Came here for the name of the day for hubs. Name starts with a Da so he got a free sub with purchase. Love these deals! For a little over $3 he got a soup and full size medium hook and ladder. Walking in your know you're in a Firehouse. The smell of the heated meat yum! Hook and ladder is always our favorite sub here! The tables weren't clean which is why I've rated 4 stars. Staff was friendly but appeared to be more focused on the conversation they were having instead of focusing on the customers ready to place orders.

Just the best hot subs around, and I mean it. This location never fails, and the staff is super nice. The main issue is the parking is tight but that's not their fault. The subs are always fresh and tasty while still remaining fairly priced. The atmosphere inside is nice and you can sit down and enjoy your food. There's usually a family eating there as well and everyone always seems happy. Posting this review is making me hungry for another sub- haha!

I came free for a medium sub when I was attending a conference at the Orange County convention center. There were 2 girls behind the counter. One of them was new but she was so sweet and helpful. We made some small talk while my food was being made. The sandwich was great. It comes standard- I didn't have a lot of choices for toppings to put on top. Maybe that's normal. But it was my first time at a firehouse sub place. The sandwich was tasty and they weren't stingy on the amount of meat they included. I ate the sandwich the next day and it was still delicious cold!

I would go to subway before I come to this firehouse again. It took them 25min to make my sub. Not only that once they were done a coworker called out " A ". There was only two families in the restaurant . One that ordered before me and one that ordered after me. The one before had already gotten their food so I responded " I think I'm A" . Another coworker then responded back by stating the type of sub it was and I said yes that's mine but my name isn't "A". Then other coworker that took my order , I (forgot his name but he was African American heavy set with wicks(dreads) in his head) " that's what happens when you don't give me a name. Uhm excuse me! He never even asked for my name!! When I expressed that to him he was rude again and responded again saying with an attitude "you didn't give me a name." What kind of customer service is that??

ordered a tuna sandwich through a delivery service. i get it and 3/4 of the sandwich has plain canned tuna and the 1/4 has actual tuna salad.

Very good sub restaurant. I had the hook and ladder sub and it was delicious. Their bread and meats are unbelievably fresh!!! My son had the turkey bacon ranch and it was super good as well. Their tea is fresh brewed as well. Tons of different sandwich choices to select from. Try it fully involved. They also have a lot of good chip choices. They also have good dessert cookies and brownies. The kids meal comes with a free fireman's hat. They also donate to firefighters and support great causes. We will definitely return.

This location is right next to SeaWorld and once again the parking lot is small and hard to get in and out of in a strip mall! My husband loves firehouse and so do I! I love that that as for service they always greet you upin entering! It makes you feel.like you matter! Also I really do miss all of that Hot sauces theyvused to have but since covid that's no longer a thing! Thats OK because where it really counts are the subs! My favorite things is the app! You can earn free subs for points everytime you go!! Plus they give discounts for first responders! If I can I love to buy a first responder lunch when I see them there! My husband loves the BBQ beef cheddar sub on white bread warm it's truly delicious and full of flavor for the meat man in your life lol! I always get the hook and ladder which has smoked ham and turkey and cheese on white small or medium size! It's delicious! Also I really lobe the pickes they give you with every subs on the side! They are so tangy and crunchy. And they have the come freestyle machine!! I love to customize my coke drinks! My son loves the kids turkey and cheese sandwich with his little fire hat lol.overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back!!

you can not wear this working in food & beverage lol

Insanely slow. There were no other customers and it took the 4 staff members approximately 15min to put meat on bread. Wild.

It certainly has a diner feel, so it's definitely not fine dining, and despite potentially large crowds due to events going on throughout the week, its flow is well managed and long lines don't take too long to get through. I stopped by with a party of 2 right after morning rounds of competitions in the convention center, and hopped in line around 11:15 am on a weekday. The line looked long at first but only took 10 minutes to get through. We sat down to order and was informed that they were still in the tail end of breakfast service so lunch would start at 11:30 am. So we sat for a bit and then the waiter came back around to take our lunch order. Sandwiches and burgers are ~$20 so closer to $25-30 after tax and tip. We got the B-Line Burger and Grilled Chicken Burger. Both were great and the fries that came with them were excellent as well. Portions are between fair and generous, and after a nice shared key lime pie to round out the lunch, we left satisfied. Ambiance is casual and service was good. Check it out if you're in the area!

I ordered a gluten-free cheeseburger as a lettuce wrap and specifically asked the employee to change his gloves before preparing my food. I watched the entire process and he never did. To make matters worse, they had run out of cheese slices and substituted cheese sauce without asking or informing me. I should have been informed and given the choice, not handed a burger with a substitution I never agreed to. Cheese sauce typically contains thickeners that may not be gluten-free, and I had no way of knowing whether it was safe for me to eat. When I raised my concerns with the manager, it was clear he had no understanding of cross-contamination. For anyone with dietary restrictions or food sensitivities, this location is not safe. I've been a Shake Shack customer for over 20 years and have never had an experience this bad. This location stood out for all the wrong reasons: poor food handling, no regard for customer safety, and a level of dirtiness I've never seen at any other location. Avoid!

Due to the proximity we've eaten here a few times to get something quick and sadly, we have yet to encounter an employee who seems like they are happy to be there or somewhat enjoys their job. Getting someone's attention at the pick up counter to request ketchup (which they never include with your order) or a refill of your drink is next to impossible because none of the employees make eye contact with you when they are putting orders on the counter. Rather than anyone proactively asking "how may I help you?", you have to get their attention by interrupting their pattern of ignoring their customers or you would likely be standing there all day like you are invisible. On the receipt they give you, there is a survey that you can fill out to receive a free burger with the purchase of another burger. I filled it out and when we were there today, there was nowhere to add it to our order in the kiosk (and that's the only way to order food there). I had to choose the pay at the counter option and then had to wait again trying to get someone's attention to help me, because no one mans the counter! When I finally did, he said that he couldn't help me because to use the BOGO code they gave me from the survey, I needed a manager. He went to tell the manager what I needed and all I heard her say loudly was "he'll have to wait, I'm busy right now!". So I waited some more and finally she came over and helped me but she acted like I was an inconvenience and that she was doing me a favor. I'm guessing my order didn't actually start until after I paid because we had to wait even longer despite ordering from the kiosk 10 minutes prior. So while the food is what you would expect from Mickey D's and the convenience/location is great, the customer service there is severely lacking. Sadly it hasn't gotten any better in the 3 years we've been coming to this tournament. I know, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice (or more), shame on me! Sadly my kid likes their food. I also included a picture of my hamburger today - are they now using mini grape tomatoes in their burgers?

My nephew and I stopped in for a quick lunch and playtime, and we had a great experience. We ordered at the kiosk, took our number upstairs to the play area, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They brought our food to the table, helped with drink refills, and made the visit easy and enjoyable. The food was fresh, the play area was clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of kids playing while still feeling organized and welcoming. What makes this location special is the extensive menu that goes beyond a typical McDonald's, along with the large play area and arcade. We didn't use the arcade this visit, but it's a great option to have. Parking is free, and it's a fun, convenient way to spend an afternoon with kids without paying theme park prices. Based on my experiences here, I would absolutely recommend it to families with young children.

That's what made this one sting a little. Let me set the stage. I pull up to the Kissimmee location already knowing what I'm getting. This place has one job. Chicken. Not a massive menu. Not a bunch of distractions. Just chicken, fries, toast, slaw. Simple. Focused. The kind of setup where you expect consistency every single time. And then the tray hit the table. The chicken? Bland. Like no one introduced it to seasoning. And somehow also soggy. You know that moment when you bite in expecting that crispy crunch and instead you get... soft confusion? Yeah. That. It honestly felt like the oil wasn't hot enough. Which is kind of a big deal when frying is your entire identity. Now here's where it gets even more frustrating. Cane's sauce is usually the safety net. It can cover a lot of sins. Underseasoned chicken? Fine. Dip it, save it, move on. But it cannot fix texture. It cannot create crunch out of thin air. And when the crisp isn't there, the whole thing falls flat. The fries didn't do much to help the situation. Underdone. Under salted. Just kind of there. Taking up space. Not offensive, just disappointing. Like they almost made it to the finish line and then decided to clock out early. And here's the part that really gets me. When you only do one thing, you have to nail it. Every time. No excuses. No off days. No close enough. This isn't a diner with a 10-page menu. This is chicken. How do you forget to make it crispy? Now, credit where it's due. The Texas toast? Still elite. Buttery, golden, doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, actually refreshing. And the staff here? Friendly, efficient, and the food came out quick. No complaints on the service side at all. So now I'm sitting there having this internal debate. Because I know what Raising Cane's can be. And this wasn't it. somewhere in the middle of that meal it hit me that I went out of my way for this and got a version that felt like it cut corners That's a tough pill to swallow in an area like Kissimmee where you've got options everywhere you turn. Great food is not hard to find around here. Which makes subpar chicken stand out even more. Three stars. And that feels generous based on the sides and the service carrying the weight. But let's be clear. I'm usually a five star guy when it comes to Raising Cane's. This just wasn't that day. And when your whole brand is built on doing one thing right, you don't get a pass when that one thing misses.

Coming from NYC I do have very high standards for Korean food so it's important that I keep that context when writing this review. We arrived here on a Saturday night in February looking for some good eats after a long day at the parks. We ordered at the counter ramen chicken wings (one butter one) and fries. There wasn't much of a line and the shop is mostly self serve with utensils and water in the back, with a very casual vibe. Our food came out within 15-20 mins or so staring with the wings. I think these chicken wings are very hit or miss depending on your preferences. There was a lot of sauce on these wings so if that is something you like, it definitely hits the spot. However compared to other Korean fried chicken I have had previously, these wings are not double fried, so they are not quite as crispy as the wings I typically get, this is something to note as it is a personal preference. Staff was nice and helpful. The main reason for the 4 star review is the ramen, might have been some of the worst ramen I have had in my life. The broth lacked flavor, the egg was cold, and the meat tasted like plastic, I think dollar store ramen taste better imo. The wings were great and hit the spot and would recommend if you are fine with them not having the crunch typical in fried chicken but I would avoid the ramen if you are to come here again.

I ordered the quesadillas and they came out hot and fresh, which is always a plus. Definitely a solid choice if you're looking for something quick and tasty. I also tried the dulce de leche churros. The service could have been a little better, especially since the spot wasn't busy at the time. Nothing terrible, but it didn't feel very attentive. Overall, I'd come back again for the food because the flavor was definitely there. Next time though, I'd probably go with a pickup order instead.
