**This review & address is for the CRAVE & GO KITCHEN location, not actual restaurant** When I'm visiting Orlando I always try to get my WC fix. There's something so enticing about these perfect little greasy sliders that they call my name when I'm in the area. I've been to the main restaurant many times but this recent visit I ordered online. I chose the soonest available pick up time & was happy to see it'd be ready in only 15 minutes on Saturday night. This standalone kitchen is located in the same parking lot as the main restaurant but they're solely dedicated to online orders. I hadn't seen a system like this before so I was curious to see how it'd work & everything went smoothly. The app is very clear that you're picking up from a separate location so that wasn't an issue. I really like the idea of this considering how busy they get at the restaurant. Picking my order up was simple. I was greeted immediately & once I gave the cashier my name I got my food almost instantly. Not only was the pick up time accurate, you can tell it was freshly packed. Although simple, my order was made accurately which is the most important thing. It was almost shocking to see how easily & accurately made my online order was, considering how bad some places are. The kitchen staff was working hard as they completed a never-ending screen of orders. It seemed pretty clean which is also good. I like when you can look inside the kitchen to make sure it's not a disgusting mess. You can tell the crew here gets things done. Overall, you get exactly what you get at this location; online ordering made simple. With friendly, efficient staff the "Crave & Go Kitchen" is a great idea. If they continue to be like they were last Saturday I'll keep using them when I visit the area. read more

First time in many years ordering White Castle, and unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. I ordered 10 sliders for pickup, and all 10 were burned, dry, and extremely difficult to enjoy. What's most disappointing is that someone should have noticed the condition of the food before packing the order. If the sliders are clearly overcooked or burned, they shouldn't be sent out to a customer. I believe the staff needs to be retrained on quality control and knowing when food is not acceptable to serve. I've always remembered White Castle fondly, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses this because customers shouldn't receive an entire order of burned sliders. read more

I've been wanting to try White Castle forever, and finally got the chance. Luckily the line was shorter than usual and moved pretty fast. Our hotel was right down the street, so it was perfect. Heads up: this location doesn't offer online ordering, and the drive-thru uses an automated voice system (no live person until you pick up). Driving home to Tampa from a pool day in Orlando, I was not happy about having to park & go inside wearing my swimsuit & coverup. And while I'm whining, I also struggled with my cart timing-out while I was browsing the app poolside, so I had to re-build my order at least 5 times. These minor issues were enough of a hassle that I might take my chances with waiting in the drive-thru next time, if I don't have a coupon to use online. But this time I did have a coupon, and my food was ready at my chosen pick-up time. The lady at the counter was friendly and gave me extra sauces. I love that their Ranch is Hidden Valley! My large Peace Tea was only prepared after I arrived, which I thought was a nice touch so the "light ice" I'd requested wouldn't melt before I picked up my order. All of my food was hot & tasty, and I was surprised how well the left-over sliders re-heated the next day in my microwave. I went to Orlando for Labor Day weekend with friends and arrived a day early. I could not believe when I saw White Castle just a few miles from the resort. When I was young living in Ohio we ate White Castle regularly. I arrived between lunch time and dinner and the drive-thru was wrapped around the building so I decided to go in and ordered to go. The line was pretty long inside. It didn't take too long to order but the wait for the order was very long for a fast food restaurant. The long wait time is why I rated four stars. I ordered burgers and chicken sandwiches. I love the burgers with the fried onions and the soft bun. I tried the chicken sandwich for the first time and they were delicious with a little kick. I was so excited to try this but it was cold, not like just taken from the refrigerator but to me it seemed the food was prepared way before it was placed in my bag. The flavor was there but cold food is...not what I wanted. Ditto for the 'Mac n cheese nibblers.' These are described as creamy cheddar cheese and macaroni coated with a crispy batter. The macaroni covered with cold greasy batter turned these into carb heavy belly bombs. Yuck...even with the $1 off coupon I would not order these again. My slider was hot and normal but when I went in and said my name they just handed me my bag. There is no self service napkins or condiments and I had to ask for napkins. They were not busy as I was the only customer picking up but my request for napkins seemed to inconvenience the staff. There is no real ambiance as it is meant to be a quick in and out for the WC Slider Nation. A good idea so you don't waste fuel in a drive up however you do have to park, get out of your car and possibly face weather conditions. On May 25 I visited my family in Palm Bay Florida for the Memorial Day weeken. I live in Hollywood Fl. On Saturday night I decided to take my daughter and granddaughter to White Castle in Orland. My total was $65.00 and some change. We happli hopped in the car and opened the hamburgers..... drove 1 hour and 25 Minutes back Palm Bay. Nextvday my mom s for chicken i told her to look in the variety pack and she responded it's all burgers. I freaked out and immediately called to get my funds back. Burgers are cheaper the chicken and fish... the customer service rep told me I would get a full refund l. Called today and the manager Kari told me the notes says to give me ac10 gift card.... Plenty of parking and I'm glad it's separate from the main castle which is always packed. This is perfect if you order online because you just pass by and pick it up on the completed time. Otherwise you'll have to make the huge line at the drive through via the main castle. People inside were very nice and it's just a pickup location. The food was delicious and it's perfect if your picking up. If you want to enjoy the experience then I recommend to visit the main location which is next door. This is such a unique thing - just basically a White Castle ghost kitchen - you can only order online from the app and pickup but sometimes that could be faster then waiting at this only Florida White Castle where the next closest one is in Tennessee! Hours vary quite a bit but if you can order from the app this will be where you pick it up. If the app says closed you can probably still go to the regular restaurant just can't use the app. Gave it a 3 because we ordered for noon - which was when they opened and they really were not ready to start cooking in time to get food out - we could have waited at the regular restaurant for the time it took. This is cooked by robots all they have to do is box the food and it took forever the staff was clueless they must send trainees over here with no training. The robot is really cool! I had the opportunity to be near the White Castle and placed an order through the app which fought me the entire time. I was really excited because it showed they finally had the sloppy Joe sliders available here. They showed all three types with a special if you bought a six pack. I tried them and while they weren't bad they are very greasy and all you can really taste is the bacon. I like bacon but I was hoping for a more complex flavor. This was my first time picking up a mobile order at their Crave & Go location near the actual White Castle. Basically I've had nothing but bad experiences with their mobile app as every time I try and order something it's not available. I thought I would enjoy having the app as it would Make ordering and picking up easier but it has been nothing but a headache for me. At least when I arrive at the restaurant they can immediately tell me if something's not available. I've never had a mobile app with this much trouble with having the food at the restaurant that they list in the app. Possibly in other locations things are better but here at the largest White Castle in the world it's a complete failure. The foods you can get are still good and I enjoy it but they are unreliable for what the app shows available. I heard of White Castle burgers for almost all my life and I know there is a cult following that swears that these tiny sliders are the best. White Castle burgers originated in New York and have popped up in many tourist spots in the US and finally arrived to Orlando. On our last day of our trip we decided to pass by and see what all the rave was about. The menu was very extensive so we ordered three beef sliders with cheese, one chicken slider, and one panko fish slider. The burger sliders topping included diced white onions which are cooked with the beef patties. I hate to meant it but I was not impressed, the burger was very bland and the buns became very soggy. The panko fish tasted like it was frozen and then popped into a microwave. The chicken slider had a little bit more of taste and crunchy. For the sides we ordered their crinkle fries, mozzarella sticks, and their unique onion chips. For the exception of tasty crispy onion chips nothing really rock my world.
