First time trying a joint that uses Halal meat. Very unique. Had the premium prime burger as well as the truffle fries. Very delicious and very impressed being that it's my first time trying Halal meat. The atmosphere and decor very nice and very clean. Service was excellent as well. Every staff member I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful, my food was ready the minute it was supposed to be and was nice and hot. Can't find my old review but quality definitely went down. They had a delicious steak sandwich but when I ordered it this time, it was different bread, different flavor and completely different look overall. It tasted different and just felt like quality went down. Maybe it was an off day, maybe they ran out of their usual bread? I don't know. From the moment we walked in we knew the food was going to be good bc the aroma filled the air as soon as we opened the door AND it was jam-packed busy. We were a little worried about seating while we stood in line, so when we got to the front we ordered our food to go but within a few minutes (before our food even came out) a table opened up so just be diligent and keep an eye out. The food arrived and everything was hot and fresh. The fries were SO good -- both crispy and soft in the middle and the truffle aioli was PERFECT. My burger (which was wrapped up since we asked for it to go) was pipping hot and flavorful. It was definitely a messier item to order but I have no regrets. So so so good! We also ordered boneless buffalo wings that were soft, tender and delicious too! I'll also give them an extra 10 points for having super clean fancy bathrooms! If you don't know what to get (and don't want all the flavors), get the basic one. If you aren't very hungry get a single patty. The fries are great! The wings are boneless and smothered in sauce which I personally do not like as much. This place is casual, you order at the counter or a screen, but it's clean and trendy. If I could give half stars it would be 4.5. The man who took my order was very friendly and made some great recommendations once he heard it was my first time here. The place is very clean and has plenty of seating. I had the route 66 burger and classic fries and both were tasty. I do wish they had a single patty option as I don't really care for doubles. Also they use bread and butter pickles which I wish I would have known before ordering as I only like dill. Stepping into the place I was in awe of how good the inside was. Everything else was kind of alright. Could definitely improve in customer service. No welcome ins, no hellos. First time coming into the place, so I really didn't know what to get or have any recommendation. I literally had to go on yelp, and ordered whatever reviewers said was good. When I was done, no one greeted me have a good rest of your day or good bye. The only thing the staff really said was "enjoy your meal" when I received it. Love the dining etiquette, but definitely can be more welcoming with guests. My meal came in pretty fast actually. Took about 5-10 minutes? Food was good honestly. We shared the large potato fries and it was a really good portion; enough for the both of us! The sandwiches themselves were full of flavor and the coleslaw on the the Nashville hot was very tasty. Went here for the first time last night after seeing amazing reviews and I will say it was very good! They have a counter and a self ordering kiosk. The food was very good, super flavorful. I like that they give you spice level options for the Nashville Hot chicken, that sandwich was very good. The truffle fries were amazing too, albeit expensive for the portion. The food comes served on these narrow rectangular plates, which makes it hard not to make a mess when stuff starts to fall out of your burger. Their fountain soda machine was broken too, but they did have a water station which was nice. There's booths, tables and outdoor seating.
