Then I asked for hash browns extra crispy. My son ordered chicken tenders and fries. His chicken was so burned it has black parts ALL OVER THEM! My waffle had all the things I said no to, and then he said I wasn't allowed to have blueberries, even though he had said I could substitute. So I had to remake my waffle correctly and they served me a raw waffle the second time. Also the hash browns were black on top and the inside was still raw. I said please take the food off my check because we weren't going to eat it and he only took the waffle off. I guess he expected me to eat raw hash browns and black chicken. They didn't even offer to remake the chicken tenders. Very disappointing experience. The server wasn't apologetic at all. We talked to him several times trying to get his attention to fix it, and he walked off every time, not acknowledging us. We were trying to make sure he heard our order because we weee tying to make sure food didn't get wasted, if he didn't put the order in correctly. I understand when you are busy, but because he ignored us multiple times the orders were wrong and food was wasted. Don't think we will return. Horrible experience. I don't recommend this place at all. I understand things are wrong and when that happens the least you can do is apologize and try to make it right. They only tried to fix my waffle and then it came back out raw. It was so gross I spit the bite out because it was nothing but raw batter. At least apologize!
