The employees I came into contact with during my visit were welcoming and provided great service. The large Hook and Ladder hot sandwich on wheat bread, which includes turkey, ham, and Monterey Jack cheese, was DELICIOUS! And well prepared. The soup was more of a broth with kale. I couldn't eat it. The angel hair was overcooked but still tasted good. Everything else was fine, not great. The temperature of our food was lukewarm to cold but nothing a microwave could adjust. Overall, we had friendly service and the location was convenient for this one time. I just hope that being in a tourist area, that the restaurant still delivers quality food for its customers. We will stick with our usual location on International Drive for future orders.
