This location has been known to have its issues. Be prepared to wait in long lines as they seem to not have things running as smoothly as is to be expected from Chick-Fil-A. Ordered a #2 deluxe chicken with waffle fries and a cold drink. With tax I paid $10.58. The fries were very good. The chicken sandwich had flavor and was juicy. The bun was moist and delicious. Our family loves Chick Fil A and this location is one of the best run ones we've been to since moving to Florida from Colorado a year ago. They have such a friendly crew and it's always nice to see some of our favorites like Janice,Rudy and Brittany who always greets us with happy greetings and smiles and takes the time to ask how we're doing !! **Drive Thru Review Only** We did a quick drive through order here as we were on our way to visit family in Avon Park. This location isn't far off the interstate, which is nice, and it's on the way to some of the smaller towns off of 27. They had the drive thru open and the standard quick service people have come to expect from this chain. There was a line but it moved very quickly and they were taking extra precautions with the COVID 19 cleanliness standards. We did a couple of meals and some extra nuggets for the little one. She loves their chicken nuggets and fries, so it's an easy on-the-go meal for all of us. Overall: A Easy and quick drive thru service that kept us going on down the road. read more

Quick trip off the interstate to get some dinner. Even after 9pm this place was packed. The drive thru set up is not ideal. Cars can come into the line from two different entry points meaning that it's up to the general public to be cool and let people in even after they've waited in line for several minutes already. Also a lot of employee are outside taking orders and handing out food. Chick fil a is known for this I think, but we are talking a lot of cars and 10 or so employees all over the place , it was a little chaotic. The food was hot and fresh and all the employees were helpful. We were in line for about 20 minutes but when you consider there were 15 or so cars ahead of us, at a minute a car that is not too bad. read more

I normally go to this chickfila for dinner and this morning decided to go get breakfast, I was very disappointed. I ordered an Egg White Grilled Chicken Mcmuffin. Wait until you see the picture of what I received. It should have been called a Egg White Grilled Nugget. I will never order breakfast from here again. Love Chickfila, this location could use a lot of work. Stopped here as we were traveling to the area from down south, Chickfila never disappoints... except this time. The restaurant is beautiful on the inside and the play area is awesome. But the good things kinda end there. Not once did I hear an employee say "my pleasure", couldn't order a kids meal during breakfast time (the employee wouldn't allow the fries to be subbed for hash browns), the food took a long time to come out and a few items were forgotten and the employee meeting going on in the back of the restaurant was a little annoying as it seemed like they were just playing around while long lines were forming up front. Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The service is extremely friendly. The food is above average for quick service, but this one does not live up to what I expect from Chick-fil-a. This location opened in the Spring of 2017. I was so stoked to have a Chick-fil-a so close to home. I actually avoided it for the first month or two because it was just so packed! Also, my husband told me the service wasn't great and they had some kinks to work out so I gave it a bit. Here it is a year later and although it has gotten better in the past year it is still the worst chick-fil-a around which stinks since it is by far and away the closest to my house. First, the drive thru is strange and you have to go all the way to the back to get in it. It is very difficult to see how long the drive thru is until you get all the way back there. Secondly, the drive thru is not as efficient as other locations. I have waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru. This is supposed to be fast food. Last time I was there, there was an employee standing outside the window and she went and handed food to the car behind me before she handed me mine. How does that make sense? They couldn't go anywhere because I was in front of them. And if you are thinking I ordered something difficult and they had to wait on my food you would be wrong. It was nuggets and a lemonade. Thirdly, the parking lot is a disaster. Chick-fil-a and Wawa share an entrance/exit and it is a cluster. I've witnessed so many near accidents there it isn't even funny. I almost was hit myself there once. It is scary. The service here is not as friendly as other locations. Last time I was there the young lady serving me didn't say a word. She took my credit card and handed me my food and that was it. Finally, I've gotten cold nuggets and cold fries one too many times here. It is just disappointing. What has happened to this place. It's been about four months since I've been at his place and I can't believe how much is changed. The customer service is nowhere near what it used to be. A number of customers waiting to place our orders for a couple of minutes while the staff just plain ignored us like we were invisible. And took quite a long time for food even come up. I will agree, it's such a pain getting in and out of the right turn from the people exiting the gas station/ drive thru/ Chinese buffet, however, it is so worth it. If you have been to a chick-fil-a before than you already know what it is. Hands down amazing fries and one of the best chicken sandwiches you are going to get at a "fast food" joint. I work one mile down, and it's one of my favorite after work treats. My recommendation, Oreo milk shake, waffle fries, and a spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and American cheese. We've been to this location a couple of times now. Not the easiest to get in and out of sometimes just because of the location on 27. We wanted to stop by the other night, but one of the traffic lights was out nearby. The police were holding traffic in one direction for so long and we couldn't u-turn to go back to it. So we skipped it and went somewhere else. But the two times we've been, we haven't had any issues. The first time was opening week. I went through the drive thru and they had people working the line outside to help it move along faster. The second time, we sat inside. Very busy, but efficient. read more

Our curb side order pickup experience is was one of the worst experiences. There are two other locations not too far this one - high recommend saving yourself the trouble and going to one of the others! We ordered dinner for six and they failed to provide three of the six meals. When we called explaining we are from out of town on vacation and just want our food - they only offered to "send through the app." And after continuous back and forth we finally got clarification that what Shania actually meant was that she'd "[refund our order via the app]." I want the food I originally ordered. Not my money back. So, here we go on another drive to get our food... Finally the last straw! Craving a cobb salad first thought was Chic Fil A! However I knew better than to go to this location! But it's right by my house! Today they forgot all of the salad toppings that come on the side! Last time I went to this location they "forgot" to charge me for the mac & cheese I ordered as a side to my meal then took the fries back, yuck! and let me know I had to pay the upcharge. The upcharge is fine but I did request the mac and cheese when I ordered! The time before that when I pulled up to the window they told me my credit card didn't work! I showed them the pending charge but they said it will show pending and then go away so I paid again-but they asked for a different amount! Anyway I paid twice and both charges went through! Somebody got a free lunch, which I don't mind but this location really needs to get it together! I've never had issues at other locations! read more

I am a regular customer at many Chick-Fil-A's across many states. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this one. I have given it multiple tries but the drive-thru will cost you at least 30-45 minutes and today the same was true with carry out. I place my orders through the mobile app and have 0 problems at other locations. Today, after 15 minutes of waiting inside, I had to ask if my order was coming and then it still took another 15 minutes. Not sure if this location just missed the efficiency training that others must have gotten but their systems definitely need to be looked into. read more

Im an avid chick fil a customer. I eat it twice a week minimum and have never had an issue ordering a fruit cup just the oranges. However this location told me no, which weird but okay. All chick fil a should stick to the same guidelines/menu if you will. Will not be returning to this location.
