Service and atmosphere are great. Nice outdoor seating area. And my shake was delicious.

Are the Chicken Sandwich Wars (cue Megadeth) still happening? If so, Shake Shack might be one of the contenders! The Chicken Shack (cue B52s) is a nice piece of chicken with lettuce, pickles and sauce. I did add a tomato and onions at no charge. That's a surprise when other places are charging for those add ons. The Cheese Fries (cue Primus) were good too. Freshly made which is always a plus. I've had their burgers before but I think the chicken is just a better value... and I do use the term value loosely. My meal (with a soda pop (cue Hanson)) was over $16 before tax and tip and the only upgrade was the cheese on the fries. Yeah, it's pricey, but it's also pretty good. The store is run pretty efficiently too with a person dedicated to delivering food to tables and keeping things neat and tidy. I need to try an actual Milkshake (cue Village People) sometime as they sound good too. read more

So, I tried the Dubai chocolate and of course, it also had the feuillefine (crunchy flakes) with pistachios. SO, there is some form of comparison when they had the shake at Shake Shack. They made the chocolate around the plastic cup thinking you're getting a chocolate drink. See photo, brown cup. It was a tad disappointing for me because it was missing the chocolate piece. You have a cup that's brown, hence chocolate but every spoonful with NOT have any chocolate in it. Even if you crack it up to get some chocolate.... Nope, that didn't happen. So, I'm not feeling it. Three stars for the crunchy pistachio milky shake, but I could have given more if there are some chocolate in that spoonful. Did I have to say I love chocolate? Nuf said. read more

Shake Shack is a staple, you're always going to get a great burger. The FL mall is always packed so be ready to stand in line, but they have kiosks to help move things along. If you're with family keep an eye out for an open table! I always go simple with the classic ShackStack and add their delicious pickles, but the chicken sandwich is just as good! read more

Conveniently located at the Florida Mall, my family decided to eat here for a quick stopover. The ordering system was very easy to use, and there were also staff to help us if we had any problems. The food came out pretty quickly, and we were devouring our delicious burgers, fries, and shakes in no time! I tried the mushroom burger and loved it! Also, the shakes are so good! read more

Pretty good for mall food. This is its own separate area from the food court. It was very busy when we got there but our food still came out quickly and it was hot and fresh. I would skip the truffle fries though, the truffle dip was not it so basically just fries with parmesan. There was plenty of seating inside and out. read more

While wandering around the Florida Mall at lunchtime, I headed over to their food court area to find throngs of people crowded around every eatery and nary a table available. The area was so hot and stinky-sweaty I had to get out of there! Still hungry, I saw Shake Shack in a separate corridor and decided that was the place for me. I ordered at a kiosk. A Shackburger with fries and, because it was so hot and humid and my body was craving it, a gigantic bottle of water (rather than my usual milkshake). Do Floridians really get used to this heat and humidity? I took a seat in the dining area and my food was soon brought to my table. Both burger and fries were very good and I sucked down that entire bottle of water by the time I finished eating. If you happen to be at this enormous mall and don't feel like fighting mobs of people when hunger hits, check one of those mall maps to find Shake Shack and enjoy a great burger. read more

When most people think of shake shack they don't think of a hot dog, and that is exactly why I decided this time I was going to get one. Wasn't sure what to expect, and I didn't know anyone who had had one before, so that made the investigation even more interesting to me. Now I am by no means a hot dog connoisseur, but I'd like to think that I have had enough in my life to be at a provide a rounded and balanced review. As a cheaper item on the menu, I was certainly interested in trying this out, and I'll tell you what, I was not disappointed. If You're expecting The classic hot dog taste, then you'll be in for a shock, because this is a high quality dog and uses a lot nicer meat than a regular hot dog. The bun was just one top of a burger bun, folded in a way to make it look like a hot bun. Pleasantly surprised with how nice this tasted and will certainly be adding it to my shake shack repertoire. With the addition of the barbecue and cheese sauces that I had on the side, I managed to make this an even nicer option. So if you're looking for something at shake shack that isn't a burger and isn't the chicken, then look no further than the hot dog. Moving on to one of the new items on the menu, let's talk about the barbecue fries; Now I'm a big fan of the fries from shake shack anyway, I've always been about the crinkle cut, but with the barbecue seasoning on it, it knocked it up to another level. With the addition of the cheese sauce to dip it in on the side, this meant that my fries were not soggy and have the perfect amount of sauce per fry. I hope this item stays on the menu and is not just seasonal because this was a fantastic addition to my meal. The price is a little higher than some of the competitors but the quality is certainly there, hence the four star review. read more

I don't have pictures as my phone was on apple for repair. I wish I did, I ordered a hotdog and how it was shamelessly brought to my table I don't get it; it was burnt blacker than black. My dog did not even want this!!! This is the second and last time to ever get the hotdog at shake shack as it's not good and very salty. read more

Pretty good for a stereotypical burger joint! The burgers were classic thin patties, they came out hot and with all the toppings. We ordered two double cheeseburgers, one regular fry and two small soft drinks; our total was $30 before tip. My only grievance is the self-service ordering kiosks... I wish we could order through a staff member. But the staff were very attentive, cleared our plates and asked us if we needed refills. read more

I had a horrible experience at this location, I arrived at 8:20pm , store closes at 8:30 however there are no signs stating that. Placed my order specifically asked for no bacon, no pickles and to add tomatoes. When receiving my order it had bacon, pickles and no tomatoes. Upon approaching the counter I advised the workers the order was incorrect. One of them said " WHAT HAPPEN? " ... I let them know, I am allergic to bacon and their response was "WE'RE CLOSED" ... no apologies or anything. Instead they called another worker, he asked me what happen I let him know the situation again no apologies, he just says oh I'll get a manage. The manager comes rushing from the back all upset, clicks on the register and says $10 going back on your card. Again where's the customer service ? Never coming to this location. Advised corporate as well. Sometimes you want to show people grace but they are so rude. read more

Kaelan manager was amazing!!! Super impressed by how he runs things at the shake shack in Orlando international mall. He was quick getting orders out running the kitchen, talking to guest and helping us with a couple issues with our order and he made sure everything was right. Honestly he made it a way better experience. The shroom burger is so good and I'm not a fan of mushrooms but this is fried and stuffed with cheese..WOW it's delicious. The nuggets are tender and they have some good sauces. The milkshakes are pretty yummy. read more

This was my first time ever eating at Shake Shack, and let me tell you--I am now completely hooked, all thanks to Elijah! From the moment I walked in, his warm and welcoming personality made the experience unforgettable even from behind the counter . He is incredibly pleasant, professional, and has such an infectious smile and energy that makes you want to come back just to see him again. Ever since that first visit, I've been obsessed with the food, but I truly believe it's Elijah's outstanding service that makes it even better. Shake Shack is lucky to have him! read more

A good experience at this location. There's much there's not any interaction with associates, which is kind of unusual but that's the sign of the times after Covid. Everything is no contact you order at the four computers at the front versus in person with a cashier. The orders are always perfect because it's what you put in. Today, the gluten-free burger as well as the smoke shack that I ordered were quite tasty. read more

Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich which originally totaled out to around $4.50 and paid an additional $3+ for added tomato and bacon. Took 40 minutes to receive my order, and had to wait by the counter to find it because they didn't bring it to the table number I put on the kiosk order. When opening my grilled cheese immediately noticed the cheese wasn't melted, and was slapped onto the bread. The sandwich itself was cold. Was already disappointed by the wait, but decided to ask if they could remake it. Took another 20 minutes just to get another grilled cheese, but instead plain. No tomato or bacon like I had paid extra for. Employee didn't seem to care or give notice to my reasonable concern and decided to walk away. Overall DO NOT recommend coming to this location; staff paid no attention to other customers complaints as well. Will not be returning. read more

This was really good! My favorite thing was the cheese fries. Nice and crispy with cheese on top. I paid around $12 for a burger and fries which is decent. The burger had buttery bread, cheese, lettuce and tomato. It's a nice treat to have when visiting the mall compared to all of the other expensive restaurants there. read more

While waiting in line, I became best friends with the other customers & the cashier. It was such a friendly upbeat environment, so we were all chatting it up. The cashier even gave silly nicknames to the orders based on our joking around. I tried the new spicy fries. The fries are thick wavy fries, perfectly cooked, crunch on the outside, & hot & soft on the inside. The spice blend was very spicy. I'm a thai-hot level girl, but this had my tongue numb. It's just dry spice & a lot of it. I would have preferred less of it or it in a wet sauce version. I had the mushroom vegetarian burger & my husband had the garden burger. Both were delicious. Great thick size, crisp fresh toppings, & the burgers were just like the fries- crisp on the outside & soft on the inside! I'm SOOOO happy they not only provide multiple vegetarian burger options, but also non-dairy dessert options! It's located in the mall with indoor & outside seating. Booths, high-tops, & tables available with ample space for mobility devices. read more

I was at the Florida Mall and wanted something other then the typical "food court food", but not sit down so Shake Shack it was. I had only been to a Shake Shack once before in Austin and seeing as I couldn't remember if I liked it or not I wasn't sure what I was getting into. The employees at the counter were very friendly and helpful when I had questions regarding the menu. I ordered the smokeshack and a side of fries. You're asked if you'd like your burger medium or well done. I prefer medium rare so I went with medium. The burger was good, not great. I like my bacon crispy and it was anything but. The fries were nothing special. Just regular crinkle fries. There was an employee walking around the restaurant making sure every table was clean, but never restocked the ketchup containers even after I heard other customers complaining. This establishment was not memorable in Austin and isn't memorable in Orlando either. They offer the employee discount with a military ID. read more

Stopped in for a bite yesterday after some shopping. The restaurant wasn't very busy when I placed my order, but the food took a very long time. People who ordered after us were receiving their food so we went to go see what the hold up was, and they acted like we didn't even place an order. We luckily had the text confirmation and eventually got our food. I'm guessing it was a system error from ordering kiosk, but they didn't offer an apology or anything for the hassle. The Korean bbq burger had a very good flavor, the green onions really did set it off. The cheeseburger was good, just tasted like any other cheese burger. The cheese and bacon fries also were good but nothing crazy. The sunset lemonade was pretty good too, it's a strawberry lemonade. The noise level was moderate and they did have tvs on. Overall it's an ok place to stop at for a quick bite, but I think it's a little pricey for what it is coupled with the below average service. read more

I love the Shroom burger - it does not have meat on it, but I LOVE mushrooms so I get it is not a burger, but they stuff it with cheese and deep fry it. It is SO good. The Shake burger has meat and the mushroom, but that is too much food for me. The fries are always hot and fresh and I like that you can add cheese. Who can go wrong with cheese on the fries. It might be a little more for cost, but it is quality and flavorful food that I enjoy. Great higher quality food in the mall when don't want to go to a food court!! read more

I was *really* worried when I walked into this Shake Shack location in the Florida mall. A tour group must have just arrived because it had a HUGE line, tables www the full or trashed and it was SO loud! I got in line and remembered that they had online ordering so I downloaded the app, quickly ordered and I ended up getting my food before I would have even gotten to the register to order! The food was good as always although the fries portion seemed slightly smaller than I have gotten at other locations. I ended up eating outside since the restaurant was so chaotic and trashed by the large group. I know I'll be back, and be prepared to use the app! read more

I have this conflict with Shake Shack. I find their burgers really tasty and enjoy eating there. I just can't seem to justify the prices they charge for a meal. You see the menu and it does not hit you until you get your total and are like ..wait... there are only 2 of us. How did I just order $30 worth of food for 2 people? The milkshakes look awesome but I have never tried them. Mostly because I can't fathom paying $5.29 for a shake (that's 40 cents less than a cheeseburger) and if you want $3 fries. Yes it's tasty but $15.00 for a burger fries and a shake? Not outrageous but certainly not a bargain. No matter I do sometimes treat myself to a single cheese burger and you should try them though. They taste awesome! read more

Shake Shack food is pretty consistent and fortunately, I like their burgers. This location is NOT located exactly at the food court at the mall. You have to walk outside of the food court and turn left and follow some signs to find it. It wasn't too crowded on a Thursday afternoon. They also had a Game of Thrones special shake and limited edition cup when I was there. I ordered a beer and got that when I paid. The food came after, in a reasonable amount of time. I asked for a water cup but the cashier told me that it's by the water. That's really convenient. An employee came by when we were finished to get our trash. That was quite nice. The bathroom was clean and necessary because I needed to wash my hands after the burger. read more

My first Shake Shack Experience! I was so excited to try this place out after hearing so much about it! I decided to try out The Chick'n Shack Burger. Honestly, I wasn't too impressed with this burger, mainly because I wasn't a huge fan of the buttermilk herb mayo. I wish they used a thicker aioli type of sauce for this burger instead. I did get a chance to try their The 'Shroom Burger though, and was actually pretty tasty! I didn't realize until our meal was over, that they also have a second vegetarian Beat Burger that was wasn't listed on their menu. ( Definitely going to try that out next time! ) I've noticed that the actual burgers are a little on the small side. This gets a little frustrating when you're paying a premium for Fast Casual, but it was definitely worth trying. I think I'll try the ShackBurger next time. Like Share read more

The food is pretty good but also very expensive. My husband and I both got a single patty burger, he got fries I got 6 piece nuggets and we got two drinks. Our total was $35 that's a little pricey. The service staff was excellent, pleasant, and thorough. The nuggets were teeeenie tiny, smaller than chil fil a with a similar flavor. They don't skimp on the dipping sauce though! You get a four oz cup of dipping sauce though which is more that ample for your less than four ounces of chicken bites. They were pretty slammed but still served the food fast. read more

I love Shake Shack, but this location has some major kinks to work out. All three of our burgers arrived with soggy buns and with one side of the patties under-cooked. The burgers looked wet through the paper sleeves. There were barely any veggies on the burgers. The lettuce and tomatoes covered just over half the burger. The chicken sandwich, on the other hand, was perfect. Crispy batter, tender, juicy, dry/soft bun. The crinkle cut fries were perfection too. The restaurant is spacious, beautiful with their standard decor and a lot of natural light. This location is extra fun with Foosball and shuffleboard tables. The staff was friendly and running around to keep the restaurant tidy. Hope they figure out the soggy bun situation. I would stick to the chicken sandwich in the meantime. read more

I was out of town and my friends told me this was a decent place for a burger. I really was not impressed. I was happy I could get wine, but as it burnt going down my throat I quickly regretted trying wine at a fast food joint. Shake Shack has some pretty decent fast food. I most recently ate there a few days ago, enticed by the Korean-Style Fried Chick'n sandwich. I definitely live on the right coast. Shake Shack is my burger of choice. You can't go wrong with a Shake Burger. The soft potato bun is amazing. The shake sauce is is something special. I like to get some on the side for fries as well! I love a beef patty cooked on a flat grill. Then top it with cheese, lettuce and tomato. I can't think of a better way to make a burger.
