Customers were walking in 45 minutes after we placed our order and walking out with food in hand, while at least seven groups were still standing there waiting on online orders. WHAT?!? There was clearly no system in place for prioritizing or managing mobile orders. To make matters worse, the online ordering system offers no way to cancel once you've submitted it, so customers are basically trapped after placing an order. For a brand that markets itself on quick, fresh subs, this was the exact opposite. Extremely frustrating experience and serious operational issues at this location.
