Believe or not, I've been just one time at culvers 5 years ago, didn't even remember! Great cost benefit comparing to other chains, also the kids meal has one of the best values, includes one scoop of ice cream plus the soda machines had plenty of gas! Would return for sure! read more

Quick drive through service, especially since the line was very long (must be popular) and I had just settled in for a long wait and they were already knocking my window!! Well cooked, possibly under-seasoned but great for my health issues (and to be honest one can always add salt and pepper to taste), crispy fries, and an absolutely amazing chocolate shake. I do wish (especially with the patty melt) that they had put napkins in the bag but they were exceedingly busy...looked like everyone decided to eat out. Very courteous service with a pleasantry that was evident through the order board!!! Thanks! read more

I really enjoy going to this Culver. The staff are always super friendly when you go through the drive through. I can only imagine that they are just as friendly if you were to go inside. The food here is always very fresh and tasty. I have had the pleasure of eating both their hamburgers and grilled chicken sandwiches. Both are equally good, but I perfer their grilled chicken sandwiches since I find them hard to find at other fast food establishments. Even when they make you pull up around the side of the building to wait for your food, the wait is never very long. read more

This is a great location with good quality food and service. I especially wanted to single out Catherine who took care of minor issue we had and went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant experience and guarantee to return in the future. read more

Did a to-go order in the app, love the new rewards system! The new system makes me want to come back more. My fiancé picked up the order inside and we got butter burgers and a sourdough melt. The sourdough melt doesn't travel as well as the burgers, the bread was falling apart when I tried eating it. I got the limited time Mac and cheese as a side and I don't know if it's the way they positioned it on the bag or dropped the cheese on the noodles but a some of the noodles didn't have cheese! So maybe that side doesn't travel well either. We typically eat in when we visit, so maybe we'll second guess to-go. Still a pretty good experience! read more

Culver's is probably my favorite fast food burger place. Every time I go I try to get something different because they have so many choices. My favorite is the double deluxe, which is juicy and flavorful and comes with 2 patties, 2 slices of their Wisconsin cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and sweet red onions. The toasted buttered bun is the what makes the difference making it rich and not greasy. Their cheese curds are also a must, perfectly crispy and cheesy. Check out the many options they have from their chicken sandwiches to seafood and salads, great sides and of course the shakes and mixers. read more

Was craving a burger and as usual this place did not disappoint! Service was great! Juanita took our order and she was super friendly and helpful! Tried their new Mac n cheese and it was ok. Tasted like a regular Mac n cheese so I won't be ordering that again. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked. Also tried a chocolate custard and it was delicious and creamy! Perfect sweetness to end the meal. read more

EVERYTHING is EXPENSIVE EVERYWHERE these days! How frustrating is it to have a disappointing experience while dining out whether quick service or table service. I've about had it with so many of the chains around here whose prices keep going up while the quality keeps going down. Even though Culver's is on the higher end pricewise, they continue to deliver not only food that's consistent in quality, but fast efficient and most notably FRIENDLY service! The only downside for me is there are too many choices on the menu, and EVERYTHING is GREAT. Keep up the good work Culvers! read more

This is the only Culver's I've ever been to and It is so delicious. I love these burgers and I love the ice cream and custard. This place has the best bang for your buck meals. Super busy here. Took break from Gatorland to grab lunch. Nice staff & lots of them. Clean dining room & drink station. Highlights were: Custard of Day: Dark chocolate w/ peanut butter & butterfingers- best I've had here! Cheese curds were great. Diet Root-beer is really tasty. Only ding against was veggie burger wasn't enjoyed by my teen daughter. read more

Burger was OK at most. I expected better. Looks like the cheese on my cheese burger was an afterthought. The cheese was still cold and the meet was lukewarm. After waiting a long time for my concrete mixer that was never delivered to us, I went up to the counter and told them I never got my mixer. The lady turned around and found what I can only describe as a cup of chocolate milk and said here! I ordered the brownie and peanut butter mixer when I first ordered our meal. Either they had just left it on the back counter and forgot about it or that was sitting there for a long time. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I've had better service here before. My family and I have come here several times but I'm thinking that this is it for us read more

3.75 stars! Food was quite salty and came out warm instead of hot, but tasted pretty good. Staff was friendly :) Favorite items were the cheese curds & cashew caramel sundae. My son loved the bbq burger. Even though food was overall tasty, I don't think I'd visit often-- too pricey for portion size in my opinion. The restaurant and bathrooms weren't the cleanest either, so if I do visit again, it'd be drive through. read more

And I thought Chic-fil-a had long lines at the drive-thru...the drive-thru line at Culver's reached at the intersection entrance. Was no different inside. Place was full of people. The employees were bustling back & forth taking and serving people's orders. The dining area is large accommodating 2-4 people. The restaurant offers a variety of items such as: * butterburgers * chicken tenders/sandwiches * sandwiches * sides/seafood/salads * cold beverages * frozen custard (mixers, shakes, sundaes, cones) * kid's meals A female employee was nice enough to be a bit patient as I decided on what to order. I finally decided on a crispy chicken sandwich basket (comes with fries and a drink) and a butterburger. After paying, I took a seat at an available table. My order arrived a few minutes later. Started with the fries which was hot and crispy. The crispy chicken sandwich was exactly that...crispy and very tasty. The butterburger was a bit bland, but it was pretty decent...I just enjoyed the chicken sandwich way more. I was too full to try their custard. Gives me a reason to come back. read more

I've been to the drive-thru at this location more than once. On this particular occasion we were coming from a doctor's appointment and heading over to do some shopping by The Loop. It was still quite early in the day but this was one of few places that was open where I could eat something. I had missed breakfast and just wanted to get a butter burger. I ordered a butter burger with cheese meal with fries and a root beer. The butter burger was for me and was just the way it should be. It tasted great. The root beer was everything I expected and the fries were for my kid who was with me. They can have them and I can't. There were only a few cars in the lot and no customers in the restaurant. They had been open for almost an hour and I was the only car in the drive-thru. I placed my order right away and customized it the way I wanted. My only issue was that after I paid and got my drink they had me pull around in front of the front entrance to the restaurant. I waited a full 15 minutes before I got the burger and fries. To be fair it was hot and everything was right but I felt this was rather a long time to wait when I was the only one there. I would definitely come back if I was in the area but I would plan for the wait. read more

I NEVER go out for ice cream. It's not that I don't like ice cream. I just don't like it as much as others. I may have it once a year at home. On this day, I just had some dental work done and couldn't eat solids for a day. My husband went through the drive thru at Culvers. I have not heard about them and didn't know what they sold. Apparently, my husband did. They sell burgers, chicken and seafood sandwiches, shakes, malts and floats, sides and other meals. They have these Fresh Frozen Custards, and a create own mixers (choice of custard and 2 toppings). O.M.G! Are you kidding me?!?! So rich and creamy. I can't believe I have been missing out on this. I chose the vanilla custard with salted caramel and topped with peanuts. TO DIE FOR! Seriously. The toping options are too vast to list, but I will definitely be working my way through them in future visits. read more

Service was exceptional. The staffs I was in contact with were all so happy and friendly and helpful. It was our first time at a Culver's. My son said their signature burger was good. The roast beef tasted more like pull pork and very little meat. My fried cod dinner was alright, wished their dinner roll wasn't cold and kind of stale. Their lemonade shake was very concentrated, you can basically wait till it melts and make two more cups of lemonade with it. read more

I came in recently and was really uncomfortable with how one of the employees, Giovanni was acting. He was making rude racially insensitive, disrespectful comments with his coworkers about another customer's appearance , it was clearly targeted and felt very disrespectful. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and honestly upsetting. Staff should be held to a higher standard, especially when it comes to respecting customers from all backgrounds. It was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing to witness. Whether Giovanni and the otheres thought it was a joke or not, the things he said came across as racist and disrespectful. No one should feel judged or talked about because of how they look, especially based on their race or ethnicity. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects really poorly on the store. I hope management takes this seriously and holds their employees accountable. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, no matter who they are. read more

The food quality isn't the issue because it's always delicious. Customer service is always great too. The issue I had here was that I paid for lettuce and this is all they gave. For a second I thought they forgot to add it but boom there it is... barely. I had to wait ten minutes in the drive though too which no big deal the food was fresh so it made up for it but it was still weird for an establishment with a drive through. I know teens work there during summer time but they also do in McDonald's & they always provide what you pay for. I would've gave 5 stars if it wasn't for those two issues. Not the end of the world but the little bit of lettuce I did get looked... sad. read more
