i just don't understand how many times I've ordered from here and always either was missing items or never followed the modifications on my burger! it's frustrating when my kids don't receive their food or these dumb ass workers don't know how to read a ticket and screen and not put the item in the bag when bagging an order especially when I work in a restaurant as a carryout coordinator/captain and work in the same industry but see fast food spots mess up when they ticket is on the bag or the whole order is on the screen in front of them when bagging as well as the window person double checking before closing and handing the bag out and still notice their missing 3 fucking burgers now all my kids have to eat is fries with nothing else, such a disgrace for the food industry as well as the workers/employees they hire that do not care about their job! read more

Quick, and fast from start to finish. We were out picking up things and needed lunch. With all the restrictions and 2 small kids, we really didn't want to go into a restaurant. So Wendy's drive thru for the win. Sometimes a fast food place isn't really all that fast. More often than not, food is not served as hot as you might like it to be. Not here. At this location the staff was friendly, quick, and the food came out nice and hot! Honestly, there's nothing worse than cold fries! Everything came out made correctly, nothing was incorrect with the food, and it was good. We will define back to this location the next time we are over that way! read more

Great experience. Kiaranel took our order. Even after entering restroom and noticing a customer left some not so nice gifts, she was prompt in tending to the SHITuation. Nice and clean and very updated interior. Will return if I'm in the area with a hangering for fast food. Wendy's has long made what I consider gourmet qauluty burgers even before it was a thing. You might find better, but it's consistent, clean and quality control goes a long way. P.S. I like the seating area near the fireplace. I don't eat out as much but I don't appreciate waiting 30 minutes for a burger. I only wanted a burger and I did a mobile order as I see an area for mobile orders, I don't see mine. I tried to get assistance from the employees but they acted like they could not hear me. I did not want to raise my voice for no reason as I still did and waved around. I just don't get it. I understand that it's busy but can I get some assistance on my mobile order. I finally got assistance and I was informed to wait. Every once and a while I should post a review of a fast food burger joint. Well I decided that Wendy's should be up first for this week. The location is a clean, fast and accurate with my order. After completing my order the process had a ticket time of 5:32. Yes I did time it for this review, but I have been to this location before and it seems to be consistent in their service. The lady at the drive through window was nice and seem to clear her drive through fairly fast prior to me pulling up to the window. After receiving my order everything was hot and make to order. Other locations I can't say that this would be the case. Overall, I am satisfied with the location. Only thing I did notice were boxes piled out back. Nothing really to worry about. Fancy Fast Food. The only reason for it not being a 5 star is that it is fast food and so I don't feel right comparing it to the other places I've rated a 5. Though this would definitely be a 5 in the fast food category. This Wendy's was recently remodeled; hence the fancy. It's super clean. I think they added some new items including pastries. They have one of those super cool touch screen soda machines that gives you all the flavors of Diet Coke even the ones you can't find in store anymore (hello, cherry vanilla Diet Coke, it's been awhile). There is a fire place to sit and eat by. Strange for a Wendy's, but whatever. Another genius move was having the ketchup dispensers over the trash hole in case of of spills. Latifah took my order. She was super cheerful and welcoming. I ordered the new pretzel roll bacon cheeseburger meal and a frostee. I was dining in so she asked if I wanted the frostee right away or after I was done. She said I could just raise my hand and she would bring it to me (I ended up dumping my trash and walking back over to the ordering area) but she saw me and got it ready for me right away. She also asked for my name when she took my order and when it was ready called me over. It was a nice personal touch. My food was good. It is fast food, but if you catch this location at a bad time it is really busy. I was able to get there on this day around 11:45 and was able to be in and out in 5 minutes with hot and fresh food. Again this is fast food and nothing that should stand out. I will comment that when I have been inside I have seen the full team (including managers) jumping in to get the crowds moving. read more

I literally do not think I can express to you the level of deliciousness, professionalism, and sheer awesome-ness of this Wendy's location. Mere human words are not enough, but allow me to try. I used to live in the Millennia area. This location closed down in order to renovate and update the restaurant. And...How do I say this? IT WAS THE LONGEST TWO MONTHS OF MY LIFE. But soon, a giant inflatable frosty with a sign that read NOW OPEN was sitting beside the road, like a glorious chocolate beacon to the fast-food motherland. I rushed inside. What I saw actually changed me. Guys. They have a fireplace. Let me reiterate that: this Wendy's location has an actual little fireplace. They also have a bakery, and wifi, and it's basically like a panera, only it's a Wendy's. I have gone to this Wendy's probably 30 times in the year that I lived near them. Since their renovation and reboot, not once, I repeat, NOT ONCE, did they get my order wrong. Every. Single. Time. Was. Correct. I said no tomatoes. And guess what? NO TOMATOES. I wanted cheese on my number six. Guess what? THERE WAS CHEESE ON MY SPICY NUMBER SIX. Every employee of this Wendy's deserves a raise. You may think I'm being dramatic, but I'm serious. Everyone is personable, nice, cheerful, happy. I want to give them 5 stars but I just can't. Service is usually pretty prompt but the French fry quality is always lacking. Too soggy and too salty. You can't expect salt to make it all better. But I work very close to this particular Wendy's and being in a rush to get things done, I have grabbed a salad or a chicken sandwhich through their drive-thru. I have felt inclined to write a review every time I have gone because their service is outstanding. The ladies that work the drive-thru are so friendly, upbeat, and personable.
