Food-wise, I wasn't very impressed. I hadn't had these burgers in a couple of years, and I guess I had a different flavor experience in mind. That said, the service from our waitress was excellent--very friendly and quick. What we didn't like was trying to use a promotion they had for a free burger. The manager wouldn't allow it unless we purchased another burger to go, which felt like a strange policy. The ambiance was nice and relaxed, especially since it was pretty empty when we went. We sat inside, but the smoke was quite strong and a bit overwhelming.

Stopped by while doing some shopping on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated very quickly. This location is on the smaller side but it has some cute vintage diner vibe going to it. We got wings burgers onion rings cheese fries and milk shakes. The food was super yummy no complaint there. Service was okay. Really sweet girl hit service was a little slow. We both asked for two waters we only ever got the one. We had to kinda keep reminding her for things we ordered. For example when she brought out the food she asked if there was anything else she could get us to which reminded her we had ordered a side of cheese fries. I think she just forgot to ring it in cause it did take a couple of minutes till it came out. Gratuity is also auto placed here but it does also ask you again for a 18-22% gratuity so please check your bill for that. Would we go again yes but probably for take our rather then dine in

The food was good, but a long-awaited due to super busy. The service was great. A hamburger restaurant atmosphere with a jukebox music playing in the background.

Stopped in because I happened to be in the mall, and I hadn't been in a Johnny Rockets in forever so I decided why not. The location is the typical "50s diner" set up only miniaturized to fit in a mall. We were seated very quickly, where I had to explain the my dining companion what a diner booth jukebox is and I immediately felt about 10,000 years old. Ordered a simple burger and some chili fries, which also arrived in record time. The burger itself was a very good dog standard fast food burger, zero complaints there. The chili fries were another story; the chili, for lack of a better explanation, tasted like the "wrong" type of chili. Just kinda gross, lukewarm, very bean-forward, chili, with one small scoop of cold minced onions on top. I understand that the chili is gonna come out of a #10 can, but at least try and get a better chili. Overall, this was basically a "Temu Wendys" experience.

Their loaded French Fries were great! Their burgers were also great! We weren't really a fan of their milkshakes. Overall, Great customer service though! Would comeback again when we're at the mall.

Half fries / half onion rings (sorry, I snapped the pic after already taking bites! The portion was bigger than pictured.)

Simple comfort food! The ambiance is casual 1950s diner style. I came in with my mom, her sister, and 3 of her sister's grandchildren, for lunch. Our waitress was friendly and had a nice smile. It a while to get our food, and the first thing that arrived was my fries and onion rings. Of course that pleased me, but with 3 little kids at the table, it was stressful to try to keep them patient while we waited for theirs. I got a grilled cheese with cheddar cheese, as well as an order of half fries half onion rings (sorry I took a pic after I already started eating haha... there was a lot more beforehand). The portions are pretty big which is nice--my mom and I shared the fries and onion rings. The little smiley face ketchup on the plate is always a cute touch. Everything tasted classic and was enjoyed! It's been a while since I've had a milkshake, so next time, I'm gonna have one!

Had an amazing first meal of the day with a great, speedy waitress. It's hard to find good "home" feeling eateries at malls but we found this place! Eggs were cooked to perfection, bread toasted, thick fresh tasting tomatoes, so good we couldn't ask for better. Any time we visit Orlando we are making it a priority to visit Johnny rockets now!

Great food, service is a little lacked cause of the packed busy just vibe. Clean, left table a little wet before seating us. Very loud because its packed and all servers are not on the ball, with it understanding what we said. Took a while for check even after asked twice. My tip to then reflected these. Over priced for the type of food it was. Fries could have been better. But as cooked. And no fries and drinks come with hamburgers as shown on menu. They all are separate prices.

A typos so simple American cheese burger that my daughter got to enjoy every bite of it . Place was clean and the ingredients are good . Service was amazing and the prices are very reasonable for families .

If it wasn't for the service and food, I wouldn't have come back. It started out we got to the entrance where we could see everyone. There was a huge sign saying "wait to be seated". We waited for 15 mins and were completely ignored. So we took matters into our own hands and took a seat outside the establishment since both me and my sister are disabled. A girl comes running out scolding us for taking a seat and that was the first moment we were noticed. Anyway our waiter Jose totally made up for it. He was welcoming, kind, soft spoken and very forward thinking. He really took care of us. When we asked for a side of ranch and Mayo he gave us not one small cup of ranch but 4 and 2 Mayo. Love it because one is never enough. We had a cheddar bacon burger, smokehouse burger, cheddar bacon tots (you must try, to die for) and onion ring (also amazing). The burgers were very good although a little greasy but really good. When he gave us the bill he even provided us with filled to go drinks! I mean....how wonderful is that? Love him! He is their best asset here. And we will def come back just because of him.

I really wanted to give this franchise a better rating. Maybe a 1/2 star more? I think their hamburger patties deserve kudos. This location was at the The Mall of Millenia. The interior looked clean and tidy. The stafff was courteous and friendly, but being COVID-19 wary, we opted for the outdoor seating. Take it if you can. People watching is entertaining at this place. You get to watch wide-eyed tourist dragging their kids and local from various strata ranging from the rich, with their designer apparel down to the wannabes pretentiously wearing designer apparel. I ordered the Route 66, which is a fancy name for a mushroom Swiss cheese burger while my wife had the garden salad with ranch dressing. Orders do not come with sides. You can have french fries, cheese fries or onion rings as "appetizers" or sides. My wife and I opted to share the fries, which, judging by the picture was large enough to feed a family in an underdeveloped country. When I took a bite of the burger, it was moist and juicy. The sauteed onions added even more flavor. This is how you make hamburger patties - squashed down enough to not crumble when you flip them but enough crannies to hold in the juices as it cooks. The fries were delightfully crunchy but disappointingly salty. The server swore they don't add salt during cooking so their supplier is probably the guilty party. We asked for the sweet potato fries. Get it instead. I want to know how to make sweet potato fries like this. The garden salad was nothing to write home about nor was the ranch dressing. The chocolate milkshake was generous but did not impress. Would I eat at Johnny Rockets again? If I get that combination of hankering for a juicy burger, sweet potato fries and milkshakes, yes.

I invited a small group to lunch and celebrated birthdays with a meal for two friends....I bought lunch after signing up for the rewards program. I opted to take the requisite photo of my receipt and have the meal credited to my rewards account. The points were never added. There is no customer service phone number to call for assistance. And the phone number at the corporate office only leads to voicemails. So I sent an email. No reply. It's been 3.5 months. A few days ago I decided to call the store for two reasons (1). to see if they could lead me towards resolving this issue before make my next rewards-motivated purchase, and (2) to see if they would be able to pull together a last minute event for 23 people. When I called, I started by asking about the rewards program issue. A young lady announced that the manager had just left the store 20 minutes earlier. She said he could call me the next day when he returned--somewhere between 12 and 4 pm. I said okay and gave her my name and number. The next day at about 330, I had not heard from the manager Dennis So I called the store and a young man answersed the phone. He didn't identify himself, so I asked if he was Dennis. He asked me to hold on a minute, so I did. An older sounding man answers the phone, also not identifying himself. So I said "hi, are you Dennis?" He replied "if you are selling something, we don't want it". I responded "I'm not selling anything, I'm a customer. I'm trying to reach Dennis". The call was then disconnected. About an hour later I called back, hoping that the call had been inadvertently dropped. Again, the young fee-sounding man answered. I explained that I thought we had bbeen disconnected when I called earlier. He replied "please hold on a moment". I said "okay", feeling that the first call had indeed been disconnected. The call then resumed, with the older sounding gentleman answering "hello". I said "hi". The call was again discontinued and I heard silence. I cant imagine why a business would not want to speak with a person who identifies as a customer. I had a question to ask about their process and an order for food that they sell. While this was at one point my preferred spot for my vegetarian diet, I can honestly say that I would not recommend anyone go there, if their service continues at the level I experienced. Why would anyone call a business that repeatedly hangs up on customers trying to do business with them?

Sandwich Standout Bite: The queso with Flavor Bomb 3 was incredible. Sweet, savory, and completely addictive.
