Burger Fi is my favorite burger joint, and this location is great. The owner has always been in when I have been there, and he always makes sure we have everything we need. This location is clean and they have inside and outside seating. The burgers are always great, and this location offers halal meat and gluten free buns. First time at Burger Fi. The burger here was quite good although a bit pricey for fast food(at $11 for a double patty). Seems like your basic burger costs an hourly wage these days. Ordering is via a kiosk, where everything is clearly marked. Some upgrades were free to my surprise (I.e.Waygu patty). Choices include burgers, chicken and even a hot dog. Sides include a variety of fries and onion rings and obviously drinks and shakes. The ingredients tasted fresh and the Waygu patties were juicy. I coupled this with some fries and this was a lot of food. The interior is basic fast food decor. The place was clean and service friendly. Suggest adding this to your list of possibilities when considering a burger. read more

This particular BurgetFi is not too far off of Interstate 4 and is overall a good place to head to if you are craving a good hamburger in a fast casual type restaurant. Since it is in a shopping plaza, parking won't be an issue. The staff is friendly and the burgers are definitely enjoyable. The fries are also pretty stellar. While I was staying in Kissimmee/Orlando area for a conference, I ended up stopping by BurgerFi for lunch one of the days. This BurgerFi location is right next to Dunkin Donuts and a few other restaurants. There is plenty of space for parking. It was only a few minutes away from the Hilton hotel that I was staying at. When I had stopped inside around 11:20, there weren't too many customers inside. I ended up placing my order on the self service kiosk that was available to order from. BurgerFi offers a wide range of options such as the following Burgers (Bacon Cheeseburger, Rodeo Burger) Chicken & Sliders (Chicken Tenders, Chicken Sliders) Fries & Onion rings Milkshakes (Chocolate, Vanilla etc..) I ended up trying out the Burger Fi Cheeseburger, upgraded to the Wagyu beef with just cheese and pickles. I didn't get any sides with my order and just a soft drink. The order did take a while to prepare. I ended up waiting inside the restaurant for about 25 minutes for my to go order. The team member was nice though when I did pick up my order! I enjoyed the cheeseburger! It was quite flavorful and reminded me of a smashburger! It was expensive though for just the burger and drink, approximately $20.00, but the food was good! Recycled food, poor food handling and unresolved issues. Wrong on so many levels. I questioned service and poor food handling. I paid for meal and dumped my entire meal in the garbage without eating one bite. I don't trust this place. They actually brought my order to the outdoor patio. As I touched my food to eat , the manager told cook that was the wrong order for my table. Cook retrieved the food and brought me an order that wasn't mine. When I informed them of the error, they brought me back the missing items of my original order including the recycled cold fried egg in a paper tray to put on my burger. If that's what they do with food touched by a customer instead of remaking order then I'm not eating there. YUCK! read more

This was my first visit to this BurgerFi. I do like the BurgerFi food so that's what drew me to this location. The restaurant was clean and food came out fast. The only downside to this order was that I asked for nothing but cheese on my burger and I got lettuce tomato and the BurgerFi sauce. The tomato and lettuce were ok I can remove them but the sauce is not my favorite. The burger was not hot and really not that great, but the onion rings were very hot. Food was not bad but not the best BurgerFi burger like I've had at other Burgerfi locations. The man at the cash register was so kind and very friendly. Don't let the 5 star average on Google reviews fool you. This restaurant gives away free shakes for people who leave a good review. BurgerFi is unfortunately mediocre at best. I ordered a Traditional Grilled Chicken Bowl and Large Fries to share with the table. Maybe I shouldn't have ordered a salad at a burger joint because this was honestly so disappointing. I could have grabbed this same exact salad from a gas station for a quarter of the price. Granted, the chicken was good, but they basically threw the ingredients that go into a regular burger into a bowl and called it a salad. The fries were advertised to come with salt, but they came unseasoned. The floors were so sticky and grimy. And the bathroom was messy. I do not recommend coming here. read more

I went in with my daughter to find something for myself as a gluten free eater. There was only one person working when we arrived. He was so nice and made my order perfectly. I took it to go, but sat in the seating area as I waited for my food and my daughter's shake. The food was great. The gluten free bun was good. I liked it better than the one at other restaurants. Another worker arrived in time to serve my food. Both were pleasant. My only suggestion is to give the floor a good mopping. It was sticky in some areas. Overall, the place was comfortable and welcoming. I don't live in FL, but I will be back my next visit. read more

This is probably my second time trying the BurgerFi and I man I wish I would have it more. I went simple burger with some onion ring / fries and a shake. The Burger was grilled properly the toppings were fresh. I do have to say that if it was not for the sauce it had it would have been tasteless. So glad mine had good sauce. Now the biggest plus was the fact the it didn't soak the paper with grease that is always a plus for me. It had perfect level of juice. The fries were my favorite I did end up getting more fries they were crispy and seasoning was wonderful. They decently have the fry secret there. Onion ring I literally had a bite my kids are that up. For the shakes they didn't taste like syrup and they were not too sweet. This the most simple way I can put that. The flavor stood out perfectly and it was nice and creamy. The place has really nice outside seating. Weather was good and that just added to a good meal. There was just to 2 people working and they still managed to get the food out in a good time and made properly. They were friendly and had wonderful recommendations. They should have some more people there or not they did awesome. read more

One star is generous. Dear BurgerFi Team I've been a loyal customer for years, but today's experience at your Palm Parkway (Orlando) location was extremely disappointing. I placed an order expecting the usual quick service, but after waiting over 60 minutes with no greeting, no communication, and still no food, it was frustrating and unacceptable--especially for a total of $69. We ordered on a tablet and no one informed us anything as to why it would take over an hour for a burger from a fast food place. Only two workers and no one is taking orders is absurd never had such an awful experience. This experience does not reflect the service I've come to expect from BurgerFi, and I truly do not feel it was worth the cost. I'm kindly requesting a full refund for this visit. Dining room was dirty, looks like it's hasn't been cleaned in years. Worst experience never will return tbh! Please let me know the next steps or if you need any additional information from me (receipt, payment method, etc.). I appreciate your attention to this matter. The two guys running the store are literally running nonstop -- they're clearly trying, but it's not enough coverage. There needs to be at least one additional staff member on the floor. You can see in other reviews that wait times have been an ongoing issue, and it's starting to feel out of control. At a certain point, the owner/operator needs to set and maintain a baseline standard for the brand -- because right now the service experience isn't matching what it should be. read more

We had stopped here for shakes before, and I didn't want to review without getting the food so we came by for the $3 burger with purchase of a Freestyle beverage deal. First of all, this location doesn't have a Freestyle machine. Even the number card for our table mentioned Freestyle drinks so I found this funny. The fries were nothing special at all. We had to add salt. Some of our fries were lightly cooked and some a little burnt. The burgers were OK as well. However, my bottom bun was very soggy for some reason. We also had to ask for the garlic aioli we ordered, as it didn't come out for some reason. I don't think I'd return here for food unfortunately. Service was very friendly. read more

Store not properly staffed . This is a busy area, being near WDW in Central FL, duh! No one wiping fish tables or getting you. Bad customer service!! I had to ask for a refund & I've never had to do that ever at a restaurant! The guy who I presume was in charge, just said " oh it got busy"..no I'm sorry it asking how he could fix things. WOW! Hands down worst place ever! Do not eat here! If the owner did the hiring they shouldn't be able to own a franchise location. Only had two guys working. Everyone in front of me got the wrong order! I waited patiently over an hour for my meal while others were demanding a refund. They don't even have to take an order here! The restaurant wasn't busy! I also got the wrong order! Soggy cold fries! Raw meat! Completely raw! Ordered an egg! No egg! I didn't even try for a refund! The guy couldn't figure it out for the ones ahead of me! The salads are below average. The burgers are average, but gave me food poisoning. The service was average. It was self-checkout, but someone brings the food straight to your table. Food took kinda long to come out given the fast food nature. The ambiance is nonexistent with bright unappetizing lights, and the marketing was so green washing. They talk about red chairs being made of recycled material, but there were only 2. There are also recycling bins, but most things at a restaurant will not be recyclable bc they will have food on them. There wasnt a bin slot for compostable. The Mocha Coffee shake was great, even though I didn't originally order one. Placed an order online via Uber Eats but received someone else's Doordash order. Not sure if BurgerFi or the delivery driver was at fault but someone wasn't paying attention. Loved the mocha coffee shake! Had the Parmesan & Herb fries, they were decent but the majority of the parmesan and herb was on the bottom of the container. I couldn't tell much difference between the regular fries and the parmesan herb ones. My Rodeo burger (something I did order) was underwhelming so I had just filled up on the fries and shakes. The hotdog and other burgers I didn't try because they had condiments on them that I don't like. Also, according to the receipt there was a $3.50 bottle of coke missing from this order so I'm thinking the BurgerFi employees may have dropped the ball. The food was awesome. I ordered the cheese burger on lettuce bun and it was awesome. The service was on point and a pretty happening spot.

I got the crispy sandwich, and sadly it was very disappointing. Parts of the chicken had a rubbery texture. I had difficultly chewing sections of it, so I ended up ripping apart the chicken. My bill was $20 for a chicken sandwich combo (fries and soda). To me the quality of the meal did not match up with the price. The service did make up for it though! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean. Not sure if I will come back to try a burger next time. read more

When we got the food, it was good, as expected, but the process getting there was very annoying, irriating, and the man handled it very unprofessionally. When we got there, both of the registers were down and the man (clearly not english and very difficult to understand, don't put a man without fluent english as a cashier) forced us to use a kiosk, which was recently just repaired. Our order went through, but the kitchen didn't receive out ticket. The man made us show him the reciept, even though he watched us enter and pay for the order, and when shown proof of said reciept he got on the phone with the store manager or corp., I'm unsure, and it took him 30+ minutes to get off the phone, finally gave the kitchen our order, and offered no compensation for the terrible service. The ambiance looked like any normal BurgerFi, except it was extremely warm inside and the fan wasn't on and the floor was very sticky. Overall, I would say that this shouldn't be the case for EVERY BurgerFi, but I wouldn't go to this location ever again. read more

This brand new BurgerFi location in O-Town West has everything great about the chain (yummy burgers, fries and onion rings) in a very nice open and airy space with a big covered porch. I like that you can order on a kiosk at this location to customize however you want. It was a bummer that they didn't have a Coke Freestyle machine like they were advertising - hopefully that is coming later. Overall it's a great addition to the area. read more

I am extremely picky about burgers and idk why. But I asked a few people what they thought of this place (I saw an ad for the mint Oreo shake, my bf would've loved that). Everyone gave it great reviews , so I decided to try it out. I ordered the BBQ Rodeo burger and he had the Burger fi cheeseburger. We each had a shake and we shared a cry and fry. Delicious! Would have liked more seasoning in the meat but overall all it was good! I like the onion rings too, next time ill order a side of sauce for them instead of just ketchup. read more
