The Worlds best flavored fries! That's what they claim. So after a while of being in that location next to seafood city I finally decided to give it a try. Original fries with garlic parm seasoning and chicken wings with ranch. First off this is my first time i don't know how to order maybe I need some insight on things to try. Tasted pretty basic to me, the wings were fried and juicy. Good with the ranch. Coming back maybe to try other flavors. But for the price, maybe not soon. Service is quick, well I came when no one was there. So don't know how it would be if it was more busy. Very clean inside and there's lots of parking outside but can get super busy with the other stores around.

Yum!!! How lovely it is to have that nostalgic feel of dining at a place you used to have in your childhood! The original cut fries dusted in cheddar cheese will always be my favorite. Service was great and the wait of order was not too long despite of how busy it got. I definitely recommend!

This was our second time trying this place out. The first time we only had fries and it didn't leave a lasting impression, we can't remember how it was. This time around we went for wings and it did not disappoint. It was crispy outside but still juicy inside. The fries tasted good as well. We also got boba. The worker was patient as we asked questions and tried to make up our minds. There were only to employees that we could see but the wait was not long at all. It is very small inside and they do have a couple of tables, but can feel tight when people are eating on the tables.

Snack in Waipahu, Oahu, Hawaii... My cousin and I went shopping at Longs Drugs Store at Waipahu Town Center. Across the parking lot, we saw Potato Corner and decided to give it a try. Inside, dining-in is available in the cheerful bright, tidy shop. The workers are efficient and pleasant. My cousin isn't an adventurous eater. He just wanted plain tater tots... even though there were samples of Chili BBQ and BBQ cheddar flavored Tater tots. The order came out hot, fresh, and crunchy. The paper bag did get a bit oily from the tater tots, but that's ok. It wasn't overly greasy. Personally, I would try the different cuts of potatoes and different flavors. The smallest portion was generous, so I would share with someone. Maybe I should get the children's combo, which includes chicken tenders, a dipping sauce, and a drink next time.

I was always curious to try this place so was excited to have time and be in the area to try Potato corner! The sizes here are quite large, they don't have any small sizes. The smallest size is an $8.95 Mega size. I got the original fries with parmesan and garlic. I was disappointed with the parmesan and garlic fries, i guess my expectation was higher, i thought it would have been fresh parmesan cheese w fresh or even bottle garlic. It wasn't. it was some garlic powder w what tasted like kraft parmesan cheese. It was okay but nothing special to go out of your way for. i'd maybe give this place another try and try a different flavor or potato cut but I don't think i'll go out of my way to go back here. It's just an average place with average taste.

We were fortunate to get a parking spot right outside Seafood City which happened to be in front of this little shop. The sign in the window claiming to have the "World's Best Flavored Fries" intrigued me and apparently worked because after lunch and grocery shopping we found ourselves trying it. A popular franchise all over the Philippines, we now have one in Waipahu. This cute, clean new business has been open since September. Seems like a great place for teenagers to go on an economical date, for parents to take kids for a snack, or for folks of any age to sit and have savory instead of sweet nibbles. They specialize in flavored potato snacks that come in different shapes (which they call styles) and flavors. STYLES: Original fries Tater tots Jojo chips Loopy fries ($.75 more ) Sweet potato which are crinkle cut ($1.50 more) FLAVORS: BBQ Cheddar Chili Bbq Sour cream and chives Cinnamon & Sugar Garlic & Parmesan SIZES: Mega $8.95 and Giga $10.95 As first timers we weren't sure what to get. We were told we could get 2 flavors if we ordered a Giga. We chose cheddar and sour cream & chives which we were told are popular. Think of the cheese and sour cream and onion flavors you normally find on potato chips , but on French fries instead. We aso got a mega order of Jojo chips which were like thick potato chips which had air blown into them. They were both addictive but we decided we preferred the fries. For drinks they serve pineapple juice, strawberry lemonade, and lemonade in addition to your standard sodas. Everything here is BIG! Now I understand the sizes "mega" and "Giga".

I was super stoked to finally try this place, it wasn't busy so that was even better but i was met with the most disgusting customer experience. The girl KJ who took our order was extremely rude the entire time from the moment i smiled at her and greeted her with a warm hello she just stared at me with utter annoyance and it made me feel uncomfortable tbh. She was short and dismissive and the girl next to her was just as bad. The food came out pretty quickly I'd say 5 mins and the drink took about 15 mins. KJ came from around the back with my drink and another's. She called the other persons name stayed gave him a straw then left my drink there walked away and then the other girl said something to her and she gave an annoyed look then looked away then walked back and called ny name. I didn't even wanna go get it any more tbh it really wasn't even all that either... but I got the tater totts with sour cream and onion and garlic Parmesan which were absolutely phenomenal. 10/10 on the flavor and crispness of the tater tots and you really get a bang for your buck. Id get those again but forsure at a different location, i ain't ever goin back to that one again. I also got the brown sugar milk tea boba i got the 100% sweet but it was pretty neutral. I did finish it all though over all it was super refreshing. 1 star for horrible customer service and 5 stars for the food and only the food itself. 3 stars on the drink.

Updating my review ! The hype died down I guess and decided to give it another try! I'm so glad I did because this time my husband and I enjoyed the fries! I was waiting to pick up my husband from work and I realized it's only a 5 minute drive from his work place! I came here on Wednesday around 3:30ish and there was no line! I was so happy! I ordered the mega regular fries with cheese. This time they didn't lose my order. And the fries were hot!!!! I was really happy! This is how it should've been in the very first place. But whatever, moving on. The mega size is good enough for two people. I came at a good time. This time I really had a much better experience.

Located in Waipahu next to seafood city. Lots of parking available. When you walk in, there are a few tables to sit on to eat. We were greeted by the workers. I asked for suggestions and she gave me some of the favorites that people order. We got the regular fries with ranch seasoning. It was amazing! (Didn't get a photo because we ate it quickly). Definitely will be back to try the rest of the flavors.

I've been meaning to order some fries here but everytime I come I am always really hungry & there's always a long line anyways so I end up grabbing kines from somewhere. The an opportunity opened and I rushed inside to order all because not a single soul is in line & there's only a group of three dining-in, barabing! Upon entering I was greeted by the cashier. They're all Filipinos there so ofc we all talked in Tagalog (aaahhhh, it feels home!). Just so you know, potato corner is a Philippine food franchise known for its flavored french fries. Food: 6pcs Chicken Wings with BBQ Dip - mediocre, nothing special, it's like a typical chicken wings I've ate cooked from my tita on birthdays & barangay fiesta. But the crispiness was on point & inside was juicy but it needs a little bit of time to cook. Giga Original Fries - holy moly I remember my college days. Lol. It just brings back so many memories & as usual nothing beats the sour cream & onion. The other half was flavored garlic & parmesan and oh boy it is equally tasty as the sour cream & onion. I did enjoy this one as always. After all they were know from their fries. Without a doubt I will be coming back here to try more of the other flavors, ooohhh I can't wait! Mahalo for reading & happy juandering fellow Yeeps.

Hot potatoes... Claiming to have the world's best flavored fries...is it? Well it depends on your buds...taste buds and when it's crowded as much as I do love my spuds I passed during their grand opening weekend as I did stop by since I was in the area but seeing the crowds spilling out of the tiny shop...nope! What difference time makes as I walked in on a Friday afternoon not a soul in sight it was completely empty which did give me time to scan their menu and decided which was easier said than done. You pick your size, type of potato cut and your flavor (BBQ, Cheddar, Chili BBQ, Sour Cream and Onion, Cinnamon & Sugar, Garlic & Parmesan) though I do love my chips paying $10.95 for a large bucket does sounds a bit much that I decided on the "Loopy Fries" which are curly and is 0.75 extra and the Garlic & Parmesan. Since they didn't have enough for my order I waited as they made more and it took just a few minutes and I do admit the Giga (large bucket) is quite huge. They flavors are all there and seasoned well as they toss it in a covered bucket so that every nook and cranny is seasoned well. It's basically a Potatoes and Chicken and you're able to make it into a combo, chili cheese fries or just simply shaken like I did and it was spudtacular. Thank you!

Don't let this fool you...the cup is NOT full. The paper is in a cone shape.

3.5 STARS One word: DRY. Everything is so dry. Don't get me wrong, what we had tasted good, but there's more options in that shopping center I would rather go to. I ordered fries and my husband ordered tenders with fries. Let me just tell you, I am SO GLAD he got a sauce because I needed it! Like I mention before, DRY. The chicken was crunchy, but not crispy on the outside, if you like fried chicken you know what I mean; in a way, the outside was overcooked. The amount of sauce we're given is standard sauce size, but because everything was so dry the sauce was not enough to even cover our three tenders. Also, I know it wasn't meant for my fries, but I really needed it! The place inside is clean and the workers are nice. Being able to see them "make" the bags of food is a plus. Overall, I wish I didn't have to pay for a sauce and that we're given more. Everything is so dry here, AND you expect me to pay for a sauce or two to cover all my food? Not in this economy...

Appreciate that she wasn't as loud as some Chinese speaking people (while talking to the cook in the back) and was very pleasant. They had several phone in orders while we waited in our booth, and one other dine in. Food came out quickly. Orange chicken was plentiful. Flavor was ok, but good enough for hubby to bring it home to eat the rest for another meal. My spring rolls were fried really nicely. Crisp and delicate wrapper, but veggies were a bit mushy inside. Flavor was the regular veggie spring roll flavor. Sauce was different, not the usual sweet sour, but a soy, garlic based sauce. Was not my fav but I could have gone to check out the other condiments, just chose not to. Menu covers breakfast, lunch, has regular plate lunches and Chinese options.
