My only small complaint with the food is that you can't mix and match the tacos, which would be nice since they have some fun options. The restaurant itself has a bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and a very nice modern style. The staff was friendly and seemed to be trying their best to keep up with how busy and hectic the restaurant gets. I took off a star because the air conditioning is definitely an issue, which made the experience less enjoyable, especially in this Florida heat. This isn't my first time here, and every visit seems to come with a wait. They also seem to be short-staffed most of the time, so service can feel a little stretched. I would say it's on the pricey side, but the food is worth it in the end. With better staffing and some cooling in the dining area, the overall experience would match the quality of the food so much better. This is definitely an aptly named restaurant since they serve only brunch. But they offer some interesting items, such as ahi tuna nachos or chicken and waffles where the chicken is served in a waffle cone in the shape of a taco. In fact, those are the two items that we had and we loved both of them. The tuna was really high quality, and the chicken and waffles was a great twist on an old favorite. The interior is a bit divey which can be fun. Although on a nice day, it might be more pleasant to sit outside on the sidewalk where it would be a bit quieter. We chose Loading Gastrobrunch specifically because it advertised an Easter Bunny Brunch Party, and we were looking for a special family Easter brunch experience. Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing different about this brunch compared to any regular day dining here. There was no Easter "party" and no Easter Bunny. We asked our waitress twice about the bunny; she checked with her manager twice. Eventually, we were told that something had come up and there would be no Easter Bunny at all. This meant my youngest child missed their annual photo with the Easter Bunny for the first time. Service was also lacking. At one point during our meal, all six of us needed drink refills at the same time--our glasses were either empty or nearly empty. Overall, this was not a good experience, and it was especially disappointing given that it was meant to be a special family Easter brunch. Starting with the previous experience, the food was excellent! Literally the BEST Chicken & Waffles I've ever had! Just perfect, the combination of spicy, sweet, and salty! Crispy chicken and slight crunch to the waffle, not soggy like some. But the service was lacking on that visit. I almost didn't return. Based on food I tried again. This experience was the opposite of the lack of customer service. Our server Anisha (sp?) was super bubbly and knowledgeable. She checked on us at the appropriate times, had good food recommendations, and even came to the table prepared with waters to drink immediately. This time I had the Candied Bacon Benedict and a Winnie the Brew Cold Brew coffee. The Benedict was super tasty, and my only complaint was my poached eggs were overcooked. I can live with that, it happens a lot. We were able to eat outside on the front, and enjoy the wide sidewalks while they were setting up for a street fair. What a cute place in downtown St Cloud! Very unique decor inside and even more unique menu! It was a hard decision as to what to get, but being a coffee connoisseur I had to get the Winnie Brew Bear, if even just for the glass (you don't keep it). It was just as good too, and worth the price (small is definitely enough for 1, it is pretty sweet). We all enjoyed our meals, from the Not So Boring Breakfast to the Boring Avocado Toast (with pickled red onions which were such an amazing added touch!). We also had the Chicken and Waffles and the Ultimate Hash! The only reason I did not give this establishment 4 stars was because we did have to wait awhile to be taken care of, waters were brought but apparently our waitress was working the bar, so someone else came to finally take our order. Every time I've eaten here I get sick. I am sensitive to seed oils which are highly toxic. We avoid them at home and try to only eat where beef tallow is used, like Mutt's on 13th. They've always only used beef tallow. I NEVER feel ill when we eat there. The food is tasty at Loading but I don't like getting sick every time I eat here. When you've eliminated these toxins from your body, the impact of ingestion is much worse and noticeable. Restaurants need to wake up and get with the times. More and more people become aware every day about the toxicity of seed oils, including soy, which is processed with hexane, it's GMO'd and sprayed with gut-killing glyphosate. Yummy CANola is GMO'd rapeseed. CANada was the first to gmo rape seed, hence the name. Can't patent nature but they can if nature has been altered. It's also hit with gut-destroying glyphosate. Can't enjoy eating toxic food no matter how tasty it might be. And don't get me started on the damage of grain-fed meat, especially the horrors of factory meat. Very high omega 6 and it's toxic. We only eat 100% grassfed beef at home. You feel the diff when you eat grain-Fed meat. read more

We ordered the tuna nachos, bacon spinach dip and yuca fries. My friend and I could not get over how much we loved the tuna dish. She ordered a second portion. It is crisp tortilla chips layered with seaweed salad and small cubes of fresh tuna. All this was slathered with two sauces. I got my hot sauce on the side but it was manageable. The yuca fries were hot and fresh and the aioli dipping sauce was tasty. This is a very dense dish as yuca is inherently a fibrous vegetable. I enjoyed this but could not eat that many if I wanted to also get an entree. The spinach bacon dip was supposed to come with naan but it looked like pita triangles to me. I thought this dip was heavy and bland. We recently tried Loading Gastrobrunch for the first time and enjoyed it! We did have a large group and called ahead of time to ensure they would be able to accommodate us. The restaurant itself is small. They have a few tables outside, and most of their seating inside. What stuck out to me was the large table in the middle of the restaurant that they were able to sit not only larger parties at, but multiple parties at! They had such a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, coffees and more! A few of us got the honey cold brew coffee which was really good! Their food selections were also plentiful. All food items we had were super tasty, and made to order! We noticed that we didn't just have one server, it was a team effort to take orders and run food out among the staff. Unfortunately this made it hard to get refills on drinks, or ask questions if we had any. The servers were nice, but you could tell they were very short staffed and spread thin. When our group started receiving food, only 4 of the 6 meals came out initially. At first we didn't think much of it since we knew we were a bigger group and it's truly impossible to bring everyone's food out at once. After 10 or so minutes of waiting, one more meal was brought out. Our 6th member still was waiting on their food, but we kept seeing other tables and people around us continuing to get food brought out. Had we not flagged someone down and asked, we don't believe he would have gotten his order since it seemed as though they forgot. Overall the service was okay, but the food made up for it! An absolute knockout that I will be back to as soon as I possibly can. I found out about this restaurant just looking about the place and when I found this, I knew I found a gem. There's no RSVP so unfortunately we just had to walk in and pray to God that it wasn't packed. When we walked in it wasn't we were literally seated in about five minutes. Once we were seated, they definitely asked us for our drinks and before long, they asked us us for our food, which only took about 10 minutes to come out. I ordered the waffle taco and that was absolutely delicious. Creamy mac & cheese, bacon bites, delicious chicken and a delicious sweet chili sauce at the bottom to top it all off. It was heaven as far as tastebuds is concerned. The potatoes were crispy, but soft at the same time. It was everything that I could imagine it to be. My partner had the Mac attack wrap and told me that it was just as delicious as mine. If I had one problem with this restaurant, it's probably the fact that the food from my partner came out a bit luke warm. She was undecided, but she decided to send it back and they remade it. Just as delicious! Outside of that their service, food, and overall attention to detail is what really drew me here and they definitely knocked it out the park for me. We've made it to this location a few times and have enjoyed each visit. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The seating is limited, and the center table is communal seating, so just a heads up on spacing if you have a group larger than 4-5 people. But the decor, energy and setting are really cozy feeling, not crammed. They have solid menu offerings for most any appetite. We are fans of their brunch menu! Parking can be a bit of a hiccup if the area is busy, since they have mostly street / parallel parking spots. Yes you read that right, that means bottomless mimosas are an option every single day they're open! They have over 15 flavors for you to choose from and all are more delicious than the next. This is my second time at this restaurant (the first time was years ago- pre covid) and the quality hasn't changed! All the good reviews are genuine, including this one! They're known for their breakfast tacos (which is something we ordered) and it was so delicious this time around just like the first time around. The grits are the best ones I've ever tasted! I ordered the Winnie the brew drink as well and I personally like coffee that doesn't taste extremely strong in espresso and although the Winnie the brew was a bit strong for my liking- it was still good. Today is Valentine's Day and they had some decorations up and there was no wait. The servers were quick and assumptive. Our food came out at a decent rate- wouldn't say it was speedy but normal. My wife and I started coming here earlier this year, and it quickly became one of our favorite brunch spots. The food has been (and still mostly is) consistently great. Unfortunately, the front-of-house service has dropped off significantly in the past few months. We've experienced long waits to be greeted or seated, even longer waits for drinks and food, and delays with simple items like silverware and napkins. I don't think this is deliberate, as the staff always seems overwhelmed, like the place is chronically understaffed nowadays. While I sympathize with how tough food service can be, our visits have steadily become more disappointing than enjoyable. I even brought friends here a couple of times to show them the area, and each visit was marked by slow, inattentive service and lack of general acknowledgment from staff. I'm not writing this to ward people off, but in hopes the owners take steps to improve. This used to be a great brunch spot, and it could be again. The food you must try the Cinni-Bun French Toast it comes with a fluffed cream cheese topping with just the right amount of sweetness. The berries are not included it is the extra side. The candied bacon is an additional side. However, they are a must try. The bacon pieces are nice and thick, and the sweet, savory taste is amazing. I also wanted to try something different, and that is the Spaniflora Waffle tacos. If you like a little bit of spice with sweet, this is the plate to try. They offer a full liquor bar with local beer selection, too. I had the dragon Fruit flavored mimosa tasted like sparkling wine. Came for a Monday brunch with the hubs to meet his cousin. Walked in and was told they'd be right with us (please wait to be seated sign up front).
