Super disappointed with the crazy service tonight…read more I placed an order outside using the kiosk for just a chicken katsu special at 5:52 PM since it was crowded inside and ended up waiting 45 minutes for that one plate. It wasn't just the waiting, it was the service and lack of communication that pushed it over. After placing my order, I entered the restaurant and waited on the side since there wasn't a place to sit and wait. The worker who was stationed at the front soon came back and asked "How can I help you?" and I mentioned that I ordered on the kiosk outside and she walked away without saying anything. Around 10 minutes in I noticed the worker mentioning to every person in line only after they tried to order that the wait would be 30 minutes for anything on the grill since they had a big order. The questions that came to mind every time a person attempted to order was "why wouldn't she tell them that they would have to wait 30 minutes from the beginning before they even tried to order so they could reevaluate if their orders needed the grill?" And "what items are not on the grill?" Every person in line would get frustrated as she wouldn't even show what items didn't need the grill.. They would say "Okay I want to order this instead" and she would keep saying "that's on the grill so you have to wait 30 minutes." Like they were supposed to know.. Who wouldn't get frustrated? Time went on and I found myself still waiting at 6:30 PM. When i heard her mentioning the chicken katsu wouldn't take long since it's not on the grill. So when she gave it to me and she said all rice I explained to her that I thought it was making me choose an option and she got defensive and said "No it doesn't." It was not my fault that no one called me to tell me my order was ready. It was not my fault there was a flood of orders during dinner time. The pearl ridge wild wings used to have a large bar inside but it seems they took that out and made more seating which makes the place look that much bigger.
