There are burgers and there are Five guys Burgers. I can't say the FG are the best I have ever had but fill a spot and provide a homey feeling no other sandwich can. When we travel, we stop at FG at least once so we have visited a BUNCH of locations- consistent, reliable, food, equally juicy/messy/napkin worthy with friendly folks to help! A pertinent highlight is the sign identifying the potato farmer who supplied the fries- as a Montana girl, I'm familiar with many of the locations. It's a bit of home that makes me smile! read more

I'm pretty sure that 5 guys is my favorite chain spot for a burger and fries. The double is way too large so I always get a single with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and onions and a small fry. This is probably the worst Five Guys location I've ever been to. The customer service is terrible. They're rude to customers for absolutely no reason. Even responding to a simple question seems to be beneath them as they brush you off and roll their eyes. My mom and I love five guys, it's my favorite burger restaurant, and order it whatever city we are in and this time we happen to be in Orlando. We spent all day at Islands of adventure, and were starving and found a five guys on the way back to our hotel and placed an online order. When we got there we found out it was in a huge outlet mall, so we called the store to get directions to the restaurant. The girl who answered the phone said it was in food court but did not know How to explain how to get to the food court. We circled around the mall and asked all kinds of strangers, and nobody knew where the food court was. To say it was disappointing, is an understatement, seeing as how we were starving from walking around the parks all day. I called back to cancel the order and once again, the girl still could not give me directions and hung up before I could even give her the order number so I do not know if the order was canceled. I believe it was Shamika at the register taking orders and she was a rude as can be. She would yell and be little customers who struggled speaking English and had an attitude while taking orders and not a single smile. There was two gentleman handing the food out that were a pleasure, they made sure we didn't need anything else and looked happy to be there. While the food was great and the rest of the employees seemed happy the Shamika at the register needs to lighten up a bit and be more patient and greeting towards customers to create a more comfortable experience. read more

Five Guys is one of those fast food restaurants that stays pretty consistent between locations. You can expect the same delicious quality with every visit. My cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and taste great. The meat was nicely seasoned and moist. The french fries were hot and loaded with Cajun seasoning. Their serving size is explosive and made my greedy eyes twinkle. The calorie count is perhaps the worst aspect of your dining experience. The cheeseburger that I ordered with lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard has over 840 calories. That's before I eat a single tempting Cajun french fry or add a drink. read more

Here in Hawaii, In-N-Out is a big deal. If you go to the mainland, it's necessary to eat at In-N-Out and then tell all your friends about it because it just makes you that much cooler. This past Florida vacation, I broke my Five Guys virginity and dear lord this kicks In-N-Out's butt by miles! I was in fast food heaven. A Five Guys hamburger was the FIRST hamburger I decided to eat in, oooohhhh, about 5 years. No joke. I usually avoid burgers like the plague, especially "fast food" burgers, because I am one of those anal "healthy eater" types. Stumbled upon Five Guys and was impressed that the burgers are made from 100% ground beef, no filler, no additives, no nothing. You can see them make the burgers. Hallelujah, it doesn't come frozen from a box! A "regular" hamburger here comes with 2 patties, both about 3oz. You can also get a "small" hamburger which is 1 patty. The regular ones will set you back about $5 bucks and if you order it with "everything" you get mustard, ketchup, mayo, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and pickles. Lots of other free ingredients can be added too. Very thin, grilled bun. The verdict = DELICIOUS. This could convert me back to a once-in-awhile burger eater. I heard they have opened shop in Canada. One of the employees was extremely rude to me for no reason. I just ordered my food like normal and was standing waiting for it and the employee putting the orders together kept on starting back at me. For the person before me she handed them their order politely and said have a nice day. For me she just handed me the bag and didn't say a word. Then I come back for a refill that same employee just looks at me like I'm crazy or something. All I did was ask for some more ice since the cup was empty and she just looked right at me and yelled "PLEASE?" And wouldn't give me the drink unless I said please. Heard a lot of good things about this place but it didn't live up to much of the hype. It's a tasty burger but it's still just a burger. Nothing too special. It's kind of pricey for a burger but I guess it's because it includes so many toppings which I did like. Toppings include: Mayo, Relish, Onions, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard, Jalapeno Peppers, Green Peppers, A1 Steak Sauce, Bar-B-Q Sauce, Hot Sauce. There's the "little" burgers, which just have one meat patty and the regular burgers have two meat patties. I added hot sauce on mine and I think that's why it came out soggy. I do not like soggy burgers. I think if it wasn't so soggy, I would have enjoyed it more. Tasty but I prefer In-n-Out over Five guys any day. read more

Stopped by this food court location on 2/6/15 at about 12:30 pm. My wife and I both ordering the little cheese burgers, one small fry, and one regular diet Coke to share. Our order taker seemed to be in a hurry and for some reason wanted to anticipate our order.....Received a regular Coke, regular fry, and had some difficulty getting her to understand the burgers were not the larger double size. The bill was $18.07. I gave her a $20 and 7 cents in change and received $1.93 back. When we asked another employee to replace the Coke for a diet we got the frustrated look from her. As always 5 guys is great, really good food and all that, and they're very good at making sure to keep your food separate if you have a wheat allergy (or gluten issues because it's the same thing that needs to be separated) but the fries were a bit burnt and it just wasn't as good as the Altamonte store which is ALWAYS great and on point. read more

I've heard so much about Five Guys and was delighted to come across this location while shopping at the Prime Outlet mall. The burgers are very good. It's real meat, patties like you'd make at home.
