This is the best BurgerFi that I've ever been to. I had written off this chain as being kinda meh but I was hungry for just a big hunk of meat burger when leaving the gym and it's right across the street. I was so pleasantly surprised when I took the first bite. Fantastic flavor from the seasoned-just-right beef and a soft tasty bun. I got an extra slice of American cheese. Really good gooey cheese like you get at in n out burger. So good I came back a few days later and it was just as good the second time. I have a feeling this is how BurgerFi should be everywhere and this is simply a place that happens to execute properly. Good job management and cooks here! read more

My first time visiting BurgerFi. I had the CEO wagyu burger with the Sam Adams Seasonal beer and my husband had the new SWAG burger with a Corona. My burger was super juicy and flavorful. I didn't try his SWAG burger but he said it has the right amount of "kick" from the ghost pepper sauce. The urban style fries were delish! The staff were nice and food came out fast & hot! The pick up was relatively easy and the staff was friendly so there's that. The restaurant looked clean and there's plenty of parking which is always a good thing. Very disappointing visit. The burgers were dry and overpriced out of six, one had a rock-hard bun and another even came with a hair in it. When we asked for a replacement, the staff seemed annoyed instead of apologetic. Last time I came to Burger Fi I've had mixed reviews and I wasn't sure that I would've been back. Tonight I decided , let me give it a second try and to be honest I was happy with the food ! To begin, they had a Volkswagen car meet next to this location and they had Soo many beetles lined up in all colors and designs. It was great ! Parking was fairly simple given the event, but still quick spot in front the franchise. Now the part that stirs my review down is probably the wait time and how long it took to order and actually eat our dinner. Overall experience was about an hour wait with standing in line to sitting down waiting on our meals. Anyways environment was packed, average noise level, but moderate given the event outside. I ordered the recommendation of the BBQ Rodeo Burger with some Chicken tenders and it was delicious ! Definitely brought my rating of this franchise up and honestly wouldn't mind coming back to have another one. They are on the pricier side, but I still do think they are worth the shot. read more
