This restaurant is located at Flamingo Crossing. We went here after a day at Disney World and were in the mood for something simple and fast. It is located across the street from numerous hotels so it is convenient for tourists. The wife and I both had a hamburger all the way without mayo. The kid had a single burger with only pickles. The cashier upsold us on fries. I said small but he said we need at least a regular to feed three. As it turned out, regular was enormous and we ended up throwing a lot away. Small would have been perfect. Fries were good but some were soggy and the wife was put off by the way they just throw them in the bag. The burgers are juicy and messy. The main problem is that they lacked any seasoning. There was no salt or pepper so we had to add ourselves and they were much better. Overall, not a bad burger, but over $50 for a burger dinner is kind of expensive. read more

"Drop two", that's what the cashier yells to the grill for just a hamburger, otherwise for a smaller single patty get the Jr. Five guys is generous with the fry's, almost cashing you to rethink what you got yourself into. Add as many or as little items as one want for the same price. I opt-in for grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms with a side of barbecue sauce (mostly for my fries). This Five guys is always busy, but even then, the manage to get the food pretty fast and still very tasty. This location is very clean, with plenty of staff, and super friendly. They manage to keep their signature burgers as tasty as possible. Never disappointed coming here. Also it is very nice that they have plenty of parking because either for the cast members that come walking, or guests with cars, there's no problem and you can park close by with not issues. read more

I understand it's near Disney and Five Guys is already expensive but $25 for One burger and Fries and a milkshake is crazy! Bonus was it wasn't crazy busy when Hollywood Studios was closing so at least it wasn't busy when we got there. They were quicker than other Five Guys locations I have been to in the past too! Love the fries - wish they were hotter and maybe a little more cooked. Kids didn't like them at all. Burgers were ok but nothing to write home about. Milkshake was a hit for the one that ordered it. Five Guys at Flamingo Crossings is a solid choice when you're looking for a burger. The location wasn't busy when we went for dinner; there was another party eating and they were staffed well and we received our food quickly. The restaurant was clean and they have a freestyle machine which allows a greater variety of beverages. We took our order to go and I got a burger served salad style over a bed of lettuce and appreciated being able to order without a bun. It was greasy but that's typical of their burgers. My family shared a large fry which was more than enough for all of us. All in all a good choice if you're looking for a quick meal. read more

We got routed out of our way on the way home and stopped here to pick up something for dinner. This is a brand new location that hasn't been open long and quite frankly it's a little tricky to get into. Once inside it is just like every other Five Guys we have been to. We were greeted when we walked in and we got right in line. Ordering was very easy as per usual. My kids both ordered shakes and those were prepared immediately. It was just a short wait for our food to be ready. We grab some peanuts on the way out as we were taking this home to have. Because of health issues I can no longer have their wonderful fries but everything else was absolutely perfect. Our order was prepared exactly as we asked for and everyone was very friendly. I had the bacon cheeseburger which was made just like I asked and tasted great. I really look forward to stopping at this location again and the future. read more

Walked in with my stomach growling up a storm around 130p. Was greeted as I entered and was given a minute to check the menu. Decided on a two patty cheeseburger with grilled onions and ketchup ($12) to knock out the hunger. Got a small cup of water and waited for my burger to get cooked up fresh and prepped up. The cheese melted perfectly, and the onions were tender, just how I love them. What a delicious burger that did not need a bunch of stuff to enjoy. The meat was juicy and favorable, and buns held through all that beefy juice, which I was grateful for. As I left, the folks behind the counter wished me a good day. We just left this establishment with the most horrible and disgusted feeling. We ordered 2 burgers and a small fry. We were the only customers in the restaurant. As we sat waiting for our food, my husband saw (who we now know was Kevin B.) sticking his fingers in our food and the rest of the staff laughed. Then they called our number '41'. My husband walked up to the counter and immediately asked them why they were playing with our food. I saw the look on each of their face and knew my husband caught them. They didn't even deny it. The staff turned away from us with guilt and looked at Kevin. Some even laughed and smirked because they knew they were caught. I watched my husband question all the kids asking them how they would like it if someone messed with their food, no one answered him. My husband asked for a refund and Kevin said we could get a refund and he'll have the food remade for us but at that point how could we stay there and eat anything from them. My husband asked Kevin to get the manager and he said, he was the manager. Horrible horrible experience. We've never had ANYONE play with our food before and here, on vacation this happens. I stood in line for 20 minutes and then they tried to tell me that they were taking no more orders and that they locked the door so I was not allowed to order and that it was my fault for getting let in when the door was not locked and nobody let me inside. Yes, this is a delay in posting a review, but I felt the need to since we keep talking about our horrid experience every time we pass by this location. It has actually become a joke with our friends each time we order a hamburger elsewhere. We have been to numerous other Five Guys and never ever had the experience we had at this location. Now here's where the disappointment began. On Feb. 9th of this year I was released from Celebration Hospital after having major surgery. On our way home at 5:30 we stopped at Walgreens next door to p/u discharge prescriptions and decided to p/u take out at the Five Guys next door. My husband went inside to order. I had always placed our orders in the past at other locations. Being unfamiliar with the ordering process my husband ordered three burgers. When asked what he wanted on them he said loaded with extra pickle's. Also, one large and one small fry @ a total of approx. $50. When we got home...to our surprise.. we had three burgers with a meat and pickles only no condiments, no nothing. It must have been clearly obvious that my husband had no clue as to how to order, but one would think they would have questioned when he said loaded and not put anything but pickles. A costly mistake indeed. I hope this location does well, but truly doubt we will be returning. read more
