I had a moment and chatted with the two employees that were there, and the one at the register asked what I got and if I would be having a drink or anything else. I told them I would take a meal which consisted of the sandwich, a drink and chips. On my sandwich came out they asked how I wanted it and directed me to assign that showed all the topics available. I opted for mustard and added hot peppers. I was very impressed with the taste of the sandwich and the hot peppers added a nice touch that you don't normally get on a Cuban. I will definitely be trying this one again in the future. They have several tables to dine at and there are accessible spaces out front. They have a drink station where you would get your own drink. The chicken tenders have always been solid; hot, fresh and tasty. I absolutely love their BBQ so chicken tenders are pretty much all I get. Their fries are also hit or miss. Sometime they are over cooked and dry (almost stale?), cold or under seasoned but others they are hot, well seasoned and fresh. Service is okay, usually quick and efficient, but the staff isn't trying too hard on the guest service side. It doesn't wow you but you also don't leave unhappy. The interior has been clean in my experience and had more than enough seating. Trash cans were not overflowing like some fast food lobbies and the trash area has been clean.

I sent it back and they brought me back more dry brisket which I guess they soaked in something, but you could tell it was way over cooked and past it's prime. The sirloin steak was not much better and the mash potatoes were at best luke warm. This was very disappointing. Especially after seeing some of the reviews. Suffice to say, this outing was definitely a one star for the food and four stars for the service along with the ambiance.
