They're so perfectly seasoned and they always overflow your cup (I recommend ordering the little, but it's still too much for one person in my opinion). What I wasn't impressed about was the burger. Not tonight. Normally I get excellent food and service from Five Guys, but this location tonight was not good at all. Took almost 28 minutes to get the food, partly because the stove power shut off on them and someone had to reset the breaker. But the burger came out ok, except they went very little on the A1 sauce. The fries is the worse part. The guy didnt drop the fries until after my burger was wrapped, but then the fries were all uncooked. They were still like hard, and had absorbed the oil but not cooked all the way through. They were just ..... BLAH.... I tossed them. I pulled A1 from my fridge and handled the burger. I dont know what's going on with this place but I wouldn't have even followed through with my order if I thought it was at all not good. I only wished I ate inside to return these horrible fries. SO, so disappointed and upset with the customer service and overall quality here. I waited 40 Minutes for cold food and $30 of overcharge for extra fries and drinks I didn't even order. There were only two employees working and they were EXTREMELY rude when I brought it to their attention that they overcharged me as if it was MY mistake. The burger buns were stale and you could tell it was old with the cold burger. When I mentioned it and asked for a replacement all I received was an eye roll and more attitude. I understand being overwhelmed or busy is frustrating but cut the attitude and find a different place to work if you're so unhappy with your environment. The food was up to my expectations, but even if it was terrible the customer service earned a five star review. Didn't get her name but wow i couldn't ask for a better person to place my order with. Wasn't sure about the Cajun fries and asked my buddy i went with if he tried them. He said he didn't veer off the regular five guys fries. At my turn to order she said she over heard the question and asked if i wanted the seasoning on the side to try in case i didn't like it it wouldn't be a wasted order. Hesitate to try Five Guys. They used peanut oil to fry which I love but allergic to peanut. They also provide peanuts while you wait for your food. Good idea but again I can't have any to the free peanut. As for the hamburger, it is comparable to In N Out. I think if you like peanut, grilled mushroom, bacon and shake this is place win. The price here is higher...maybe due to the mushroom and free peanut? I prefer In N Out over this place for the price and simplicity and of course no peanut!!! read more

I had never tried Five Guys before but I was famished on Wednesday afternoon and decided I would give it a try. Five star rating based on the food and the customer service I received from Shamequa. The restaurant was spotless, the food was hot and fresh and the service was better than what you get in most of the more expensive, sit down restaurants. Shamequa helped me decide on Cajun fries and a cheeseburger. Business was slow while I was there and she was out on the floor chatting with me while she checked the tables, floors, chairs, trash cans, peanuts, and condiments. So now, I am a Five Guys fan and if I needed to hire someone to greet customers and make a terrific first impression, I would be looking to hire Shamequa. Awesome food and overall experience!!
