First time at Burger Fi. The burger here was quite good although a bit pricey for fast food(at $11 for a double patty). Seems like your basic burger costs an hourly wage these days. Ordering is via a kiosk, where everything is clearly marked. Some upgrades were free to my surprise (I.e.Waygu patty). Choices include burgers, chicken and even a hot dog. Sides include a variety of fries and onion rings and obviously drinks and shakes. The ingredients tasted fresh and the Waygu patties were juicy. I coupled this with some fries and this was a lot of food. The interior is basic fast food decor. The place was clean and service friendly. Suggest adding this to your list of possibilities when considering a burger.

Don't let the 5 star average on Google reviews fool you. This restaurant gives away free shakes for people who leave a good review. BurgerFi is unfortunately mediocre at best. I ordered a Traditional Grilled Chicken Bowl and Large Fries to share with the table. Maybe I shouldn't have ordered a salad at a burger joint because this was honestly so disappointing. I could have grabbed this same exact salad from a gas station for a quarter of the price. Granted, the chicken was good, but they basically threw the ingredients that go into a regular burger into a bowl and called it a salad. The fries were advertised to come with salt, but they came unseasoned. The floors were so sticky and grimy. And the bathroom was messy. I do not recommend coming here.

A burger with cheese. I asked for no cheese because I have an allergy to cheese.

No cheese means no cheese I have a dairy allergy The people in the place were nice but were slow because they were under staffed.

Great burger joint here in Orlando! Had the Burgerfi w/ no cheese and my wife had the CEO Wagyu. Both were delicious!

This is probably my second time trying the BurgerFi and I man I wish I would have it more. I went simple burger with some onion ring / fries and a shake. The Burger was grilled properly the toppings were fresh. I do have to say that if it was not for the sauce it had it would have been tasteless. So glad mine had good sauce. Now the biggest plus was the fact the it didn't soak the paper with grease that is always a plus for me. It had perfect level of juice. The fries were my favorite I did end up getting more fries they were crispy and seasoning was wonderful. They decently have the fry secret there. Onion ring I literally had a bite my kids are that up. For the shakes they didn't taste like syrup and they were not too sweet. This the most simple way I can put that. The flavor stood out perfectly and it was nice and creamy. The place has really nice outside seating. Weather was good and that just added to a good meal. There was just to 2 people working and they still managed to get the food out in a good time and made properly. They were friendly and had wonderful recommendations. They should have some more people there or not they did awesome.

Pros: *very clean *self checkout ordering screens were awesome *truffle fries are so good *indoor and outdoor seating Cons: *couldn't customize the burger on the screen to remove something that already came on it -- it allowed additions but no subtractions *this place is a bit pricey for a burger joint in my opinion *not my favorite burger but it's fine

The consistently high ratings led me here for lunch and I was not disappointed. The interiors are tastefully modern and welcoming, with plenty of seating and pleasant decor. I started off with the mango lassi (4/5) which was delightfully refreshing without being too sweet. For meals, we went with the paneer makhani (4.5/5), chole bhature (5/5), vegetable malabari (5.5), and butter naan (4.5/5). All the meals were delicious and prepared using high quality ingredients, with no weak spots. I'd rank Bombay Street Kitchen among the top 2 Indian restaurants I've been to in the state (most Indian restaurants I've been to in Florida have been pretty underwhelming and average). Happy to round up my overall rating as service (5/5) was quick and friendly. I look forward to returning to Bombay Street Kitchen and would recommend them to others looking for delicious Indian food in Orlando.

We were ushered in almost immediately by the host who was very gracious and friendly. The place is very clean and well maintained with classy decor. We appreciated that they have eye friendly, warm yellow lighting for the dining area at evening and not the bright white lights that feel somewhat disorienting. We tried the Tuna tartare for appetizer, the full churrascaria experience for the husband, the fish of the day with lemon butter sauce for me, a classic old fashioned and a Brazilian old fashioned. Everything that was served to us was absolutely delicious! The husband particularly LOVED the flank steak. He said he's never had flank steak so tender and juicy. The sides offered with the churrascaria experience were also to his liking. Especially the brussel sprouts topped with maple syrup. The fish of the day was very well prepared as well. The seasoning was on point. The fish was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. The tuna tartare was very different from what we're used to but was really good with the avocado and arugula it was served with. The old fashioned were very nicely prepared too. The Brazilian old fashioned deserves a special mention here. It takes Cachaça instead of the usual bourbon and the flavors were so good, so delectable that we'd probably go back for more of just that. LOL! All in all, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return here as well as recommend the place.

The space is very broad and we felt quite comfortable at our table. Regarding the food, everything was good. Half of our group went with the Full Rodizio Experience, while others ordered from the A La Carte menu, and everyone was satisfied with the quality of the meats and dishes. However, the overall experience felt a bit disorganized. While our server was friendly, the service was not as proactive as you would expect from a high end steakhouse. We had to constantly ask for water refills and specifically request to have the table cleared and cleaned, as it wasn't being done automatically. It's a beautiful spot with great potential and delicious food, but the attention to detail and service flow definitely need some refinement to match the quality of the kitchen. A solid choice for groups, but be prepared to be more vocal with the staff regarding your needs.
