The cashier, Yorgelis N., had an arrogant and sarcastic attitude that completely ruined the moment. I asked a simple question about whether the toast came with butter, and her response was sarcastic: "I don't put it on, the cook does." Obviously, I understand she's not the one cooking, but as a customer I was just trying to understand how the food is prepared so I could order correctly. I tried to continue asking respectfully, explaining that it was my first time there and that I wanted to know if the breakfast came as a combo or included potatoes, and again her response was sarcastic, as if my question was ridiculous. It's very uncomfortable when, as a customer, you're made to feel ignorant just for not knowing the menu. Even more so at 8 in the morning, when you expect to start your day with a pleasant experience--not a negative attitude. The reality is that service is just as important as the food, and in this case, both failed. It doesn't matter how good the product might be if the customer service is this poor. I'm giving it 1 star only. They should seriously reconsider the kind of staff they have interacting with customers. Customer service is not optional--it's essential.

They have both indoor and outdoor seating, but it is limited. The menu here has changed a little bit over the years, but they still have all the Chicago favorites that I enjoy. I've never had a problem with anything. I have had to eat here and that does keep me coming back. The people that work here are always friendly and they strive to make sure you get a good meal. And this occasion I wanted something a little different so I ordered a polish sausage Chicago style without tomatoes because I can't have them. The bond did fall apart a bit more than I like, but my meal was excellent. They always have very tasty french fries. I have tried several things over the years and feel confident and recommending their entire menu. And of course, if you are looking for a pizza puff, then this is one of the few places you can find them around the Orlando area. If you're looking for a good Chicago style, hot dog or Polish or any hotdog this is the local stop. They use genuine Vienna, beef products, which always brings the taste of home for me. They make an excellent Italian beef sandwich and have really good giardiniera.
