If you enjoy a great hot sub on delicious bread, that supports our firefighters across the country, then this is the place for you. While the menu is fairly simplistic the flavor combinations are great! I love a good meatball sub and theirs is one of my favorites. I get a small on wheat which has 3 decent sized meatballs, tomato sauce and provolone. Then its toasted to get the cheese and bread nice and toasted. Mom enjoys building her own so she can get exactly what she wants in it, which usually consists of honey ham and grilled chicken breast. The staff is friendly and efficient un getting you your order. When I went in a few months back to get my birthday sub, the manager grabbed one of the kids fireman hats and wrote Happy Birthday on it! Its great service like that, that keeps us coming back. Everytime I come into this specific location, I always receive the best customer service and sub. Definitely recommend.

I don't get many opportunities to have firehouse subs as most of them are a good distance away from me and this one is just about the closest. It's still almost a 45 minute drive on most days. There is a location opening closer to us in a direction that we do travel more frequently. And this particular day we decided to go as my name came up for a free sub that day with purchase. My youngest went with me and we both had lunch before making some other stops to truly make the drive worthwhile. I do like this location as they are very friendly and always greet us when we arrive. The gentleman who runs this one took the time to talk to us a little bit while we were here and we had an excellent visit. We ordered for dine in and it was a reasonable wait for our sandwiches. My kid got the Turkey Bacon Ranch and they really enjoyed it. I ordered a Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket and added pickles. I was very happy with my sandwich. I always love that they offer a pickle wedge with the sandwiches as I really do enjoy them. This is a very nice location and we do stop at it occasionally when we're in the area. read more

Super duper. I love it more than Subway! (Sorry Subway, you're still tasty but this here place is the bomb!) First off, your sandwich is either 8 inches or a foot long. Secondly, it's super fresh and tasty. Thirdly, they serve you after you give your order and pay. Fourthly, the soda fountain kicks ass. The sandwiches have fun names such as "hook & ladder" "Engineer" and then some "normal names" like the "italian" and "club on a sub". Figuring it's a Fireman-started place, I had the Hook and Ladder which was a delicious sandwich with ham, turkey, melted monterey jack, and "all the fixings" - Onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard and a dill pickle. At first I thought 8 inches would be too much but I ended up devouring the entire sandwich! The super fun soda fountain looked brand new, similar to the new ones they put in at the Downtown Disney AMC theatre. You fill the cup with ice, pick your brand (coke products) and then your flavor all on a touch screen. I had Strawberry Fanta (not always found everywhere here) and then a half cup refill of Fanta Fruit Punch. You could get any flavored soda diet, or light (coke zero/sprite zero) and I'm sure you can spend quite a few minutes deciding over all the flavors. First time coming to a Firehouse (and it was drive-thru window, so this review is based on that) and I have to say I'm pretty pleased. I went here because my mother told me that I could get a free sub for my birthday (which was true). So I pull up to the window, ask to confirm my sub will be free and the guy said "YES! Happy Birthday!". I got a veggie sub (no cheese or mayo) with sauteed mushrooms and stuff-- it was really good! I got it in a combo (chips and soda) so it was just $2.50. The guy at the window was very friendly and sweet. He made me feel super special. He even gave me a cute firefighter hat and didn't let me leave until I put it on. Wish I had caught his name. I've never had such a pleasant drive-thru experience with such a great employee and delicious food as a result. Will def be coming back here! read more

Highly disappointed in the subs we ordered. We had driven by here for weeks while staying in Florida and finally decided to order take out. We had the Italian and the Firehouse Hero. The Italian tasted of only ham, forget the other meats. There was no melted provolone or Italian dressing, so unsure how this could be an Italian sandwich. The Hero was similar. Lunchmeat was not tasty, condiments non existent. All in all, terrible experience and we won't be back. read more

I couldn't decide between two subs and the guy at the register helped me choose the turkey bacon ranch. I got the combo deal which comes with chips and I drink. The food at Firehouse is usually good, but they need to get the online ordering figured out. We placed an order at 1:30 and were told via the confirmation e-mail that it would be ready in 7 minutes. That seemed short, but we were 20 minutes away any. We arrived at 1:51, got into the online order line and waited while we were passed over to take care of a fellow who arrived after us who was placing an order. When they finally got to us at 1:55, they all had dumbfounded looks on their faces.... "we didn't get an order,... oh, this order?.... I don't have that...". Very poor customer service, the kids that were working there we more worried about cleaning the place than making proper sandwiches. I asked for a toasted cheese sub and they tried to steam the cheese. When I explained that I wanted toasted they were displeased. The soda machine was a huge hit for me and the kids. Thousands of flavors. The subs are steamed and very juicy. I like it better than subway. The prices seemed a little higher but not much. Decided to try this place based on a recommendation from a friend. First off the cashier and people behind the counter were quite rude and mumbled frequently so it was impossible to hear anything they were saying. The sandwich topping options are far less than that of Subway (which is much cheaper by the way) and the sandwiches are about 30% smaller than Subway's. They are thinner and give less meat. I had the #10 beef, cheddar, BBQ brisket sub. I have to say one of the best subs I have ever had! Fresh and delicious. The lady preparing it recommended it when I told her I was starving and wanted a meaty sub. Clean building and comfortable dining atmosphere. We stopped there for a takeout order on 5/29. Ordered two medium meal deals. When I realized that the kid who took our order had not given us our cups I went back to the counter to ask for them, and he told us that would be extra. WTH? I paid, but with a very strong objection. When our order was ready another employee had appeared behind the counter and I asked why I had to pay extra for drinks when I had ordered the meal deal. Apparently she was the manager and she asked for my receipts, which I provided. I was pretty fired up and even though she was fixing the problem by doing a refund I was still objecting strongly.
