Service here was great, friendly, and quick. The menu is what I'm familiar with, but all I wanted was a small Italian Beef with spicy giardiniera and a Chicago Dog. Since fries came with it, I wasn't arguing, as they use those crinkle cut fries and they serve them crispy, hot, and tasty! The Italian Beef was incredible, as it usually is! I was in Chicago a few weeks ago and got an Italian Beef from Gold Coast Hot Dogs and it was just ok, I forgot how amazing Portillo's were until getting this one - It Was Great! Very flavorful, tender, and moist meat with a flavorful au jus to dip it into. The giardiniera was fresh, crunchy, and spicy - it made for a great combination with that beef! The bun was so soft and held up to the sandwich and dipping it into the au jus perfectly! Next up was their Chicago dogs - AWESOME! Again, fresh veggies and a great bun.
