I saw the movie WHITE CASTLE but, never tried the actual White Castle burgers until we accidentally drove past it it was a late night snack for us... LITTLE SLIDER BURGER: 7/10 It was a very small slider and it cost about $1.20 CHEESE SLIDER: 8/10 A small little slider with cheese. Cost about $1.40 Both burgers taste better with the honey mustard or ketchup sauce! I still prefer McDonald's, Carl's Jr., Burger King or In N Out. It was a good experience though... AMBIANCE: We did the drive thru experience but there's also an indoor during option. SERVICE: A++++++ EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They walk to your window with nice bright smiles and a helpful heart... WHITE CASTLE will be in our hearts!!!

White Castle after a long day is always a vibe. It's not a 5 star meal lol. BUT it is decent I walked in on a Tuesday around 10pm, pretty empty fast service. Ordered my chicken ring burgers and nice fresh fries.

Drive thru

It was a great first visit. The drive thru ordering is the AI system like Wendy's. I kept it simple, it also provides suggested phrases. The location also features the new open door instead of window concept for the food/ money exchange. They have the freestyle Coca-Cola machine - real soda drinkers know. The fries were fresh and hot. The real star of the order was the onion chips- best fast food onion rings. The burgers tasted just as I remembered

Fast food tiny burgers. Perfect for a great snack or small breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night pick me up! They have breakfast sliders as well and vegan options with impossible patty. Love the cheeseburger sliders with Jalapeño cheese. The onion ring petals or rings are delightful. They also have cheese tater tots, chicken rings and mozzarella cheese sticks. On the breakfast menu they have a toast breakfast sandwich, Belgian waffle sandwich, or just the Belgian waffles alone. Quick service if they are not super full. Indoor and outdoor seating is pretty spacious if you wanna dine in.

I've been wanting to try White Castle forever, and finally got the chance. Luckily the line was shorter than usual and moved pretty fast. Our hotel was right down the street, so it was perfect. Heads up: this location doesn't offer online ordering, and the drive-thru uses an automated voice system (no live person until you pick up). That can slow things down since it doesn't always catch your order. We tried the chicken with cheese, fish, and the classic 20-pack , the classic beef sliders were definitely the winner . I've always loved the frozen ones, but fresh from the restaurant? Totally worth it.

Always wanted to try these little burgers and probably won't try them again... This location seems to get very busy and dinning in took maybe 10/15 minutes to get our meal. Burgers were good, but personally don't think i'm a fan as the buns can get soggy quick. Crinkle fries are just fries, nothing to rave about.

Belgian waffle sandwich

I got the Belgian waffle sandwich and my friend got their famous sliders. It's definitely much more flavored than the closest one to us in Las Vegas. We did a drive through so didn't really get to enjoy the ambiance; however, the service was quick and at ease. Cost is fair for the amount we ordered

I'm deducting a star because the app let me choose pick-up via drive-thru, but this Crave & Go location does not have a drive-thru. Driving home to Tampa from a pool day in Orlando, I was not happy about having to park & go inside wearing my swimsuit & coverup. The drive-thru option for online ordering should be completely removed here because it's not available at the flagship location across the parking lot either. And while I'm whining, I also struggled with my cart timing-out while I was browsing the app poolside, so I had to re-build my order at least 5 times. These minor issues were enough of a hassle that I might take my chances with waiting in the drive-thru next time, if I don't have a coupon to use online. But this time I did have a coupon, and my food was ready at my chosen pick-up time. The lady at the counter was friendly and gave me extra sauces. I love that their Ranch is Hidden Valley! My large Peace Tea was only prepared after I arrived, which I thought was a nice touch so the "light ice" I'd requested wouldn't melt before I picked up my order. All of my food was hot & tasty, and I was surprised how well the left-over sliders re-heated the next day in my microwave. Now that I know the situation here, I'll considering ordering online again if I have a coupon or if the lines at the larger flagship restaurant are long. Since I find myself on I-4 often at random times, I'm sure I'll stop here again. I can see myself craving a slider or three after a concert to keep me going on my drive back to Tampa.

New location to Florida! Happy they're expanding. Expect long lines first week or so. But they have a pretty good system to help cut lines, Just come with patience. Burgers didn't disappoint

As someone who grew up with White Castle, seeing it return to Florida after 50 years is nothing short of amazing! This Orlando location does the iconic brand justice, serving up those legendary sliders just as we remember them--steamed to perfection with that signature soft bun and deliciously savory taste. The restaurant itself is clean and modern, with an open kitchen where you can watch your burgers being made fresh right before your eyes. It's not the biggest space, but it's comfortable enough to enjoy your meal without feeling cramped. One of the coolest touches? If you order a large number of sliders (and let's be honest, who can stop at just a few?), they come in a nostalgic lunchbox-style package--perfect for sharing or just indulging in that classic White Castle experience. Service is overall very good, and despite the constant flow of customers, the wait time is quite reasonable. The staff keeps things moving efficiently while still being friendly and accommodating. Pricing is about what you'd expect, maybe a little more than some other fast food spots, but for the quality and nostalgia factor, it's well worth it. If you follow the White Castle brand, the closest restaurant is around Tennessee, so if you're anywhere near the Orlando area, it's certainly worth your while to pick up the iconic burgers and fries. Welcome back, White Castle! Orlando is lucky to have you.

The Crave & Go location is at 11815 Glass House Lane, Suite 120 which is right behind the Orlando Flagship Castle. This location serves the same items that can be ordered in the drive thru or inside the quick serve restaurant. Service is to-go only and must be ordered online. Daily hours for White Castle Crave & Go are currently 4 PM to 3 AM weekdays so no lunch service. Friday and Saturday 12 PM to 5 AM, Sunday 12 PM to 4 AM. Pros: 1. Ordering through the app you can enter a pickup time so you can walk in and collect your order at the desired future time. 2. If you order through the app you can select BOGO specials and coupons. Note you need to select the item with the coupon attached as you will see menu items listed twice. White Castle Craver Nation emails alert you of specials. Cons: My food items were mostly cold even though I arrived at the pickup counter at the time I selected when ordering. I had selected a 'Smoky Jo' under the app's new and featured craves menu. This is a Sloppy Joe slider topped with smoked cheddar cheese and crispy onions. I was so excited to try this but it was cold, not like just taken from the refrigerator but to me it seemed the food was prepared way before it was placed in my bag. The flavor was there but cold food is...not what I wanted. Ditto for the 'Mac n cheese nibblers.' These are described as creamy cheddar cheese and macaroni coated with a crispy batter. The macaroni covered with cold greasy batter turned these into carb heavy belly bombs. Yuck...even with the $1 off coupon I would not order these again. My slider was hot and normal but when I went in and said my name they just handed me my bag. There is no self service napkins or condiments and I had to ask for napkins. They were not busy as I was the only customer picking up but my request for napkins seemed to inconvenience the staff. There is no real ambiance as it is meant to be a quick in and out for the WC Slider Nation. A good idea so you don't waste fuel in a drive up however you do have to park, get out of your car and possibly face weather conditions. The crowds seem to have left White Castle and moved over to the newly opened neighbor restaurant 'Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers.'

Wish I could give negative stars. This sorry excuse of an establishment should be shut down again. Not only for their lack of health code, but also their lack of urgency and compassion. Love doing a mobile order for 2 items, to only wait 55 minutes for my food. I wish I could have canceled but there was no one to even talk to and the ones there ignored you the whole time. But while I was standing there for 55 minutes I was able to see so many health code violations taking place. Coming from a chef and now restaurant manager you guys might wanna take some time to teach your staff first health code, secondly urgency/efficiency, and third compassion for people. If you'd like to reach out I'd gladly tell you all the food violations I saw in my egregiously long wait time. Now off to work to explain to my superior why I'm late due to the fact a fast food restaurant was longer than a sit down meal. Good day.

The menu is pretty expansive! So many options to try!

I will immediately say that the service is excellent! The ambiance is your basic fast food restaurant. Not bad though, maybe a little crowded, but not unexpected because it is White Castle after all. The food is great. I have only ever had the frozen sliders from the store. It is another thing entirely to enjoy these crave-able little burger gems fresh! Why four stars? Because it takes a while to get your food. They individually box every single one of the sliders into their own little containers. The staff is doing their best, but you can tell the demand is too great and difficult to keep up. Definitely a recommend, but be ready to wait unless you put in the order online.

We arrived around 5pm and we were able to pick where we sat. We sat at one of the booths and Brian was our oh so awesome server. He came over with a smile and a run down of what's good. We started with cocktails, we both ordered The Elderberry, it was perfect & so refreshing. For our entrees, we had both of the burgers on the HH menu, the Small Batch Whiskey and the Small Batch Lassahn. We also ordered The Salmon burger. For sides we had the regular fries and the Parmesan truffle fries. Everything was soooooo good. The beef burgers were seasoned so perfectly, and cooked medium as we requested. Every bite made my taste buds dance. The truffle fries were so good, I almost ordered more. The garlic aioli is a must for dipping your fries in. The Whiskey has lots of seating, tables, booths and bar seating. There's lots of pictures on the walls and tvs. It's a vibe for sure. I'm so glad we had lunch at The Whiskey and will definitely go back the next time we are in Orlando. Thanks Brian for making our experience awesome!

As a tradition, we always order a handful of things to try at a new place. For appetizers, we ordered the Bangin' Shrimp and the Pulled Pork Tacos - these were IMMEDIATE 10/10s Genuinely still dreaming of both of these. For the entree, I ordered a Shroom n Swiss - it was cooked so well, but I was surprised that the mushroom was the size of the patty versus smaller ones. The service was great, very attentive and quick!

Taste: 4/5 Value:…read more4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Pretty solid burger spot that, as the name suggests, lets you fully customize your burger. They offer beef, chicken, Impossible, and veggie patties, along with a wide variety of cheeses and buns to choose from. My Impossible Burger was tasty, but I'm not sure it quite justified the price. On our first visit, I got a very impressive looking shake loaded with toppings, unfortunately it wasn't on the menu this time around. It's not my top pick for burgers, but it's definitely not a bad option either.

To my surprise, I was disappointed by the food. I got the loaded frings and a 5 x 5 burger. I believe the burger is relatively new, since it wasn't on any of the pictures of their menu on Google. Ambiance: The staff was friendly enough and I do like the fact that you can see them cooking the burgers in front of you. However, looking around at the restaurant, it looks like there was no upkeep. There were broken tiles, tables weren't cleaned, and I believe there might have been mold when I was filling my water cup at the ice machine, like visibly on the spout. Food: Loaded frings- I'm not sure how you mess this one up, but they somehow did it. The fries were overcooked and the bacon was fried to hell. I think you can actually see how burnt the bacon was in the pictures. It tasted like charcoal. Lastly, the fries were completely soaked in cheese sauce, which I'm guessing was from a can. It tasted like the cheese you'd have at state fairs, except more watery. There was more sauce than fries and onion rings! I should have taken a picture after eating half of the fries. I could not eat the bottom half of the frings because it was all soggy Burger- the same cooked-to-hell bacon was used on the burger. Not much else need to say about that. Looking at the picture of the burger, you'd think that the patties were way overcooked as well. That was not entirely the case. The patties weren't extra dry, but they weren't as juicy as I would have liked a burger to be. I'd say it was just okay. Maybe a half step below average. I really wanted to like this place, but I wasn't able to. I'm not sure if I came by on an odd day, because the reviews say otherwise. I really hope management can fix these issues.
