Update :After a few visits, I got to experience most of the nail technicians and by my last experience I unfortunately won't be returning. I did not get what I wanted, the left hand nails was far off the right hand nails, very noticeable!! Ones where pointy, while other ones were more of an oval shape, they had uneven bumps on top, and to make it worse, underneath the nails their was leftover acrylic, she didn't drill it out. She was super nice and gentle but not what I was expecting at all. Best nail techinican the young male or older male in the shop. The older male tends to ask you to pay half way through the job, makes it feel a bit rushed but he gets the job done. read more

My friend had recommended this location to me, & it's honestly amazing. They welcome walk ins, however I called and was able to make an appointment within that hour. They are quick to answer the phone & while I was there I noticed that If a customer had walked in, they made sure that person wasn't waiting long. Stopped going. Owner (Tommy) refused to schedule me over the phone, and in person. He would acknowledge I was a regular by calling me by name when I walked in, yet, put me in with an older nail tech who 1. doesn't know how to lay acrylic 2. Consistently over charged me every time (after three times I stopped going after going there for two years). When the owner did do my nails, he would make rude comments to me about my nails, and other unnecessary remarks about my personal life when he did my nails. I asked for Tina and Nina - other nail techs and he would never schedule me with anyone saying things like "we cant schedule further out. How long til you can come, oh just walk in." I returned and put up with it because of how close it was in hopes of better service, and was so disappointed I have been driving across town to my prior long-term nail tech. Terrible customer service and nails. My toe nails started cracking literally 3 days after my pedicure with this salon. On top of that I came back to get it fixed and waited in line. I stepped outside for 2 minutes to make a phone call and when I walk back in the man in the front states he thought we left and gave up our spot to someone else. When we asked why he would do that knowing we did sign in for a place in line, he responded with "yeah sorry I thought you left". I was literally standing outside of the shop, you could've just waited until I came back in it's not like I walked off or even got in my car. I was instantly greeted when I walked in and there was a good amount of business around 130 pm. The menu is easy to read and very affordable. I was surprised how spacious the salon was. The nail tech was very responsive and listened to what I wanted from her and she was very kind and followed the rule- if I talk to her then she talks to me unless it was about my nails which is great because I go to the nail salon to relax and not make a new friend lol! My polish job was pretty amazing! I liked that they use a pumice stone instead of the cheese grater tool and they also had liners for where your feet go!!! This place IS Five Star!! It's clean and my pedicure was beyond. I got the Coconut Pedi and because I didn't get a color the sweet woman did an extra long massage. I am so impressed. The quality of work is great and the salon always clean... However, I was charged more for my fill this time...no, not a price increase. Not a great experience for Morhers Day weekend. First I repeatedly asked for a dip to be kept thin on my nails. I had dip the previous visit and my nails were done well. I asked several times and with each coat they got thicker and thicker. Ugh and now they are bad. I will need to go elsewhere to have them redone. If you can't do it, say so. Don't waste my time. My daughter was with me and had a pedicure. In between the pedicure and manicure she went to change her son. She came back and was holding the baby waiting for someone to ask her about the manicure. No one came back to do her manicure. When I asked, the answer was she holding the baby. So you obviously knew she wanted a manicure but chose not to ask her about it just ignore her. Very rude over the phone after being sent to voicemail , I called to schedule an appointment and the man who picked up said just to come in as a walk in and hung up. When I got there no one greeted me after an awkward few minutes of me standing at the front desk. Before I left I remembered why I stopped coming here among other reasons they want cash only and have an ATM that doesn't charge fees but my bank charges fees so not a win-win scenario for me as a consumer. Also it's 2022 people don't carry cash and don't want to get charged an extra fee to accommodate your business and shady bookkeeping. read more

I just had the BEST pedicure ever! This is my 2nd time coming here and I will now be making this my go to for Pedis! My feet were in extremely rough shape when I arrived. I am always on my feet and I always wear flip flops. I am amazed at what was accomplished on my feet today. Not to mention the excruciating amount of time she spent ridding me of a VERY painful ingrown nail on my big toe. I know sounds awful and it was. I got in right away with no appointment. I just walked in. The attention to detail and care that was taken on my feet today really made me feel like a Queen! Oh and the MAAAAAAAASSAGE!! OMG...Heaven! I'm usually disappointed in the massages because they tend to he half hearted, just go through the motions or they feel amazing but only last 2 minutes. Here it was a deep tissue on my feet and legs and no joke between both legs and feet I'd say lasted a solid 30 minutes if not more. I could have fallen asleep!
