I stopped in here for lunch today as I had discovered there was one here not long ago. I was coming from Disney Springs and heading to do some shopping up on Sand Lake Road so this was the perfect area to stop in. There are quite a few places in this complex to dying and so far I've had good food from all that I've been to. This area has really been built up in recent years. So he stopped in here during lunch and I was able to walk right up to the counter. I did have to wait a couple minutes before someone offered to take my order and then they had to step away quickly because the alarm was going off for the deep fryer and the taco shells were done. The other gentlemen working stepped over and took my order. I picked the General Tso's tacos which is kind of a fusion of Hispanic and Asian food. Then the website they come with a choice of crunchy chicken or extra crunchy chicken and then it's tossed in the sauce which is fairly mild and they add some of their lime rice along with cilantro, jalapeños and lettuce. It also comes with some chips. I asked for extra jalapeños. I realized later I should've asked for extra sauce. My food was prepared quickly and set up for me to dine in because I told them I was eating there. I did get a drink to go with my meal and I found myself a seat to enjoy my tacos. The jalapeños are very unevenly sliced, and there were some very large pieces in these. I probably got more than I intended, but I did like them. My problem was that the chicken itself just needed more sauce. I tried to piece on its own and was able to confirm this. The chips were good and helped balance the burn from the jalapeños. My meal was filling and enjoyable. When I was done, I went to refill my drink and grab a lid and a straw to take with me. I went over and filled it up and grabbed a straw, and I couldn't find any lids. I turned around and saw some lives on the counter, but when I walked over and looked, I realized they were only for larger cups. One of the employees walked over to see if they could help me and when I asked about a lid they said "oh sorry we don't have any lids for that size cup". I kind of felt that it would've been nice if they had offered me a cup that I could put a lid on, but I just took my soda with me and drank a bit so it wouldn't spill in the car on my drive. The surprise was that I got a text from Bubbakoos asking me to answer a few questions survey about my visit when I was in the car. So I filled out the survey and explained about my meal and that I enjoyed it, but they had no lids and I should've gotten more sauce for my tacos. Part of that is really on me. They were very busy once I was seated and I did not want to bother them. Someone from management sent me a message later thanking me for my review and apologizing for the issue I had and gave me a gift card towards my next meal. I was not expecting that, but I will put it to good use because I do like Bubbakoos. read more

First time here due to visiting from out of town. It was good but not the best. I got a kids chicken taco on a soft shell which was good. It tasted like a normal taco. However, I was not a fan of the chipotle crema sauce but my friend did like it so it's just based off of preferences. Overall a good visit. read more

After a long day at Sea World, we decided to get some good food outside of the park. Bubbakoo's did not disappoint. Their menu has such a great variety with fresh ingredients. Service was phenomenal. Visited Bubbakoo's for the first time today. I was not disappointed and my experience was excellent in all important respects. Arrived about 4:45pm and was third in line. The space is clean and offers about 8 booths, only one of which was occupied. As with most of its competitors, Bubbakoo's offers counter service, but with a far more extensive menu than I have come to expect from such restaurants. My companion and I placed our orders and had our meals in hand within five minutes of arriving. I ordered a vegetarian bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita vegetables and various salsas. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Also ordered chips and guac. Guac was smooth, perhaps a little bit smoother than I like, but still flavorful and very much enjoyed. My companion ordered shrimp tacos. Shrimp was made to order -- a very nice touch. Added points for Bubbakoo's because the service station/counter was very clean and clearly is well maintained through service shifts! read more

Stopped in right before they started their lunch menu, so didn't get to try it, but was happy to grab a breakfast burrito for the road. Nice break from a traditional breakfast burrito, but got great "traditional breakfast" flavor. Each bite had the taste of pancakes and eggs. The restaurant was clean and the staff was pleasant. They also offer a military discount, which was a nice bonus. Can't wait to come back during lunch time. Food - Awesome food, fresh, portion was HUGE. I had the build your own nachos. Was enough for two easily. That with a fountain drink was only $11.70! Beyond worth every cent, you cant beat the price, taste and portion for that. I used to love this place but they stopped tossing the chicken in the bbq sauce before putting it in the burrito, now they just soak the burrito in sauce and it's not nicely distributed anymore. Close to our resort, and different enough from Moe's or Chipotle that we didn't feel like we were just having the same thing. They had a board full of special concoctions to choose from or a big "build your own" menu. Tons of proteins and toppings to choose from as well as a wide variety of sauces ranging from just tasty to setting your mouth on fire. I had a spicy buffalo cauliflower bites burrito, the husband and one son had a shrimp burrito situation and my youngest customized tacos. We shared chips, salsa and queso - all pretty good. Ate at the Glasshouse Lane location and it was AMAZING!! First time here and we got the steak n shrimp bowl and the Philly burrito plus fried cauliflower. Service was wonderful as Carmen made sure we had everything we needed! I swear every ingredient was super FRESH and all our proteins were made to order on the grill. First time going to this establishment and based on the reviews, I was excited to try it out. We went around 10:40 am on a weekend and there were only one couple ahead of us in line. The place itself is clean and they have a little bar area where you can sit and watch sports on the tv. The gentleman at the counter greeted us and told the other female employee to help take our order as he had to make the order for the couple ahead of us. I decided to get the vegetarian burrito with white rice, pinto beans. I also wanted the fajita topping but she mentioned it was getting ready and I'd have to wait a couple more minutes. I chose to bypass that option since I was running short on time and just choose other fixings. She rang up our order which also included Nashville chicken burrito along with chicken wings. I also mentioned I wanted to use my reward of free chips and queso. (If you sign up on there rewards club on their website, you will get a free coupon for the chips and queso.) Our order total was $31. The food took almost 20 minutes to prepare and once she was done, she handed me the receipt/food and we went on our way. I realized when we reached the parking lot she forgot to put my chips and queso. I then went back to let her know and she handed me a bag. I walk back again toward my car and checked the bag and just saw it was just chips. The queso was not there. I had to then go back again and wait for a couple of minutes. She acknowledged my presence and handed me the queso. There was no apology which is fine I get mistakes can happen but the fact that I wasted almost 30 minutes when it wasn't even that busy, is what gets me. When we got home, we were hoping the food was better than the customer service but unfortunately it was not. The white rice they put in our burritos just had no flavor just tasted like plain white rice. My burrito overall tasted bland but I added the white queso and that elevated the flavor abit. My husband's chicken wings were pretty small and just ok. The Nashville hot chicken burrito was spicy but again not much flavor overall and not enough chicken. Also, the receipt that the cashier gave me was not itemized so I could not check if I was charged properly. For $31 and a 30 minute wait with below average customer service and overpriced food, I would not send my worst enemy here. read more

I'm very disappointed with my experience at Bubbakoo's Burritos. This is the second time I've ordered a BOGO special and only received one item instead of two. On top of that, my order today (4/29/25) was completely wrong. I ordered 2 orders of BOGO chicken burritos. I received only 2 chicken "bowls" instead of 4 chicken burritos. After giving the Sand Lake and Kirkman multiple chances, I can no longer justify returning. I was hopeful they'd get it right, but three strikes is enough. I've frequented this location many times. I appreciate that they are sometimes accommodating to allergies. I have a severe dairy allergy, however there's been two times that a young woman who works there have told me that a certain item was dairy free and by looking at the menu I could confirm it was not. I asked a separate employee to confirm and they reiterated it was not dairy free. So I wouldn't get anything on the menu that wasn't obviously dairy free (like plain meet, plain white ride, etc). Shrimp and steak taste good each time. My only complaint with the rice is when you uber eats an order from here, twice I've received rice that had gooey cilantro in it. It's better to order in person. Having the rice seasoned with cilantro is great, if it's fresh. But if it's rotten and wilted, it makes for a very sour tasting rice which tastes bad and leaves one feeling ill. While I think the chain is great, this specific location may not be my favorite. There's a few others nearby I'd recommend! If you're trying to hit macros or eat carnivore-only and just need steak/shrimp, I recommend ordering a rice bowl without rice and just getting the meats. WOW!!!! My mind is blown!!!! My husband will now be a regular here; at least once a week (his name is Brandon) OUTSTANDING FOOD AND SERVICE!! My hubby and I were running errands and I was starving and in the Turkey Lake area. We came across this spot and as soon as I walked in, I immediately was greeted by Renee from behind the counter. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the food. I ordered the tostada salad with shredded chicken and my hubby got the burritodilla with ground beef. That was a miraculous masterpiece!! It's like a hybrid food item haha. It's a DELICIOUS custom burrito inside, but a nice crispy exterior that is shaped like a quesadilla, made to order; aka FRESH! My salad was LOADED with toppings and the shredded chicken was jam packed with flavor. Super crispy shell as a bowl, and held all the juicy goodness inside. Very delightful to eat flavor wise and texture wise. There are so many options for toppings; house salsa, pico de gallo, two different types of beans, sauces based on spice level, veggies etc. The ambiance is comfortable and familiar, as I grew up on a skateboard/surfboard. Wasn't crazy about the idea of coming here, generally speaking I'm not a fan of burritos filled with a bunch of rice and beans. Well this place had a nice twist. My wife got a bowl with lettuce and shrimp, very good. I had buffalo chicken quesadillas, it was really good. The cauliflower bits had a breading that was a little hard. Bubbakoo's Burritos in O-Town West fills an interesting gap in the fast casual Mexican scene. It's different enough from the Chipotle's and Tijuana Flats of the world to intrigue you and get you to try it - but I'm not sure it's got that special something that will get me to come back again and again. I like the better quality hibachi steak that's an option and the flavors are all really decent. I will say everything feels very heavy when you eat it - not sure it's the healthier choice although I may need to try some different menu items. The dining area isn't great - it's kinda cold and uninviting. It wasn't particularly comfortable and the service was also a bit cold and bothered we were there as well. I'll give it another try at some point, there wasn't anything wrong with it, but this is already a very crowded category with lots of options in the area. read more

Our Family found Babakoo's Burritos in 2024 while on vacation in Orlando. We went back to Orlando with extended family and we all wanted to go back to Bubbakoo's daily! We ate there three times and that was our last stop and we drove back to Myrtle Beach, SC as well. . The staff were all inviting and fun to talk to. Blake was there all three of our visits, and Joe was there for two- it was nice talking to them. STAFF WAS AMAZING. Great food- fresh, flavorful and worth every penny! Our extended family from California loved it as much as we did and grandma was excited when we stopped before we left Orlando!! Perfect way to start and end our vacation! The place is clean and the people were nice. The food was good. We had the burrito which everything was very separated where there were many bites of just rice. The bowl was good but the chicken was a little flavorless - would suggest adding one of the sauces. The curly fries were delicious. Overall, the price was pretty high but we got a lot of food.
