My go to is the bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings. Pro tip, check Uber Eats or Doordash since they have some BOGO deals. I've always got a great burger with crispy bacon. Highly recommend!

Located in Mililani Town Center next to Bank of Hawaii with plenty of free parking. It was a Friday night around 6:30 and our first time eating at this franchise ever. Walked in and was welcomed nicely by girl behind the counter. The menu is posted up above her and in nice large easy to read letters. We were anxious to try their milkshakes as heard many good things. We ordered the bacon burgers with fries but when we asked for the milkshake she told us the machine wasn't working. Wasn't working? On a Friday night at 6:30 with no sign on front door saying this or at the counter either or could have told us before we started the order. Just saying because the front window had a large sign advertising their shakes so if it's not working - post a sign "out of order." Come to find out they were "cleaning it." Again... cleaning jt on a Friday night at 6:30? This happens at the end of the shift. Not anytime during the shift. Waited outside for our food and they have several large round tables with connected seats, so be careful getting in and out to not trip over the connected bar. Our food was in a paper bag and when we opened it up the burgers looked very unappetizing. Smashed bun with burgers haphazardly on top of each other. Cheese messily smeared. Hardly any of the extra toppings which are free, but still, thin tiny tomato slices and a tiny touch of lettuce leaf. And then, we couldn't find the bacon! Lifted up both our burgers and also the second patties but no bacon. Hubby went inside with both burgers and they said "oh sorry no bacon?" Handed him aluminum foil with overdone and some pieces burned to a crisp inside and they were cold. They get one star for the French fries. Perfectly prepared with slight crisp and mealy on inside. Served in large paper Dixie-looking cups and she gave us little cups filled with ketchup which was good. The soda machine was nice- clean and lots of selection. Also free water and ice. All in all we paid $50 for our meal- two double patty bacon burgers with fries and one small root beer. Sorry to say we won't be returning unless to try their milkshakes but we will ask them first if the machine is working.

I enjoy coming to Five Guys. One of the biggest reasons in addition to the great tasting food (especially the fries) is how the staff takes care to accommodate food allergies. My go to is the Little Bacon Cheeseburger in a bowl. Once I identify that I have food allergies, they ensure they those preparing my food are aware while cooking it. They even change their gloves. The food is always delicious and I always feel welcome and I love the fun atmosphere!

I did an UBER eats order for my boys, who said burgers sound good! Too much turkey yesterday! ( Thanksgiving) I see they have a buy one get one free! Order a kids burger, a regular cheese burger everything on it and only get one?

The worst burger! Ordered the bacon burger but there was zero bacon. No quality control. I called to inform them about my situation and the shift manager didn't know what to do and said he would have another manager call me back. no one ever called. See pics!

    Ducts dripping from freezing temperature

The burgers are great, love the milkshakes. but it is so freezing cold inside this place it's unbearable.. there's literally frost on the windows and condensation dripping from the ducts. maybe turn up the temp and more people will come inside. I feel bad for the poor employees subjected to this too!!

Terrible order accuracy. Placed an online order that was very clear for three burgers. ALL THREE BURGERS WERE MADE INCORRECTLY and we did not realize it h til we got home. Called the Mililani store and central customer service. No answer at any number. Terrible order accuracy and customer service. Will never go here again.

Cheese Burger all the way without mushroom and pickle. Delicious- the beef Pattie's are so moist. Service was good too. We asked for them to cut the hamburger in half and they did it nicely.

First time here, ever. And I live Mililani. I was hesitant because it was so pricy. I ordered the grilled cheese, add patty ~$4, free add ons, I added lettuce and grilled onions. Large fries, and regular drink. My bill totalled $25! Though to myself, this better be the best thing ever. First bite, instant goodness!! I mean, I already LOVE grilled cheese. And this was amazing!!! Definitely want to go back for the burger but it'll be a day to TREAT myself. It's so pricy!!

I'm a townie and there isn't a Five Guys in town. I'm always happy when I see this chain. Today, I was at the Mililani Town Center and had to stop by. We had just ate at another location, but I needed to get my milkshake. Five Guys has the best shakes, not too thin and not too thick. It's just perfect made with high quality ice cream that's not overly sweet. I ordered the cookies and cream and it was delicious. I also got some fries with it. Their fries were never my favorite. I like my fries crispy and theirs is not, even though it's fresh out of the fryer when you order it. Their fries also contains the skin which is fine by me. There was only one worker working behind the counter and making the food. Luckily, it wasn't busy. She took our order, made our shake, then fried our fries. She was nice and asked how everything was. It was good, no complaints.

TOO MUCH CAJUN SEASONING WHY WOULD YOU SERVE SOMEONE SOMETHING U WOULDN'T EAT 9:38 AND WONT answer the phone and they close at 10pm

Overly seasoned fries THIS SHOULD NOT BE SERVED TO ANYONE CALLED TO SPEAK TO MOD AT 9:38pm they don't close til 10pm and no one wants to answer the phone

My 2nd time there and my rating has not changed. Kind of average food, much above average prices, and below average service. When ordering the burgers, the server seemed a bit irritated that we did not order in the following exact sequence: A. little burger, B. toppings, C. little cheese burger, D. toppings, E. fries, F. Regular or Cajun. Started the order with "I would like a small hamburger and a small cheese burger..." and then got somewhat irritated(ly) cut off by the person taking the order. Burgers were *okay*. The toppings made it taste better. Fries were really salty and had to kinda rub most of it off with the napkins to hopefully keep the blood pressure down! So *meh* - I think for the price and the food tastiness, I would recommend Teddys up the hill in Wahiawa instead...

To get my husband to go riding with me on an errand I had to get him a milkshake from somewhere. A milkshake from McDonald's, Jack in the Box or Five Guys are the only places in Mililani that we know of. Depending on the quality of milkshakes is the price that you will pay. Therefore, we had a discussion about this as we drove to my errand. After my errand was completed, I had to owe him the milkshake that he craved for. Lol. Jack in the Box and Five Guys was within walking distance. We walked over to JITB first. Their limited flavor of milkshakes did not appeal to us, and so we decided to walk over to FG. All I can say is, WOW!!! They had a whole section dedicated to milkshakes. So many different choices. It took me a minute to look over and finally decide which milkshake would go home with me. As we waited only a few minutes, our milkshakes were done in a jiffy. I ordered the salted caramel and it was UNBELIEVABLE!!!I want another one now. Lol. My husband and daughter ordered a malt flavored one. They really enjoyed theirs as well. The prices are a little more than McDonald's and Jack-in-the Box, but it was worth every penny. It was a nice treat for us. So, if you are craving for a delicious milkshake, head on over to Five Guys. You'll thank me for that!

When I asked the young guy at the counter, his face lit up and he said, no question, order the misoyaki! The idea that a teenager or 20-something dude could light up and be animated about the food blew me away! His recommendation was PERFECT! It was a delightful dish that's been decribed by other reviewers. The fish was perfectly cooked; moist and flavorful. The corn hijiki was delicious. The highlight was the Japanese quick pickled cucumber slices. They were slightly crisp and super flavorful. I couldn't have asked for anything more in this dish. It was outstanding! The serving size was big enough to split and feed us amply.. I ordered the Nishime veg to go. When we visited Japan last year, I became a huge fan of root veg simmered in a dashi soy broth. I adore burdock and lotus roots. This had good flavor although sweeter than I would have preferred, and the veg was way too soft. However, it was a large portion for $10.50 and tasted healthy and heart warming. Ambiance? Most people are ordering take-out here although there are several tables at which to eat. The place is immaculate with no dusty decor. The origami cranes hanging from the ceiling is a lovely touch. We enjoyed hanging out and eating here. 4 stars for Mililani Restaurant!…read more The food was cooked really well, but everything needed salt, so the flavors never got to shine the way they could have. Which is honestly a bummer because if they had seasoned Bill's Fish & Chips... dude... it would've easily been the best we've ever had! The other day, my family stopped by Mililani Restaurant after my son recommend the fish & chips. Since I'm a sucker for variety - and I hadn't eaten here in about 20 years - I also ordered the Mini Fried Saimin and Mini Korean Chicken. I love seeing each restaurant's take on these local favorites. Bill's Fish & Chips: WOW. The full order is HUGE! You get three giant pieces of cod over a mountain of shoestring fries. The fish was cooked beautifully - super crispy on the outside while staying moist and flaky inside. But oh Lord... it needed salt! The fries had a great crisp too, although they did have that darker, old-oil flavor that was a little hard to ignore. Since I'm a foodie who likes to come prepared, I happened to have lemon wedges with me lol!... and man, did that take the fish to another level. Hey, don't judge! (I'm pretty sure my family was embarrassed... but ask me if I care. Hahaha! Jk... kinda.) We all agreed that if they had simply salted the fish right out of the fryer, this would've easily been a 5 star dish. Mini Fried Saimin: Can we talk about that portion size for a mini?! Super generous! Unfortunately, this one also needed more seasoning, and the oil flavor came thru more than the other ingredients. I know it's fried, so some oil flavor is expected, but it kinda overpowered everything else. A little more shoyu would've gone a long way. Since fried saimin is usually one of my favorite things to order (local girl at heart!), I'd give this one about 3 stars. Mini Korean Chicken: The sauce was delicious and reminded me of Sugoi's Garlic Chicken. The only downside was that the chicken itself wasn't hot. It tasted like it may have been cooked earlier and then portioned out for my plate. The service was friendly, helpful with recommendations, and they packed everything securely. Our order was accurate, and the prices felt fair for the amount of food you get. They definitely have a great variety for a neighborhood plate lunch spot. Would we make the drive all the way from Ewa Beach just for this? Probably not. But if we're already in the area, we'd absolutely stop by again. One last heads up... if you're planning to dine in, be prepared to leave smelling like the fryer. The ventilation could definitely use some help.. we all went straight to the shower when we got home!

(Just ask for recommendation but I tend to stick to what they seem to specialize in) It's also pretty unique because you don't really see Cajun+Hawaii fusion dishes. That potato salad is excellent. You can also see chunks of potato's in it. The chef also has a culinary school background from KCC and worked under some famous chef in New Orleans and Hawaii. I also learned Guy Fieri made a TV show about this. I remember ordering from here 2 years ago and was surprised how good it was without knowing the background. So it's like a hidden gem. I got more pictures of what I got in the past, but I'm too lazy to look for it in my album. But I'll stick with their signatures. (I like the smoke meat, crispy sushi roll, blackened Ahi, furikake salmon, etc)

For something called the Executive Chef Plate, I expected a little more flavor and personality. The food was very average overall, and most of what I tried was pretty bland. The salmon poke did not have much taste, and the garlic shrimp and fish were underwhelming. The kalbi was probably the best thing on the plate, but there was only one piece of it, which was disappointing. The cashier was polite enough, so no issue there. As far as ambiance, I did not really take much notice since they were about to close, but it did not seem like a place I would want to sit down and eat. Thinking back, I do not even remember seeing much of a dining area or tables. The whole experience was just very forgettable. Overall, it was okay, but nothing special. It filled the stomach, but there was nothing about it that would make me rush back. Based on this visit, 3 stars feels fair.
