I've ordered from this location via online and in person and each time it was so good, and so fresh! I really enjoy the professionalism I get from the employees as this establishment. I usually get an Italian sandwich and it's soooo yummy! Sometimes I get the chili with cheese or with fires and both sides are also very good. The place is very clean and the feeling is like a family place. I know we have these back home but this location is always good. I would recommend for sure, it's also reasonably priced. read more

This was my first time visiting a Firehouse Subs restaurant. This location was very clean, large, and well-manned. Entering this restaurant felt inspiring, as there are many firehouse- and fireman-related memorabilia items on display throughout the restaurant. The employees I came into contact with during my visit were welcoming and provided great service. The large Hook and Ladder hot sandwich on wheat bread, which includes turkey, ham, and Monterey Jack cheese, was DELICIOUS! And well prepared. I also ordered a Firehouse Meatball sandwich on white bread with provolone, and Marina's sauce was just as good. The chicken and dumplings soup was both filling and delicious. We stayed at a hotel across the way and sandwiches sounded good. Nobody was in the restaurant when we arrived so we were able to order right away. They have a selection of regular offerings as well as current specials. We ordered 2 large subs with drinks which somehow came to $50. The kid at the counter wasn't all that pleasant either, so I was shocked when he spun the machine around asking for a tip. When did we start tipping fast food service? I've lived abroad for a while so this is all new to me. They do have one of those fancy Coca Cola machines where you can customize your own soda which is neat. truly disappointed had to call three times to try to place an order to this establishment and then when I finally was able to reach someone, I could barely place my order before she told me that she needs to put me on hold and that they were busy me feel like not as a customer do not order from here. They truly do not care about your service only about your and when I notify the manager of my experience, she could honestly care less and again told me if I wasn't ordering she can't talk with me because they were busy instead of hearing my feedback truly disappointed will not ear here for a very long time read more

I'm obsessed for the bread alone I was hooked, have you seen their eco responsible to-go packaging?! Plus it has the coke machine that allows me to get plain soda water + a dash of Dr. pepper. This is a newer location and it was our first visit here. We were up by Disney dropping someone off, and placed our order on the app to pick up on the way home so we would have lunch. Placing the order was very easy and we were able to customize easily as well. I set the time for about 11:00 which is when it showed they opened. I didn't actually show up till about 8 minutes after and when I walked inside I found my order easily in the to-go order section they have. Our order was in the bag with my name on it and everything looked correct and I had it back out. They did seem to have a steady stream of people coming in but there was only one couple placing an order when we arrived. I realized they are a new location but this was the first time that I have entered a firehouse subs and not been greeted by anyone. Due to the setup of this one only the person working the register was visible to me when I entered and left the store. There were obviously people further back preparing the orders but none of them were within view. We at home and our order was prepared correctly and tasted delicious so we were completely satisfied. I do hope that they work on getting them to greet people as it does make you feel more welcome when you walk in the door. read more

The newest addition to this area. Location has indoor and outdoor seating with is great. This location is spacious, they are well staffed, and the quality of the food is perfect. We ordered medium subs and they were made perfectly. I had never tried their Mac, I ordered it and wasn't a fan. Very liquidity, I'm sure some folks like it that way, just not my fav. Not only is the order not ready much later than the time indicated, they seem to have an "attitude", and can't seem to figure out what the car looks like even though its right in the description and we are the only car in the lot. In the latest incident, the person just threw the bag through the window and left. No "thank you", no checking to see if we needed anything else, just bad service. This location of Firehouse Subs recently opened in the new Flamingo Crossings shopping center at Western Way and the 429 toll road. It's a Disney owned center, on the edge of Disney World. It's in the newest Firehouse design, so it is really nice. The staff is friendly and the food is GREAT. I've visited this location 5 days since it opened about a 2 weeks ago. read more
