Pretty good for mall food. This is its own separate area from the food court. It was very busy when we got there but our food still came out quickly and it was hot and fresh. I would skip the truffle fries though, the truffle dip was not it so basically just fries with parmesan. There was plenty of seating inside and out.

While wandering around the Florida Mall at lunchtime, I headed over to their food court area to find throngs of people crowded around every eatery and nary a table available. The area was so hot and stinky-sweaty I had to get out of there! Still hungry, I saw Shake Shack in a separate corridor and decided that was the place for me. I ordered at a kiosk. A Shackburger with fries and, because it was so hot and humid and my body was craving it, a gigantic bottle of water (rather than my usual milkshake). Do Floridians really get used to this heat and humidity? I took a seat in the dining area and my food was soon brought to my table. Both burger and fries were very good and I sucked down that entire bottle of water by the time I finished eating. If you happen to be at this enormous mall and don't feel like fighting mobs of people when hunger hits, check one of those mall maps to find Shake Shack and enjoy a great burger.

The lemonade was super refreshing the tart of lemonade and sweetness of the strawberry was a great combination. The service was quick even when it was busy. The atmosphere was super chill. The burger was juicy and the crunch of onions was delicious and the truffle sauce was delish.

When most people think of shake shack they don't think of a hot dog, and that is exactly why I decided this time I was going to get one. Wasn't sure what to expect, and I didn't know anyone who had had one before, so that made the investigation even more interesting to me. Now I am by no means a hot dog connoisseur, but I'd like to think that I have had enough in my life to be at a provide a rounded and balanced review. As a cheaper item on the menu, I was certainly interested in trying this out, and I'll tell you what, I was not disappointed. If You're expecting The classic hot dog taste, then you'll be in for a shock, because this is a high quality dog and uses a lot nicer meat than a regular hot dog. The bun was just one top of a burger bun, folded in a way to make it look like a hot bun. Pleasantly surprised with how nice this tasted and will certainly be adding it to my shake shack repertoire. With the addition of the barbecue and cheese sauces that I had on the side, I managed to make this an even nicer option. So if you're looking for something at shake shack that isn't a burger and isn't the chicken, then look no further than the hot dog. Moving on to one of the new items on the menu, let's talk about the barbecue fries; Now I'm a big fan of the fries from shake shack anyway, I've always been about the crinkle cut, but with the barbecue seasoning on it, it knocked it up to another level. With the addition of the cheese sauce to dip it in on the side, this meant that my fries were not soggy and have the perfect amount of sauce per fry. I hope this item stays on the menu and is not just seasonal because this was a fantastic addition to my meal. The price is a little higher than some of the competitors but the quality is certainly there, hence the four star review.

Pretty good for a stereotypical burger joint! The burgers were classic thin patties, they came out hot and with all the toppings. We ordered two double cheeseburgers, one regular fry and two small soft drinks; our total was $30 before tip. My only grievance is the self-service ordering kiosks... I wish we could order through a staff member. But the staff were very attentive, cleared our plates and asked us if we needed refills.

Kaelan manager was amazing!!! Super impressed by how he runs things at the shake shack in Orlando international mall. He was quick getting orders out running the kitchen, talking to guest and helping us with a couple issues with our order and he made sure everything was right. Honestly he made it a way better experience. The shroom burger is so good and I'm not a fan of mushrooms but this is fried and stuffed with cheese..WOW it's delicious. The nuggets are tender and they have some good sauces. The milkshakes are pretty yummy.

This was my first time ever eating at Shake Shack, and let me tell you--I am now completely hooked, all thanks to Elijah! From the moment I walked in, his warm and welcoming personality made the experience unforgettable even from behind the counter . He is incredibly pleasant, professional, and has such an infectious smile and energy that makes you want to come back just to see him again. Ever since that first visit, I've been obsessed with the food, but I truly believe it's Elijah's outstanding service that makes it even better. Shake Shack is lucky to have him!

A good experience at this location. There's much there's not any interaction with associates, which is kind of unusual but that's the sign of the times after Covid. Everything is no contact you order at the four computers at the front versus in person with a cashier. The orders are always perfect because it's what you put in. Today, the gluten-free burger as well as the smoke shack that I ordered were quite tasty.

This was really good! My favorite thing was the cheese fries. Nice and crispy with cheese on top. I paid around $12 for a burger and fries which is decent. The burger had buttery bread, cheese, lettuce and tomato. It's a nice treat to have when visiting the mall compared to all of the other expensive restaurants there.

While waiting in line, I became best friends with the other customers & the cashier. It was such a friendly upbeat environment, so we were all chatting it up. The cashier even gave silly nicknames to the orders based on our joking around. I tried the new spicy fries. The fries are thick wavy fries, perfectly cooked, crunch on the outside, & hot & soft on the inside. The spice blend was very spicy. I'm a thai-hot level girl, but this had my tongue numb. It's just dry spice & a lot of it. I would have preferred less of it or it in a wet sauce version. I had the mushroom vegetarian burger & my husband had the garden burger. Both were delicious. Great thick size, crisp fresh toppings, & the burgers were just like the fries- crisp on the outside & soft on the inside! I'm SOOOO happy they not only provide multiple vegetarian burger options, but also non-dairy dessert options! It's located in the mall with indoor & outside seating. Booths, high-tops, & tables available with ample space for mobility devices.

I was at the Florida Mall and wanted something other then the typical "food court food", but not sit down so Shake Shack it was. I had only been to a Shake Shack once before in Austin and seeing as I couldn't remember if I liked it or not I wasn't sure what I was getting into. The employees at the counter were very friendly and helpful when I had questions regarding the menu. I ordered the smokeshack and a side of fries. You're asked if you'd like your burger medium or well done. I prefer medium rare so I went with medium. The burger was good, not great. I like my bacon crispy and it was anything but. The fries were nothing special. Just regular crinkle fries. There was an employee walking around the restaurant making sure every table was clean, but never restocked the ketchup containers even after I heard other customers complaining. This establishment was not memorable in Austin and isn't memorable in Orlando either. They offer the employee discount with a military ID.

Enjoyed it! Better than 5 guys! Great taste!

Burger was fresh and got great taste not sloppy. Better than 5 guys to me! The shake was like drinking chocolate ice cream!

Both were delicious but the UBE stood out for me. This time it was not as packed and warm temp like it can be at times here. Ordered the Maiko Parfait in Ube : soft-serve with mochi balls, Japanese chestnut, adzuki red beans, sponge cake, corn flake, & agar jelly for $9ish. It was a delicious creamy not too sweet ube soft serve that had a delicious taste of ube. It was bright purple with the yummy-ness of this creamy ube flavor not the flavor im used to in filipino version ice creams. It had the mochi balls and chesnut - Corn flakes, Matcha sponge cake - Red beans, and jelly. I love this dessert. The interesting part of this soft serve - It was slow to melt! It was sturdy enough that when you take your time and enjoy it - It does not melt so fast unlike other soft serves. Would def come back again and get UBE!

We walked into a cute and welcoming space with a menu built around showcasing matcha in different forms rather than treating it as just another flavor option. The atmosphere is cozy and fits the theme well, though seating is limited and it can get crowded during busy times, making it better suited for a quick dessert stop or grabbing a drink to enjoy nearby rather than settling in for a long visit. The main reason to visit is the matcha soft serve and dessert selection. The matcha flavor is noticeably rich and earthy, with a stronger tea profile compared to many sweeter matcha desserts. The soft serve has a smooth, creamy texture and works especially well in combinations like matcha shaved ice, floats, or parfait-style creations. The matcha shaved ice stands out with layers of shaved ice, matcha soft serve, red bean, mochi, and Japanese chestnuts, creating a dessert that has different textures in every bite. The combination of the creamy soft serve with the chewy mochi and the slight bitterness of the matcha creates a balanced dessert that does not rely solely on sugar for flavor. The drink menu gives plenty of ways to experience matcha, from hot and iced matcha drinks to floats and specialty creations. Options like matcha with ube, matcha lattes with foam, and hojicha drinks add variety for anyone who wants something beyond traditional matcha. The café also offers coffee options, which makes it easier for groups with different preferences to find something they enjoy. The matcha lattes are well balanced, with the earthy notes of the tea coming through clearly without being masked by milk or sweetness. Beyond matcha, the menu includes other Japanese-inspired desserts like taiyaki, mochi-based items, and seasonal offerings. The combination of traditional flavors and playful presentations makes the café feel like a dessert destination rather than just a drink shop. The desserts are also visually appealing, with the kind of presentation that makes them worth taking a photo before digging in. The taiyaki are crisp on the outside and filled with a sweet red bean paste that contrasts nicely with the cold soft serve. Service is friendly and helps keep the experience smooth even when the café is busy. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and make it easy to choose between the many matcha options, offering clear descriptions of the flavor profiles and texture differences between the soft serve, shaved ice, and latte options. Because the café has a strong focus on quality matcha and specialty desserts, it can get popular during peak hours, so visiting outside the busiest times may make it easier to find seating and take your time with the menu. Matcha Cafe Maiko is a great spot for anyone who enjoys matcha or wants to try Japanese-style matcha desserts. The combination of rich matcha flavor, creative menu options, and a cozy café atmosphere makes it stand out from typical dessert shops. It feels like a place worth visiting when you want a matcha experience that goes beyond a basic latte, offering a dessert that feels both authentic and indulgent without being overly sweet.

From the top of the swirl to the very bottom of the inside of my cone, there was not a single air pocket to be found.
