In and out in about 5 minutes. As for the food, we got 2 - 2 piece meals, 1 roasted and 1 fried, the roasted chicken is so flavorful, it has a lemon herbs marinade flavor, delicious. The fried chicken tastes homemade, amazing! The coleslaw has a little (a lot, if you don't like spicy food like me) kick to it, but it's edible, my partner loved it. However, I didn't give it 5 stars because i wish they gave more fries, and the family size is pretty small, maybe for a family of 2 or 3 MAX. The fries were basic frozen store bought thin fries, they were a bit stale, not crispy, so maybe next time I'll try a different sides like the plantains and rice. After waiting that long we were told the lobby was closed and everyone had to leave immediately. The manager began yelling at customers including families with small children who had just received their meals. It was uncomfortable and disappointing especially on Halloween night when a busier crowd should have been expected. Instead of handling it calmly or professionally the manager made the situation worse and several families had to take their food outside to eat in their cars. If the lobby was meant to close earlier it should have been locked before taking new dine in orders. This showed poor management and a lack of customer service. Wendys should train their staff to treat customers with respect even near closing time.
