colorists happily bring them back in to remedy the situation. But Ania became angry and told me to go pay another salon to have it fixed and hung up on me. This treatment and customer service is completely unacceptable. It was shocking to be hung up on and for this reason and the poor service given I cannot recommend you visit this salon. read more

Ladies: You must try the Komido Facial lifting massage!!!! Renata provides a fantastic service. Komido is a Japanese lifting facial/massage, and it REALLY works!!! In four appointments, my skin, and the beginnings of gravity (laugh lines, "elevens") are much less distinct, and my skin feels like a baby's bottom. I have been going to this salon since it opened earlier this year. I love all the stylists there and it is a clean, relaxed salon. I actually just took my entire bridal party (8 girls + myself) there on my wedding day and all the girls just loved the way their hair turned out. Also, I was impressed with how everyone dealt with a full salon on a time crunch. I have been seeing Diana for years and she always knows exactly what I want to do with my hair. I found this place a couple months ago and I absolutely love it! I had an appointment with Nikki. And she is definitely a magician!:) My hair are long and need really good cut otherwise I need to put them in a pony tail. It's been over two months and I still don't have any troubles with styling my hair. So without doubt the cut was so professional. The staff was so nice too. I really do like going to this small salon. I just go for a cut/blow dry. Been going to Megan for a few years and she is always pleasant and does her best. The hair dressers were extremely helpful and very nice . The whole time I was there, I felt like I wasn't neglected and they really took care of me. The atmosphere was very friendly and I didn't feel like I was just another customer. Not only were they professional in their work, but the salon also was professional itself. When I finally got my look done, I felt like a brand new person. I could hardly recognize myself in the mirror. It was that amazing! I'm giving this salon 2 stars based only on the waxing services. I've only been here once, and had an appointment for a second service but after today I won't be going back. My first appointment was canceled the day of. I drove all the way to the salon only for them to tell me something came up. Today I received a call canceling my second appointment because once again something came up. I just feel this is irresponsible, and clearly you don't care for my business. Also, the cost of a wax is double what it normally costs. Thanks, but no thanks. I'd rather go somewhere where I don't have to worry if my appointment will be canceled. read more

Found this salon on Yelp and decided to try Renata for a Brazilian bikini wax and full Leg wax...I have been to others for this service and it was so painful and uncomfortable I really wasn't looking forward to doing it again! I went because I was heading to DR and was in need.Renata gave me the most PAINLESS and comfortable wax I have EVER experienced!!! Not only was she fast,professional and super clean,but the hair did not grow back for 6 weeks! Renata explained that at other places if a high quality wax is not used the hair does not come out from the root making it grow back faster! I will never wax elsewhere again! I have naturally curly hair so I need an experienced hair stylist to know what a great cut is for curly hair. Diana is FABULOUS! They were able to fit us in LAST minute for two bridal hair styles and two manicures. Magda did a fantastic job on my hair (the bride) and gave me a non-traditional, non-up 'do. I love my stylist. BUT trying to get an appointment with a dermatologist is easier - booking an appointment should not be so complicated. My last trip, there were some miscommunications with the scheduling, "come at 4." "no, come at 4:30" -- there shouldn't have to be that many calls to a customer, but it all stemmed from the fact that I requested specific services and was booked for the wrong services. This time I am unable to schedule an appointment for anytime after 4, and not on a date that my stylist normally works [me: fine, give me the first available evening appt; salon: sure, there's a 6pm on 11/X; me: sure, put me down for that appt; salon: can i get your name and number so the stylist can call you back? I need to check if this is okay with her; me: so you're saying this appointment isn't available] -- I'm sorry, my personal circumstances don't allow for me to plan a hair appointment a month in advance, and I do not work near my home (which is near the salon). It is ridiculous -- planning for hair services should be a source of excitement .... not a constant source of frustration! Planning a hair appt at this salon is always incredibly frustrating and every time (at least the past 8 experiences) I tell myself never again and that I need a new salon. read more

I just moved here recently to this area and was in need for a new sylist, since mine was so far from me now and a friend recommnded Jack Alexander. Im so happy i listened and went and tried it out. I left so satisfied...all i wanted was a trim and some layers I have an appt in a couple weeks to get my weave done...so well see how that goes but from what Ive seen so far they are very professional and know what their doing so im not worried. def recommend this to anyone come try them out there amazing! read more

I really wanted to love this place, especially since it is just down the street from me. I have extremely thick, long hair, and I asked for a stylist who was experienced with that. The stylist was polite, but I felt like she wanted to get through the cut as quickly as possible; I was in and out in under 45 minutes, which for my hair is some kind of record. We discussed what I wanted and what would work with my hair, and somehow I ended up with the exact opposite. I also mentioned that I hated having hair in my eyes, so of course, I ended up with bangs that I had to hold out of my face to even pay at the reception desk. The stylist didn't even show me the back of the cut with a mirror before walking me out, where I was charged $75. I wouldn't have minded any of this if the cut had been good, but it wasn't. There were uneven pieces cut straight across that didn't blend in with the rest my hair, and the overall cut just doesn't work with my hair texture. I was very disappointed, especially after reading the good reviews. read more
