    Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich

First timer here. Will visit frequently considering the location-very close to home. Easy mobile order through app, I would just double check the order before driving off. The spicy chicken deluxe is good, hot & crispy fresh veggies tomato's lettuce etc. waffles fries are a must here. The restaurant looks decent & clean. Took a peek through the pick up window. I Heard some talk about tossed-sauced up nuggets and tenders looking forward to trying them next time. Definitely will be back.

This was my first visit to this location which happens to be the closest to where I live. I have driven by it frequently but we were actually in the area and it was lunch time so we stopped. There were four of us in our party and we ordered separately for dine in. The menu is actually a bit extensive considering they are mostly chicken. I have enjoyed several of the chicken selections and the past from other locations and knew that I would enjoy it. I ordered the Jacked Spicy Chicken sandwich with no tomato and a side salad. The sandwich was truly excellent with some real good heat to it. It was everything I expected. They charge $2.99 extra for the salad instead of the fries but it is a big salad. For the dressing I tried their lemon chili vinaigrette and that also had some really good heat. It was unexpected but welcome as I like it hot. You walk up and order at the counter and they take your name and will call you when your food is ready. The service was quick and everything looked exactly as expected. The dining area has plenty of tables and booths with really good lighting. They have Coca-Cola freestyle machines so you have a wide variety of drinks available along with a couple of selections of iced tea on the side. Personally I am a big fan of PDQ even though it feels a little pricey you definitely get a lot of food for what you pay. I hope to be able to come back frequently.

First time at PDQ and I have to say we were impressed! Friendly customer service and the food came out fast. The chicken had flavor and wasn't dry, the waffle fries were also very good! It had a couple sauces - but the garlic one was also good!! This location is in a new area by Disney World, so good for them being on the early stages on development! Try them out! Of course we know who they compare to, but they are great in their own right!!

PDQ has one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches around!! Great place for lunch!! Located in Flamingo Crossing next to several hotels, i highly recommend stopping at PDQ if you are visiting!

Excellent! My 3rd visit to this location which is right across from the Disney College housing campus. Lunch time tends to be busier than dinner time. I'm a chicken sandwhich kinda guy so I've been able to try all the different ones, the favorite is really just the classic. The one thing I have to hands down recommend are the shakes! Get as many sauces as you like as they are free. I also enjoy and appreciate the hand washing station outside the restrooms, I feel like this encourages to wash our hands. Overall worth your visit, the whole area is lively with other places for night life after your chicken.

PDQ is similar to Chicken Guy. I ordered the spicy tenders. I preferred PDQ's tenders to Chicken Guy's (they were more fresh and had more meat to them). However, there was not as many sauce selections. I also ordered the Oreo milkshake which was very good but not extremely memorable. The service was VERY fast - we received our food less than 5 min after placing our order. However, they did make a few mistakes with our order. Overall, a good fast food chicken place. For me, Chic-fil-A still outranks PDQ. But, this is a good alternative.

This was my first time trying PDQ, and am so glad that I could try this brand new location in my area. I like the idea of focusing on doing one thing really well, and they did not let me down. Chicken- well seasoned, not too greasy, great temp. Solid 9! We tried some chicken tenders and the honey butter sandwich. The sandwich was a little too sweet for me. But it was well seasoned, cooked perfectly and the bun was great. Next time I will ask for the sauce on the side. Sauces- tried only 3; the PDQ, garlic, and Buffalo. The garlic and PDQ were really good. Hand washing station is so convenient so you can prepare to enjoy your meal, and clean up after your meal. Staff was friendly and location is spacious. This chain has their own unique taste which differs from Maggo's and Chic-Fil-A. Definitely worth a try!

The team member who took our order was friendly and welcoming. When our first batch of chicken came out, it seemed a little dry, like it had been sitting for a while. We mentioned it to her, and without hesitation she sincerely apologized and immediately had fresh chicken prepared for us. The difference was incredible! The freshly cooked chicken was hot, juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. My daughter also ordered a chicken bowl and couldn't stop talking about how much she enjoyed it. The restaurant was kind of slow when we arrived but the lobby dined up pretty fast. It was also pretty clean. What really stood out was how the staff handled the situation. Instead of making excuses, they made it right, and that made all the difference. Great customer service, delicious fresh food, and a wonderful experience overall. 10/10 I would definitely recommend Pollo Tropical and will gladly stop by again!

Before going, I watched a video on their website where the founders were talking about how, when they came up with the concept, they noticed other chicken tender places in the South "weren't doing it right." Now, they didn't say Raising Cane's by name, but come on. We all know who they were side eyeing. And as lifelong Cane's lovers, that got my attention. Because if you're going to throw shade at Cane's, the food better come out swinging. It did not! It came out dry, bland, and exhausted, with a texture that somehow managed to be overcooked and underwhelming at the exact same time. I didn't know you could ruin a chicken tender. I thought chicken tenders were one of those foods with a built-in safety net. Apparently not. Slim Chickens found the trap door. Then came the sauces. I asked the cashier what sauces he recommended since it was our first time. His response was basically, "I don't really like the sauces." That should have been my cue to turn around and go find literally anything else to eat. I tried the Slim's Sauce, which he described as ketchup and mayo with some herbs. That description was unfortunately accurate. It tasted like someone tried to reverse-engineer a good chicken sauce from memory while trapped in a break room. It was flat, boring, and nowhere near the level of Cane's sauce or even KFC's sauces. The garlic toast was another crime scene. Thin, wrinkled, cold Texas toast that looked like it had been toasted earlier that morning and then left to think about its choices. Calling it "garlic bread" feels generous. Calling it "bread" was already a stretch. The fries were those fake "hand-cut" freezer-section fries with the skin left on, like they're trying to convince you somebody in the kitchen actually touched an actual potato that morning. They were hard, overcooked, and tasted like they had been holding on for dear life under a heat lamp since opening. Not rustic. Not fresh. Just sad fries wearing a costume. And the atmosphere? Weekday lunch in Celebration, and there were maybe two people eating inside. That should have told me everything. A chicken tender place at lunch should have some life to it. This felt like a franchise location already rehearsing its goodbye speech. The funniest part is Yelp has this place sitting around 4 stars, but when you actually scroll through the reviews, there's a suspicious little cluster of glowing 5-star posts from "Elite" Yelpers around the same time. Maybe they all just happened to have the best chicken experience of their lives in the same week. Maybe.... All I know is what we were served was nowhere close to 5 stars. It was barely close to lunch. If the founders really built this concept because they thought other chicken places were "doing it wrong," I have some bad news: Raising Cane's can sleep peacefully tonight. KFC too. Slim Chickens didn't reinvent chicken tenders. They reminded me how badly simple food can go when nobody in the building seems excited about it. With Cane's expanding all over the place, this location better figure something out fast. Because if this is the product, I don't see Celebration celebrating it for long. I'm giving two stars, and honestly, those stars goes to the cashier for telling me he doesn't really like the sauces. That was the most helpful and accurate thing served to me all day.

Excellent fried okra; real fries. We also like their ribs. AND they have good ice. The machine can be finicky but the customers like the ice, so they keep it running for us.
