Stopped in for a quick bite. Ordered easily through the computer. Went on a friday around 5p, it wasn't busy. Due ti current religious reasons, I was not eating meat so I decided to get their shack stack burger substituting the patty to veggie patty. I also ordered it as a lettuce wrap. When it first came out, it had a bun. The girl returned it for the burger to have a veggie wrap. My first time trying their veggie patty and it was good. Let's start with the positives! clean environment(tables, seats, floors and restrooms). Super sweet employees as well! The food was much better than last time I went. The negatives the service is slow. After receiving the text saying my food was ready it took 14 minutes to receive the food. Shortly is a couple minutes not 14 minutes. The food is pricey as well but if ya have the money to spend I would say go for it. But it's not an affordable place for a family. It's adorable for a date night. Solid spot for a quick tasty burger. I liked that you order from a kiosk and then they bring to the number you selected. Very quick/easy process. I think everything is average size portions. A little pricey in my opinion. I got the truffle burger and since I can't eat buns right now I opted for the lettuce. They do also offer gluten free buns. I was a little dissapointed when the lettuce was barely wrapping the burger and it was very messy. I think they could've tried a little harder with the lettuce. The sauce was very tasty and I still enjoyed it. My kids got the hotdog and fries, they liked it. Lastly, my husband got a classic double and he really enjoyed it. I think it's very odd that they bring it all one one tray and that's it. Am I supposed to eat my burger on the table? I am usually a fan of Shake Shack, but this location was not my favorite. The service was good even though they were very busy. A lot of the tables were dirty, but since they seemed to be short-staffed it was not a big deal to me. I got the Veggie Shack, which was amazing when I ordered it at other locations, but this time it was very greasy, and the bun was soggy. The fries were crispy with the perfect amount of salt. My partner got the chicken sandwich, which he said was bland and not enjoyable. With so many other dining options available at Icon Park, I would probably not return here. read more

Big fan of Shake Shack, in general :) I love the burgers, the crinkle fries are perfect, especially with cheese, and all of the "supporting menu items" are tasty, too. Way back when I was a vegetarian, I LOVED their shroom burger. The shakes are of course delicious and they have a good variety of flavors. I love that they often have special seasonal offerings, and they are usually really good! We had gone to Orlando and it was my first experience I Shake shack but the rest of my family has had it before. I ordered a plain cheeseburger for my daughter, and it was about the closing time. I remember we had to wait quite a bit. And we got back to the hotel and there were sauce all over her bun. She was starving, but she wanted the bun and she wanted to eat it without the sauce. I tried to call back. They never answered the phone. I don't know where the receipt went. I think grease got all over it. I had been in contact with one other customer service reps. It felt like I didn't go anywhere. If I remember right, I try to go back to the store the next day and they wouldn't do anything about it even with cheeseburger in hand. Turn the emails I had been involved with someone hitting me from behind in a car accident. I had a concussion wasn't able to email back right away and Communication was lost. I do not like the way shake shack handled this. I basically wasted the money and my time. I don't know why we would ever go back. My husband actually was an investor. Both meals was flavorful , chicken sandwich was also very good , usually chicken sandwich's can be on the dry side but now this one was not . The cheese fries was really good, I added pepper to give it that extra flavor . Onion rings were also good . The double smash burger is what my friend had and he said it was very good . The pricing is similar to five guys, and Everything you buy separately, for example burger ,does not come with a drink and fries , everything is sold separately. This is a review of the Shake Shack in Orlando, Florida, at location of the big wheel near the vicinity of the Orlando Convention Center. When Terrence Y. and I traveled to NYC, we meant to stop at the restaurant in the train station, Grand Central Station, but never got a chance. So when I had the opportunity to eat here finally, I took it without hesitation! What did I think? Their line is very interesting and well-organized. Peruse their extensive burger menu on the wall which is easily visible so there's no confusion how and what to order. I ordered the max lol, a double-decker cheese burger with portobello mushroom layer and an order of fries along with a vanilla shake. I was surprised to see that my burger was totally fried. I did not like that. It felt like I was eating oil with some food in it. If you don't like fried everything at a burger joint including the burger itself, you might give this place a second thought. The shake was yummy. I wished it had been much larger. There are lots of tables beginning at the front kitchen order area to the back with a restroom at back as well as the cabana umbrellas outside. The restroom might not be too well-maintained; however, it's a nice restaurant to dine in. The condiment area is just outside the kitchen. You can see the employees hard at work making your creations. I walked in just as the big wheel closed and there was already a bit of a line but in a few moments is when a crowd took hold of the place and filled up all of the seating! Parking in the multi-level parking structure is free. The structure has elevators to transport you to the various floors. The big wheel is the main attraction and Shake Shack is one of restaurants supporting the various attractions. It's a cool, hip place for adults and kids alike. read more

It wasn't my first time nor will it be my last. Shake shack is not close to home, but when I am nearby I try to stop by for a burger. Ordering was easy, they have tablets that are very easy to order and pay on (card and tap only) but are also available to take your order the in person also if you're paying cash. There was lots of seating tonight and they also offered a good quality of cleaning wipes for tables and high-chairs. I was happy about this because not every place offers it, and with my little one it's needed. Food came out quick, they brought it to us and even offered ketchup and napkins which I thought was really nice! Fantastic food and service! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. You order on a tablet and take a number. It is self seating. Staff will deliver your order when it is ready. I ordered the Shack Stack, which is an Angus beef cheeseburger topped with a 'Shroom Burger with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun. Pure perfection! I have once again tried Shake Shack after being offered a refund in credit due to my previous post. The customer service from Shake Shack was 5 stars in itself. But not the food. I tried a different restaurant and a different selection this time around. This was a portobello mushroom burger, a side of parmesan truffle fries, and a strawberry milkshake. In a nutshell: The portobello mushroom burger was disgusting. I love a good shroom, but this was a scab stuffed with cheese. These photos were taken AFTER I ate the sandwich. I barely made a bite mark in this rubber like substance. 0/5 The Parmesan truffle fries are not half bad. The fries themselves are basically store bought frozen crinkle fries, but I will give them credit for using real fresh parm gratings. The truffle sauce was delivered nearly frozen. I'm not sure if that's for transportation purposes or that's just how it comes but it made the oil separate and just got gross. And didn't thaw well either. Taste was 2/5 Finally the milkshake. Milkshakes are an art, and this was no Van Gough. My last milkshake was the redeeming factor, but this time I tried the strawberry. I've tried every strawberry fast food shake out there, and this was second to last, behind the strawberry frosty last summer. Shake Shack is normally a 4/5 for milkshakes, but this was a 2/5. Go with the classics or try the sugar cookie, but the strawberry is oversaturated with artificial flavors like a cough drop. Overall, this experience reaffirmed my initial 2 star review. Take it from a big man who will eat almost anything, waste your money on something less expensive, and better tasting. Like bicycle tires. read more

If you can't help but to make a shitty face to customers, you are not capable of dealing with them, and you should definitely not work with something where this is your only job. My friends and I had one simple question about an offer Shake Shack has for Halloween, and that trifling "manager" came to us with the worst attitude I've ever seen one give. Tried this place out for the first time after adventuring around ICON Park. The Shackburger was great and my friend enjoyed the avocado chicken sandwich with cheese fries. I did try the some of the cheese fries and can attest they were tasty. When ordering from the menu it seemed quite cumbersome but that's to be expected when a worker isn't taking the order for you. Something about a Shake Shack is so hard to resist... Burgers, fries, milkshakes that are all super fabulous and served typically swiftly? It equals a very tempting stop. This Shake Shack is part of the Icon Park Village of Orlando, so it's a pretty busy but great spot. There are a million things to do within such a small radius as its also right next to I-Drive - so, a juicy, hot and fresh burger obviously is one of those million things! And we so chose this route. It was a rainy night so eating inside was a good choice. For a "fast food" restaurant it was pretty cute setup, and definitely more attention to details than other Shake Shacks I've been to. They had a shuffleboard game even in the corner that the kiddos loved. Our food was good, and as we expected. Even though it was a steady stream of customers, we didn't wait terribly long. I just feel I can't quite give 5 stars because of how difficult it was to order. I'm not sure if it was just the employee helping us or what, but he seemed to be confounded by the idea that my dad wanted "everything" on his burger. Meaning he wanted all the toppings. Usually that doesn't seem like such a crazy request, right? But this employee was so flustered by the fact that my dad would want lettuce, pickles, tomato, peppers, cheese and more all on just one burger, and he also wasn't super friendly in the way he handled his confusion. It was just weird. So it took a long and painstaking time to order when I really feel it shouldn't have. Some people seem to make everything harder on themselves. On our last day of our family trip, we decided to stop by Icon Park and saw the infamous Shake Shack. I've always wanted to try Shake Shack, but the locations where I'm from in South Florida, are always packed. So when I saw there was no wait at this location, I ran into the restaurant lol. Shake Shack has the option where you can order with a server, or you can use a kiosk machine to place your order and pay on your own. The restaurant has a rustic chic vibe plus an outdoor patio area that you can sit at especially if you bring your furry friend along. After you place your order in the kiosk machine, you're given a number, and you can sit at any table that you want. Your food is then brought out to you so you don't have to worry about even getting up unless if you want condiments. The servers are very nice and accommodating, and they brought our food out quickly. This was the best burger I've had thus far. The patties were juicy and covered in melted cheese. The french fries were crunchy and soft. I cannot wait to try Shake Shack back at home and try more of their menu options especially their cheese fries. read more

Thoroughly surprised by this place! Being that it is on the same grounds as icon park, I thought that it would be very touristy and sloppy. While it was busy, it operated like it was a well oiled machine! The food was delicious as well as the establishment itself, there were options for outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. We had no problem finding us a table, and we also had a great server there to make sure that our area was clean. They didn't have the right hotdog bun and didn't tell me that until my order was packaged. It tasted fine so no worries there, but seems like it'd best to share when the order is placed. No condiments at all in the bag when I got back to the hotel. To be fair I didn't ask for them, but nuggets and a hotdog should just automatically come with something.
