I've officially been coming to Nikki Nails for over a year and I'm so glad to have found them! Last year I was looking for a place that did designs on no chip/gel nails as a lot of places don't always offer it because of the layers/heating for no chip. Nikki nails not only does it, but does it really well! I've mostly seen Jay the last year and I enjoy him a lot; I've also seen Kevin twice when Jay was on vacation/unavailable. The service for me is always great and the establishment is always clean. Since then, I've recommended my mom to Nikki Nails and she also sees Jay now too for her no chips. Would definitely recommend! read more

Ever since I moved closer to this area, I've been incredibly impressed with the quality of service and quick responses you get for these appts. They let you book your appt with Booksy, it's quick and easy. Being pregnant recently, the deluxe pedicure with Jay has been an especially rewarding treat for me! I love to bring my mama with as well. I like that they keep the chatter and small talk to a minimum because I talk all damn day as an RN at work, it's nice to have a quiet and peaceful environment. The deluxe pedicure includes a relaxing leg massage and a salt scrub for your feet that is very special! I like that they're polite here and staff has it quiet and serene in here. I think music could add a nicer touch though vs tv shows. I will be a regular customer, I love to work with the lady that does my manicure, she was patient and spent her time making sure I had the right colors for these cute ass Orange shade nails for my bday. I am very happy with my nails, I hope lots of others there can help with picking colors as the lady is very patient. She deserves five stars and so does my guy, Jay! Thank you Nikki Nails! Y'all are fire at your jobs. read more

Next time, I'll have to add a picture, but I prefer to get a dip. I just don't like how they often look bubbly. Without a doubt the technicians here have done the best job on my dips. They come out looking smooth, no bubble fingers and they pay meticulous attention to detail. Always ends up lasting me over a month. Obviously there's grout, but the manicure itself is still in good condition. read more

Such a cute new nail salon that just recently opened up! For their grand opening, they're doing 20% off services so my friend and I called and booked an appointment together. I got a no chip manicure from a young gentleman (I didn't catch his name) and he was so great! Super friendly and really took his time with my nails. I LOVED how they turned out! I have literally nubs for nails and he made them look very cute and neat. The nails originally would be $36, but were $28 with the discount. There was no one else there besides my friend and I, but that's because this place doesn't have the recognition it deserves yet! They have a gray and light green color scheme going on, and it's SO nice, clean, and luxe inside. The chairs are comfortable, too, and there's more room inside than it appears from the outside. I'll totally be coming back here again! No complaints! read more

did a great job on doing a dip nail service. Walked right in and was taken. Hadn't had my nail done in years and it made3 me feel elegant

Super easy and fast. They do a great job. Very happy with the guys and how quick they get you in and out.

Went in for a 2 week fill. I'm not from the city but my nails were already so pretty, thin & great shape. Asked for a normal white French tip. The shape came out FAT & thick with bumps everywhere. Decided to trust the process but in the end the white French tip were all different sizes. Shape was still dull & fat. Asked for them to please just remove the color and give me a basic pink. Nails still look chunky & polish looks gross. Don't recommend for acrylic nails. read more

I am so happy this salon finally opened! I recently moved to the area and have been trying to find my new nail spot and I think I can stop looking now. I went a couple weeks ago and got a regular pedicure and a dip manicure and they did a fantastic job. I loved that they showed me the dip colors that they had matching polish for so I could match my toes and hands. They also had a great variety of colors. Kevin did my manicure with almond shape and was great. I'll definitely be going back to him! read more

Been here three times and the service is ok. Went in for a full set of acrylics about two weeks ago and sort of disappointed about how the acrylic nail was put on some of my fingers. The nail tech did not even use any tools to clean up around my nails, I had loose skin and my cuticles were not pushed back. Only dremeled and filed. One acrylic nail wasn't even glued on correctly. But the gel nail polish lasted and did not chip. Second time going in, The nail tech took more time to work around my nails and my cuticle but still didn't use tools to clean them up. Only dremeled and filed. But the gel nail polish lasted and did not chip. Third time was not even a day, and I have two nails with gel nail polish coming off and one where the acrylic nail wasn't placed properly is now chipped away a bit. I'm am very disappointed about the service and how fast the nail tech went on this visit. CLEAR since my nails are pretty chipped. Hope I don't get charged to fix them! read more

Great nail salon. I went in for a no chip mani/pedi and received swift and high quality service. They file well and we're also reasonably priced around $70 for a no chip mani/ regular pedi together. read more

I received a pedicure with paraffin treatment and it was fantastic. The facility was very clean. They have a large variety of colors and they are very organized. They were very accommodating that I brought a young child with me also. I really like that you can make an appointment easily online. Will definitely come back for more services. read more

Will not be back. I've had nothing but good experiences here before today. The gentleman doing my pedicure took out a big chunk of my toenail on my toe next to my pinky and made me bleed. Now I have to be worried about getting an infection. He tried telling me I had ingrowns on all my toes when I asked to stop the service. Will NOT be back read more

Decided to try the new salon in town. I was able to make a same day appointment, which was nice. Service was outstanding. The gentleman who provided the services, was very nice and friendly. There was a steady stream of customers and there were three attendants. Pricing is reasonable and consistent with other nail salon. Definitely will try it again. read more

After exploring almost all nail salons in the area, I'm finally happy to say I found a nail salon I want to go back to again. Customer service is amazing. Quality of work is amazing. And most of all they treated my 13 year old daughter just like any adult client and listed to her and treated her with respect. I've been to salons where she get treated and dismissed like she's 5 and that's a big no go! So thank you Nikki staff for amazing quality work. read more

Disappointing experience. I made an appointment and needed to wait 15 minutes past my time to be helped. My nail tech clipped her own nails while working on mine. It's been 3 days and I already have two chips on my gel manicure. Wouldn't recommend. read more

If I could give it 4.5 stars, I would. Super friendly service, CLEAN environment, beautiful job! The only reason it wasn't perfect: I wasn't aware that pushing back and cleaning cuticles was an added service ($10) so I didn't ask for it when I made my appointment. I *think* that's why my dip manicure started coming off at the base of my nails after three days. I'll give this place another shot (WITH the cuticle service) and see how it ends up. Like I said, they were so nice I think it deserves a second chance. read more

I had a 10:30 appt. today for a manicure and eye brow wax. The person that did my nails didn't know very much about a manicure. I had to tell him he needed to give me a hand massage. I brought my polish and he was going to use his and he needed to be reminded. Eye brow wax was OK - entire appt. was 25 minutes. Not at all what I was expecting from the reviews. read more

Staff always doing a very thorough and neat job, no matter who is working. They professionally disinfect their utensils before each client (come sealed in sterile packaging) which is a huge plus point. Very polite and pleasant atmosphere. I only come here to get my nails done! read more

Came in for a pedicure after reading some reviews on here and I'm glad I did. Jay did a fantastic job- I was relaxed and had soft beautiful feet walking out. I had given myself a huge cut on my shin right before my appointment and he expertly avoided touching it or getting it wet. Total bonus that you can make appointments online. I will be back! read more

This place was great! It was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. I took my boyfriend with me to get pedicures and they did a great job! I had really calloused and rough heels, and now they are super soft. Would definitely recommend! I will be back! read more

My first time here and I have nothing but positive things to say! I had a signature pedi and no chip mani and was pleased with both. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and attended to. They were true to appointment times and I did not feel rushed at all. All employees were extremely nice and welcoming. Definitely coming back! read more

Place is relatively new and very clean. Not to mention the staff are helpful and friendly when it came to service. 100% recommend!

Been coming here with my sister every two weeks since they opened, and it was great until today. Made an appointment yesterday for 10am today and arrived at 9:38am. Was told to pick my color and take a seat. Sat there until 10:50 and left because it was still going to be another 25 minutes until a nail tech was available to start me. A male nail tech finished a pedi and mani and then left. I asked the other nail tech if he was just running to his car or what and if he was going to do me next since he finished his client and she said no he left for a few hours. No explanation or apology was given to me for wasting all that time and not even getting anything done. Will not be returning here or recommending them. read more
