Well cooked, possibly under-seasoned but great for my health issues (and to be honest one can always add salt and pepper to taste), crispy fries, and an absolutely amazing chocolate shake. I do wish (especially with the patty melt) that they had put napkins in the bag but they were exceedingly busy...looked like everyone decided to eat out. I really enjoy going to this Culver. The staff are always super friendly when you go through the drive through. I can only imagine that they are just as friendly if you were to go inside. The food here is always very fresh and tasty. I have had the pleasure of eating both their hamburgers and grilled chicken sandwiches. Both are equally good, but I perfer their grilled chicken sandwiches since I find them hard to find at other fast food establishments. Even when they make you pull up around the side of the building to wait for your food, the wait is never very long. read more

Did a to-go order in the app, love the new rewards system! The new system makes me want to come back more. My fiancé picked up the order inside and we got butter burgers and a sourdough melt. The sourdough melt doesn't travel as well as the burgers, the bread was falling apart when I tried eating it. I got the limited time Mac and cheese as a side and I don't know if it's the way they positioned it on the bag or dropped the cheese on the noodles but a some of the noodles didn't have cheese! So maybe that side doesn't travel well either. We typically eat in when we visit, so maybe we'll second guess to-go. Still a pretty good experience! read more

EVERYTHING is EXPENSIVE EVERYWHERE these days! How frustrating is it to have a disappointing experience while dining out whether quick service or table service. I've about had it with so many of the chains around here whose prices keep going up while the quality keeps going down. Even though Culver's is on the higher end pricewise, they continue to deliver not only food that's consistent in quality, but fast efficient and most notably FRIENDLY service! I've been to the drive-thru at this location more than once. On this particular occasion we were coming from a doctor's appointment and heading over to do some shopping by The Loop. It was still quite early in the day but this was one of few places that was open where I could eat something. I had missed breakfast and just wanted to get a butter burger. I ordered a butter burger with cheese meal with fries and a root beer. The butter burger was for me and was just the way it should be. It tasted great. The root beer was everything I expected and the fries were for my kid who was with me. They can have them and I can't. There were only a few cars in the lot and no customers in the restaurant. They had been open for almost an hour and I was the only car in the drive-thru. I placed my order right away and customized it the way I wanted. My only issue was that after I paid and got my drink they had me pull around in front of the front entrance to the restaurant. I waited a full 15 minutes before I got the burger and fries. To be fair it was hot and everything was right but I felt this was rather a long time to wait when I was the only one there. I came in recently and was really uncomfortable with how one of the employees, Giovanni was acting. He was making rude racially insensitive, disrespectful comments with his coworkers about another customer's appearance , it was clearly targeted and felt very disrespectful. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and honestly upsetting. Staff should be held to a higher standard, especially when it comes to respecting customers from all backgrounds. It was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing to witness. Whether Giovanni and the otheres thought it was a joke or not, the things he said came across as racist and disrespectful. No one should feel judged or talked about because of how they look, especially based on their race or ethnicity. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects really poorly on the store. I hope management takes this seriously and holds their employees accountable. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, no matter who they are. read more

The food quality isn't the issue because it's always delicious. Customer service is always great too. The issue I had here was that I paid for lettuce and this is all they gave. For a second I thought they forgot to add it but boom there it is... barely. I had to wait ten minutes in the drive though too which no big deal the food was fresh so it made up for it but it was still weird for an establishment with a drive through. I know teens work there during summer time but they also do in McDonald's & they always provide what you pay for. I would've gave 5 stars if it wasn't for those two issues. There was a HUGE line at the drive thru and i contemplated leaving assuming it would be a long wait, let me tell you they moved that line and brought food out pretty quickly and I am happy about it!
