Smash Dunk BRGR has a food truck located within the A La Carte Sodo locale, and I can say, so far, so good. I've only ever had their OG burger, and it did not disappoint. Also, I was not expecting to enjoy the fries as much as I did. Their fries are quite tasty (probably the highlight of my entire meal)! I am curious to try their Rebounder burger with the pancake buns, to see if it lives up to my high expectations for a sweet & salty burger mix. However, until I do, all I can add is that this food truck is good. I wouldn't say they would be my new "smash burger" home; they are a solid spot to visit if I am ever craving one. Also, it helps that they are at A La Carte, so there are other food trucks as well as a brewery attached. So, it's plenty to do and indulge in. As far as other things go, there is a decent amount of parking. They have more than enough seating indoors and outdoors. They do get busy at this location, depending on the day of the week and the timeframe you are there. It is a family-friendly place, so sometimes it can get pretty lively. They have TVs to view the game(s) if you need/want to. The brewery has a solid and I mean solid collection of beers and ciders on tap as well as canned. Service is always exceptional for the brewery alongside the food trucks I've visited. I have not been to all of them, but all my experiences with the ones I've visited, like Smash Dunk BRGR, have all been pretty good. Finally, as far as pricing goes, they are a bit pricey. So, that is probably the one downside, but hey, you can always eat cheaply by just eating sides.

Highly recommend the pancake with bacon jam on it though!!! It has their housemade apple marmalade, bacon, chilies, blue cheese, and tangy sauce. And how can you hate on mac n cheese on top of a burger! The maple candied bacon on it was a nice touch to add a different layer of texture. If I had to choose between the two, I would have to choose the Apple Marm as the favorite.
