We had a pretty good experience at this FiveGuys location in Dr. Phillips. Marquesha S. assisted with the order and was quite pleasant and made us feel welcome. They accounted for my wife's allergy to gluten and dairy and, instead of bread, she had lettuce. I had the hamburger 'all the way,' and it was satisfying. The highlight of the meal was actually the french fries, they were spectacular. The hamburgers were only average (not much of a grilled taste or caramelization); but, we will give them another visit in the near future. read more

This Five Guys was by far the best I've been to. The positivity from all the staff started as I walked in the door when I was greeted loudly and with smiles from all 3 team members which included the district manager herself. The food was great, it was quick, the store and restrooms were clean. The district manager also provided me with information about the local area and where I could find various entertainment. My lunch at this Five Guys will have been my most pleasant experience with a business during my very brief visit to Orlando. read more

Five Guys has excellent burgers! I went to this location in Sand Lake and had a good experience. The staff welcomed us when we walked in, and I liked that type of customer service. Here, you don't have your typical combo options; you order everything separately. What I like about Five Guys is that you can customize toppings for your burger or select their "All the Way" option with a selected group of toppings. We ordered a little cheeseburger, a little bacon burger, and a little hamburger. We went with the little one because the regular burger has a big portion. The fries portion is big, too, so we ordered large fries to share. If you are into knowing where your food comes from, they have a board saying where the potatoes used for the fries come from. They have the Coca-Cola-free-style machine. Oh and I almost forgot... you can grab free peanuts from a buckets. The Sand Lake location was clean, and the staff was friendly. Despite its proximity to a high-traffic area, there was plenty of parking available. read more

Satisfied our craving! My mom, aunt, and I came in today for a late lunch/early dinner before they dropped me off at the airport. The service is friendly and kind, and the ambiance is casual and comfortable. As always, the food is fresh and hot and a good portion size! I got a little cheeseburger with my toppings of choice and shared an order of regular sized fries with my family. I love dipping both my fries and burger in the malt vinegar. It's addictive! Thanks for serving us--always a good time! read more

Five Guys - Little Cheeseburger and Regular Fries - Fast Food Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Food was the best. Our first visit for this location. Restaurant was clean and staff was polite and on point. Thank you!!!!

Best natural cut French fries EVER! Burgers are epic and cooked to order so be prepared to wait for them but totally worth it!!!

It's been a long time since I've been at this location but nothing has changed. They still have great food and friendly service. Five guys might be all about burgers and fries but sometimes you just have to have a hot dog. I walked in just before 1:00 in the afternoon and there was one person in the place. Not exactly the rush time though. I ordered myself a bacon dog and kept it pretty simple they're just mustard, pickles and drill jalapenos. And also got myself a few peanuts on the side because I like peanuts. Always a tasty addition when you're in any of their locations. My food was prepared perfectly and tasted great. Anytime I have a chance to dine at one of their locations it's always a good experience. This is a good size location with plenty of seating available. read more

what a refreshing change of pace to come to this location. It was clean and friendly with a great crew!

Five Guys continues to deliver the best burger and fries (arguably)! So glad we picked Five Guys for dinner. Prices have gotten quite high though, so we can't come too often. read more

Five Guys is where you wanna go for some goooood greasy fattening food. It seems like Five Guys is pretty consistent as a whole, burgers are a good size and the always over filled fries that make the bag dark brown with grease. Food usually comes out pretty fast and fresh. Fries could be crispier. But burgers are always on point! Sloppy and delicious. Also they have a coke freestyle machine which is always a little plus. The service isn't the best and the employees aren't very friendly but I don't have to interact with them often so that's not too important. Overall they're awesome for a quick filling meal!! read more

Five Guys - Staff excellence! - Fast Food Near Me - Orlando, Florida

I've come here a few times maybe about three and each and every time I've had great service and the food has been great. One thing about five guys is their food is always fresh made to order. Even though I ordered a small fry, they filled the bag up with fries, which is great. I would recommend dipping the fries and the A1 sauce so delicious. What I do is go on the app and order a grilled cheese sandwich and add a patty then I add grilled onions to it with A1 steak sauce. You will not be disappointed. read more

This Five Guys is pretty average. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Our cashier had poor communication skills but the associate cleaning the restaurant was very personable and pleasant. Two of us ordered a BLT with small fries and the third person ordered a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and taste great. Both of the BLT sandwiches disappointed. The bacon taste burnt and crumbled when you bit into it. The pieces of bacon turned into many pieces that kept falling out of the bun. It was like eating a sandwich with a pile of baco's bacon flavored bits poured over a single tomato slice and some lettuce. I would never recommend this sandwich at this location. All three fries were cooked to order and were very good. read more

We came here ironically after we got tested for Covid with the results being negative. It was the first time in a long time for us to eat out. We saw that there was an outdoor seating area which also steered us to get food here. Inside there were only 4 people so there was plenty of room for social distancing. However the wait was a little long for only 4 customers which I didn't understand. Tables were marked off where you can or cannot sit at for social distancing. We wound up eating in our car cause the patio seating was wet due to rain! read more

Five Guys - Waiting to order - Fast Food Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Love 5 guys. Always a good spot for a quick burger that tastes good. Sometimes it can be hit or miss with the fries being too oily though which is my only complaint however I definitely LOVE five guys and have for years and will continue to go back. I especially love going inside and being able to eat peanuts while I wait for my burger to be done. Definitely a staple burger joint. read more

Overall: Not all Five Guys are apparently the same or this was an off night. This evening was average at best. Plan on not returning. Service: 3 stars- Average service and we were the only ones there. Food: 2.5 stars- We ordered a double cheese and had it split. Also got a bag of peanuts. The burger was hot but the taste seemed off. Neither one of us could figure it out the reason for it being off. Was more greasy than normal also. Peanuts were stale. Environment: 4 stars- Restaurant seemed to be clean and bathrooms were also clean. We ate outside where they have a large outdoor patio with most tables having umbrellas. read more

This is always something quick for me & my family to grab after being at Universal Studios all day, or even when we are just in the area. Food is fresh and is ready quick, & the staff is nice. Just your normal messy 5 guys burger and fries! I personally think the fries could be crispier but other than that, this location is great. read more

I was extremely hungry when I sat down to eat at five guys so I was really looking forward to this burger. My friends had really hyped up the amazing food at five guys and wanted me to see. I was disappointed when I opened up with burger to see that the bread was soggy and squished. I ordered numerous toppings on my burger but only got a little of each. For example, I got 2 slices of bell pepper and that was it. The fries were good. read more

I've been coming to five guys for years. As the burger joint explosion hit Orlando, this place still remained at the top of my list whenever I was feeling like a burger. It's a very basic burger but with the toppings, it tends to became very good. Originally, the Kirkman/Metrowest location was the closest but after going by it, it was closed sadly. This is the next closest one to me and it isn't too busy, which is good for, but hopefully not a concern for them. I shall get the double hamburger here and a little fry because they over load the fries in the bag. TIP: Get the Cajun seasoning on the side! Don't usually come to hamburger places often, but when I have the craving, I will definitely be back. read more

Very disappointing especially considering my wife and I had not visit a 5 guys in over a year we walked in around 11:30 am went to order and the young lady said to let you know we are only taking cash So we left and went across the street to eat I am retired from the restaurant industry having been an owner as well as corporate senior management and there are ways to continue sales when internet or pos are down I always kept a old credit card swipes (go online order one) customer gets their copy they sign and you can enter the data when all systems are up read more

Used to be my favorite fast food burger.... Not anymore... every time i come everything is more expensive ($12.49 for a bacon cheese burger??? ) just went with my kids and we spent $105!! Not worthy.... They have to seriously check what's going on with raising prices read more

We ordered through an app and it took so long for us to get to us, which was not the fault of Five Guys. By the time the food arrived, the fries were cold. But you know what, the cheeseburgers were still warm and delicious. Even after the driver drove around the lake in a nearby neighborhood for thirty minutes and our food reached us 1.5 hours after we ordered, the food was still GOOD! That says a lot about the quality of the food and restaurant. I appreciate that you can pick and choose your toppings on the burger for no additional cost. Why no pictures? We waited 1.5 hours for the food. There was no time for pics. It's was eating time! read more

burger was good but the lady literally just got out the bathroom without washing her hands properly.guy who worked there said he was trying to go before her to put soap.than the lady at the cash register got upset cause I only put 5 percent tip.she ended up adding onions to my order just to mess with me.I feel like going back and throwing it in there face.if you don't like your job go be homeless somewhere else read more

This Five Guys used to be so good. But the last three times I've been there, with last Tuesday the 2nd being the latest, I've been repeatedly let down. The fries have always been just that much overdone that they're a bit too hard and charry on the outside, and not so creamy good on the inside. You know, how it NORMALLY is, at most Five Guys. Then, I've consistently had a stomach bug within a few hours after eating down my burger at this joint. It's too often to be a coincidence. Sad. Can't go back till I have some assurance someone is taking it in hand and putting it back to the normal high standards of Five Guys. read more

At Five Guys I expect a juicy burger with all the fixins, a side of fries thats more than I can eat, and a clean, fresh atmosphere to eat it in. While I got all of those things at this location, I was left for wanting on a few other accounts. I visited on 4pm on a Sunday, when there were 10 people working and equally as many people dining, and it took about 20 minutes to get two burgers and a side of fries. If it was rush hour I could understand the wait, but when things were so slow, and the store was clearly fully staffed, I was pretty peeved at how long it took to get our food. Another knock against them was how they have their air conditioning set up--where we were seated (next to the side door), we were pummled by air blowing out of the unit. It wasn't too bad for a minute or two, but for a 20 minute wait, it was really noticable. We had to put our napkins under our drink cups to keep them from flying away. Overall, not a bad place to grab a burger if you're already in the complex it's situated in, but there is another Five Guys just around the corner that I'll be trying out next time to satisfy my Five Guys fix. read more

Best burgers out there and the most high quality and generous French fries in the land.

Five stars for Five Guys. My motto is if you're going to eat fast food then eat the best. This place fits that bill. It sure ain't health food, but it's light years ahead of McDonalds or any of their clones. Ive always loved Five Guys' burgers and especially their fries. I'm gluten-free so I do wish they had a GF bun, but the lettuce wrap is a pretty good option here since they give you lots of lettuce. I eat at five star restaurants all the way down to truckstop diners and I try to rate restaurants in the class they are in. As a fast burger joint, Five Guys always gets Five stars with me. read more

Amazing customer service. Sitting here eating now and everyone is singing out order numbers, happy to serve. A guy comes in looks at menu and prepares to walk out. The guy w locs on the coin line notices and yells out to the guy "sir - have you never been here before?" He noticed that the older guy might have been confused. Guy doesn't hear so loc guy tried again to get guys attention. Man finally hears and returns to counter. Employee w locs says "if you've never been here, let me tell you more...". Both of them y'all smile. He made a customer for life. Very special team here. I don't live here but hope this review helps direct ppl to a great location. read more

Love this Five Guys location because it is the perfect distance from my apartment for my to order through the app as I am pulling out of the driveway and when I arrive my burger is just finishing up. I've always encountered friendly staff at this location. All the burgers I've ordered here have been made on point. The restaurant is always clean. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. I love Five Guys, no matter where I am. This one had great quality of food and excellent customer service. I couldn't give it 5 stars because we ate outside and the tables were disgusting.
