I decided to try a new location as opposed to my normal location close to the mall. Breakfast time around 8 am was nice and fast. Everyone was polite like the old days. This was my first time at this location. We stopped in because it's one of the few places my kid can safely eat. I have driven past this one many times over the years but it's a bit inconveniently located to get into and there are quite a few other good choices in the area if you're hungry. On this occasion I went with a grilled chicken sandwich, no tomato with a side salad and a peppermint chip milkshake. The chicken sandwich was exactly as expected and satisfied me. The salad was also very good. The milkshake was pretty good but for the price and size of it I have had better ones from other companies. If you are dining here I would definitely recommend it but I would not go out of my way for it. My cat had the chicken nuggets with fries and a bottle of water. They were very happy. We were here around lunch time and while they had a decent crowd the service was very quick and the employees were friendly. This is actually a pretty nice store and I enjoyed the way they had it decorated on the outside for the holidays. They have accessible parking but not an accessible entrance. We recently ate at this location in Dr. Phillips. The location is in a very busy area and we decided to 'eat in' as the drive-through is always very busy with cars wrapping around the building. I had the amazing pimento cheese and honey chicken sandwich, as well as the regular sandwich. Both were awesome, cooked perfectly, and more generous portion sizes of the chicken that I'm used to at the normal Chick-fil-A's I frequent. My wife had the grilled chicken (GF) with lettuce and tomato. From what I've experienced today and just by observing this location, I would always recommend 'eating in' due to the lines for the drive-through.. read more

Went to Aquatica so we decided to get breakfast on the go. Also was our first times having breakfast from Chick-fil-A. I ordered chicken, egg & cheese on a muffin & added bacon with a small lemonade. My daughter had the wrap with everything in it & 2 fruit bowls. Food was nice and hot. Chicken filet was tender. My daughter enjoyed the wrap. Breakfast kept us full from 10am until 4pm. I guess I don't get what all the fuss is about. I found the chicken to be dry and flavorless. Everyone raves about the Chik Fil A sauce but unfortunately the location I visited was completely out of them. Maybe thats what I was missing. A rather standard CFA dining experience. This part of Sand Lake Rd (just down from what is termed Restaurant Row) is busy, so navigating entry/exit can be tricky. For this visit I ordered a basic sandwich combo. The drink and waffle fries were quite tasty but the chicken was much more dry (and smaller portion) than I'd expected. Ive never seen a line that has wrapped all the way around the building and had multiple layers until visiting this location, but they got through it very quickly. It is like all other chick-fil-a spots as far as quality. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The food was on point. Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A! Their food is tasty, their sauces are terrific, the service is prompt and friendly - this is our go-to when we need a quick meal. As with any fast-food business, there are periodic mistakes made, but I've found that they are much more minimal in nature & in frequency at this particular location. This location is conveniently located to us, which I appreciate! They can have significantly long lines in their drive-thru, but they seem to focused on moving it along. The one service I wish they would not have stopped offering is their curbside pick-up service. We used it EVERY TIME we went! I hope they keep the mobile orders! This location continues to have more and more issues since the reopen. A couple weeks ago I ordered a bag of 6 cookies for my work team and upon arriving to work and looking at the cookies, they were not the chocolate chip cookies I ordered and they seemed to be oatmeal, which none of us eat so we pitched them. Today my fiancé goes to pick up our food with curbside pickup. After waiting for 15 minutes in the designated parking, he attempted to go inside to see what the issue was, and was not allowed inside due to "the system" being down. I understand systems go down, but no one came to speak to him and the fact they wouldn't let him inside, when we had already paid, seemed ridiculous to me. He joined the Drive-thru queue and waited even longer. By the time he left it had been over 35 minutes and there was no sort of compensation and was only told "sorry we are doing what we can". My fiancé arrived home and rather than my 8-count nugget, I got chicken strips and my fiancé's no pickle sandwich has pickles on the bottom of his bun. Definitely not worth the 40 minutes there and 15 minute commute! I don't know if there is new management or poor training but this location just makes me hate the brand and not want to return and continue to waste money on the wrong food that I end up throwing out or just their terrible service. read more

Christian took my order, and he was bright, engaging, efficient, and friendly. I'm not sure what's going on with this location but the last three times I've been there have been off. First time I waited in line so long that they were giving out free entree cards to make up for it. Got the chicken sandwich on that trip and it tasted off. Second trip got the chicken sandwich and still the chicken tasted a bit off. Just left from getting breakfast and had to pull over to wait for coffee to be made, which ended up so bitter that there was no amount of sugar that could salvage it. Had to throw it away. He saw the kitchen worker come straight out the stall and right out that door. The worker Didn't even wash his hands! My dad told the manager they said "ok we will tell him wash his hands". I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for 3 months now since I moved to Dr Phillips. Rachael the manager was so rude to me today when I asked for extra lettuce on my meal that I get at least twice a week. I order breakfast from this same establishment for my entire team weekly. She then told me she would charge my card $.21 extra on a separate credit card charge. $.21 centssss for a small piece of lettuce !!! Rachael you have to be kidding me, very poor management . Love, love, love Chick-Fil-A; I never grow tired of the chicken sandwiches or the nuggets. And for breakfast, the chicken biscuits = YUM! I'm not going to say too much because it's a chain fast food restaurant and if you haven't heard of Chick-Fil-A... well... Hello??? Have you been living under a rock? :) I do especially like this particular restaurant. Very clean, friendly employees, drive-thru moves really fast even when they are really busy, and the pieces of chicken are nice and large which fill the bun well (I state this because there are some Chick-FIl-A restaurants that have really dinky pieces of chicken. When I'm in diet mode, the grilled chicken sandwiches are great and their chicken noodle soup is pretty good. I also like the fact I can substitute out the waffles fries for a fruit cup. It's nice to be able to eat at a fast food restaurant and be calorie conservative! read more
