Culver's is my quick go to burger spot. Always good service and can't go wrong!! My husband loves their milkshakes!!

Always a treat going to Culver's excellent fish, fries, Cole slaw and treat yourself to a root beer float. Burgers are excellent too and try the all the way chili (cheese, raw onions and sour cream) you will not want to cook chili at home again. Always plenty parking and always clean inside and out plus cashier if not busy with a customer welcomes new customers coming in. read more

My first time coming in here was yesterday nothing g else was open so a party of 5 it was. We order almost everything on the menu, burgers cod fish, fries, cheese curds, Ruben sandwich and even shakes. The service was on point fast and good. My boyfriend and I love Culver's so much but we don't have any near where we live. Whenever we take a road trip up to Orlando or beyond we always try to stop here! The servers at this location were particularly nice and the food was delicious as always! I got a spicy chicken sandwich and my boyfriend got a burger. We shared an Oreo concrete and devoured our fries! Love it here so much I really hope that some stores open down south near Miami soon! Grabbing Sunday lunch on the way home. This has become our Sunday after church place to eat, most Sundays. We get kids meals and it satisfies everyone and with their GF Bun offering my daughters, who are celiac, can eat there relatively easily. Service is generally friendly. The same girl waits on us just about every week (I'm forgetting her name) and does a great job. My biggest complaint is 9 times out of 10 my cheeseburger isn't the way I asked for it. Either they forget to put a topping on or it is the wrong topping or something. It is super frustrating but not worth making a big deal over...The running joke is they aren't going to get it right so as long as it is close, I'll just eat it. A highlight that we appreciate is their being "OK" with us rearranging the dining room. There is often 10+ people with us or other church friends drop in and so we just keep adding tables or cramming more people into booths but we haven't ever gotten (that I can remember) any negative feedback on rearranging tables. The place is generally always busy too, which I guess is a good thing. Food is good and their onion rings and cheese curds are where it is at. read more

Decided to give them another try, after speaking with the "manager" on my last visit and returning the food because it was not hot. Again, same results... Except this time, the meat seemed to have been overcooked and dried out. When I bit the burger, the edges crunched like chips and it was ice cold. The only thing "hot" on the burger were the grilled onions. The bread wasn't even fresh tasting. Usually the burger tastes good, even when it's not hot, but this time it was entirely too dried out, overcooked, and cold to even attempt to enjoy. This time though, the fries were actually hot, but they could've stood to have cooked a few minutes longer. For the life of me, I cannot understand why they ask you at the window "what can I make fresh for you today?" when it's not even fresh. The manager proceeded to tell me it was made fresh. NO, that's a lie. You may have just constructed the burger, but the meat you are putting on there is NOT freshly cooked. If it were, it would be HOT. Do I look stupid? It saddens me that so many consumers just accept and eat anything, cold and all. A meal costs at least $12+, you have customers pull up and wait, wasting their time and money just to receive barely warm food. It's ridiculous. read more

We came here on a Saturday afternoon for a quick lunch and really enjoyed it! We went through the drive thru for this, but the service was still good! It's not unusual for you to park before you get your food, but the system that this location has wasn't as organized as other locations we have been to. They had you pull into legitimate parking spots that when you tried to back out, the drive thru line was right behind you. Not a huge deal breaker, but it was a little frustrating having to navigate the space. I would consider coming back, but potentially going inside to order to avoid the post drive thru parking situation. read more

Well this place is always packed because the burgers are so good! I went today and sat outside because I was with my dog. I ordered on the app to not make the line which makes things easier especially when ordering for others at the same time. So I highly recommend everyone do that. As I was planning my trip to Orlando Florida for my son's 8th birthday, Culver's was definitely on my to try list. Culver's offers burgers fish sandwiches and chicken selections, with fries soft drinks milkshakes and chilli. My review is based on their bacon burger basket their fish sandwich basket and their supreme chili. My husband and I ordered through the drive-thru and the service was very quick. The fish sandwich wasn't the best that I've had, but it also wasn't the worst 3 out of 5 stars . The supreme chili was delicious definitely top three on my chain restaurant chili list 5 out of 5. My husband said that the burger was very tasty and tender 5 out of 5. The fries were also very tasty and crispy the only downfall was it was a bit too salty for our tasting 4 out of 5. The customer service was also on point the workers are very friendly. We spent roughly about $17 in total because we had a buy one get one coupon. We will definitely visit culver's again anytime we are here in the south. read more

Order a few things in the menu. One being a mini concrete vanilla frozen custard, asked to be with hot fudge but when we got home it did not had hot fudge. I called just to advise to be more careful with the orders. The representative on the phone said if I was there to add the fudge. She did not listen when I said I was at the home already. Then I told her if I will go back and asked for a burger but I am short .50 cents would you give me the burger? she said no. I then advise so that is why I am calling to advise please be more careful she then decide to laugh on the phone and then decide to tell me I can send you a free coupon of something. I told her I do not need something free. This Culver's employees and management clearly don't have the decency to speak to their team to rectify mistakes. The food is consistently good and fresh, restaurant is clean and welcoming although the drive threw often is backed up

I ordered 2 meals one for me and one for my 11 yr old. I had the shrimp while he had the chicken tenders and cheese curds. It was just over $30. After 25 minutes I went to the front and asked what was happening. They said they were waiting on my fries. 3 minutes later we finally got our order. I opened the bags and they forgot our cheese curds. It took 30 minutes to get fast food. They acted like it was normal. The food was not horrible, but not worth a 10 minute wait, damn sure not worth 30. They did not apologize or even acknowledge that it took forever. I will not be back for at least 3-4 months. The fry's sucked and the shrimp were overcooked. My son liked his food. The store was clean which is the positive part of the story. read more

It was only after my nephew came to visit me from Michigan that I found out that not all Culver's are like this one. Some of them will actually get your "fast" food order out to you without making you wait 20 minutes or more in your car beforehand. If you are really jonesing for a Culver's fix in Orlando, well then best of luck to you. (You'll need it.) But if you're just curious because you've never been to a Culver's before, don't bother. The burgers are Steak n Shake quality with a much longer wait than Steak n Shake (which is a sentence I NEVER thought I would EVER say) and the ice cream is no better than Dairy Queen. Burgers look nothing like the pictures posted. Ours were so squished that they looked like someone sat on them; the bun was not at all the fluffy 2 inch high bun shown. Burgers were small and greasy. Ice cream was melted, but flavorful. Will most likely not return. read more

Located in St. Cloud off of the main road in the front of a strip mall area. We have been here several times now, and loved it each time. It's been open a while now and has been busy every time we have come. Great food at an even better value. I have had several different burgers from the snackpak deal. A burger, fries and a drink. WHAT! all made the way you like with the topping you want. The mushroom swiss has got to be my favorite. Good amount of mushrooms here. Who doesn't love grilled onions on a juicy mushroom burger. They don't skimp at all. They also have veggie burgers which you have to ask for as I didn't see it on the menu. Hubby had it tasted excellent although I would have to take his word for it. Love how everything is made fresh to order and brought to you. Dining area was extremely clean and was being taken care of by someone stationed to take care of it. (not someone who ran from behind the counter to maintain it) Drink area was well stocked and very clean. Love the wall art. Bathrooms were clean. Staff greeted us the moment we walked in the door. Manager was walking around each time we have dined in making sure everything was good. I liked that it happened each time we came as you know its the real deal when that happens. Love the custard. Not a big cheese curd person. They do change the custard each day and it is listed on the website for a whole month. I could properly each here day a not get bored. I need to try the cod sandwich as this is something this is a hit with on co-worker. Each location is independently owned so check your location for the hours as they are different at the different locations. Join the eclub and get a free items! Great buy one get ones in the eclub. If this its to be your first time at a Culvers expect a pretty good experience compared to the lower end fast food places but you do pay for it, and wait some amount of time, depending. However make sure everything is in the bag - they had a tendency to forget something. My main thing is I am convinced they have downgraded food items since they first opened. The fries, though still ok, seem slightly smaller and with more of the little scrappy pieces, the crispy chicken sandwich size of the chicken itself, I would be embarrassed to serve it if it were my restaurant, and originally in their "concrete mixers", you couldn't help but get a cookie dough piece in every small bite, the last two visits had to search to find them. Still not bad overall, but the downhill-ness is disappointing. read more

I decided to try Culver's for the first time. I ordered a variety of items to try. The chicken sandwiches and burgers were greasy, soggy and no flavors. Milkshakes were not mixed well and not enjoyable at all. Onion Rings and pretzels were okay but I would not order them again. The best out of this bunch was the Cheese Curds. The worst part about this visit was after eating the food, my sister and I were not feeling good. I would not recommend this place to anyone and specially for getting us sick. We ordered 4 small frozen custard cups (a very quick and simple order) at Culver's on 192 in Kissimmee, FL. We were told to pull ahead and they would bring out our order. 25 minutes later and after watching them bring orders to at least 10 other cars, we still had nothing. I went inside and inquired, and they found our order and tried to hand me 4 melted frozen custards. When I questioned this, the worker got her manager who said, "well, we can remake it for you or you can just have a refund." No apology. I asked for her supervisor who came out and was more apologetic, but basically said the same thing: they would remake them or we could have a refund. Having worked in food service before, it seemed like they should have refunded me AND comped the frozen custard. When I suggested this, the supervisor said, "it was against company policy." They threw out our original order, so it wasn't like they were worried about inventory. They also were not understaffed, as many of the workers were standing around doing nothing. When I pointed this out to the supervisor and asked how they could have missed our order, she said a lot of the staff were in training. I know this is a first world problem, but it was just crappy service. If you are just going there for frozen custard, save your time and money and go next door to Twistee Treat. They are fast even when it's crowded. read more
