Honestly, I've not eaten at this location but discovered Jollibee fried chicken at Ala Moana and Kalihi outlets. Each experience was a plus for swift service with a smile, and the consistency of flavor and taste is a winner. The only drawback is it's too pricey, So I don't think too many regular folks can afford to eat there often even though they may like to. Sincerely Marion read more

Chicken is way better than Popeyes and KFC. Little sweet but juicy and soft. Gravy is killah. Little pricey but worth it. Biscuits was ono too. Go and try it. Worth it read more

The staff were so nice and gave my Keiki some balloons to play with while we waited. It was very busy but the food was still out quickly and everyone had a smile. We had the chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese-both ono as we expect with Jollibee! The interior was clean and decorative. read more

Phone ordered a 10 pc. Chickenjoy Bucket and some peach mango pie after completing physical therapy the other day. Did I smash all 10 pieces myself?? Oh hell yeah! I spread it throughout the day but nonetheless, I represented for all the Braddas that love Chickenjoy. The peach mango pie was delicious but the star of the show was the chicken. The Kapolei location was nice and clean, orderly and the Staff was incredible! I would've taken pics but I had some smashing to do, Lol. Increased my Cardio and I'll be back there soon enough to get more. Tastes great: Yes! Will I Return: Oh hell Yes!!! read more

I love Jollibee. Why is it so yummy? Perfectly cooked fried chicken, gravy. They give biscuits and the peach and mango pies are fried deliciousness also clogging my arteries! read more

Jollibee - Chicken Shop Near Me - Waipahu, Hawaii

The food looks saur good and appetizing. I love 'em all so much. Jollibee is really something else, it's the best!!!! I LOVE EVERYTHING.

Jolibee is one of my favorite fast food spots to grab a meal. They always have clean tables, whenever I'm there I always see someone sweeping/wiping the tables. The counter staff have a good attitude and are helpful when ordering. Definitely recommend trying Jolibee if you haven't yet. Today, I tried the KATSEYE collab. Their chicken is always bomb. I loved that the chicken was covered in sauce. The soy sauce/gochujang flavor on its own was okay. It's an easy sauce that you can make at home and try for yourself. I think I would prefer it to be more spicy. The chicken sandwich was a different experience. The sweet red onion, cilantro and refreshing cucumber definitely complemented the Korean bbq flavor. I love that Korean flavors is combining with Filipino fast food. Looking forward to more future Filipino and Korean fusion food. read more

Too many good things to say about this place! Fast service with a smile, great rewards program, delicious food, clean dining room, self serve fountain drinks, free parking, air condition! My husband was craving Filipino spaghetti from here so we got the family size and it did not disappoint. Even the baby liked it! The sauce is so tasty and they don't skimp so you get lots of flavor in every bite! The mac and cheese was a pretty small portion for over $5 but the flavor was good. Adobo rice is always good. Ube pie and peach mango pie were good. The line for the restroom was too long but at least there was hand sanitizer. The parking lot is large so when you're going to Seafood City you know you can pop in for some good eats! read more

This my first time eating this chicken and hype on YouTube shorts. I say the chicken is all right, seasoned...skin falling off, not much of a crunch when warm. Best refrigerate over night, it tightens everything up and super crunchy. The wait time is not good when you're hungry. You can tell box mash potatoes from freshly made. It had a funky taste...not sure if the gravy or potatoes. However, I heard spaghetti was on sweet side...not so on this visit. Flavor of sauce taste like of course tomato paste with hot dog cooked with it. I would say this is all right if you have a large family to feed. I'm traditionalist of hamburger with Italian seasoning, Parmesan, and other cheeses. But I must be reminded that it's more addressing a particular culture as their favorite food. I wanted to try it. It's not my thing. The Filipino accent is heavy and couldn't quite understand the girl. Local Filipinos is not as heavy. I was getting frustrated, then manager came forward as I kept repeating myself until she got it. I was afraid they might do something with my food, but was relieved with their speed in front of me. Cudos... Late night, it was quiet atmosphere....Ciao. read more

We love Jollibee because it's crispy/crunchy, juicy, and spiced just so. We got a 10 piece spicy family meal which comes with 3 sides. We got the mashed potato, mac and cheese, and the spaghetti. The mac and cheese and the spaghetti were a little extra. I'm not a big fan of the spaghetti because it's a little on the sweet side. I know this. And the husband who normally likes Filipino spaghetti said he wasn't a big fan. Mac and cheese pure thumbs up. Mashed potato and the gravy, yes. And they give two containers of extra gravy. Solid. We love their efficiency. We order and we are given a number. We can sit and wait in the dining area or walk around Seafood City which Jollibee is attached to. We suggest eating the chicken on the way home from the restaurant for the most crispy result. Or don't do that because you'll make a mess and just wait until you get home. But, yes, eat it as soon as you get home. No need to wait. We also ordered four pies - two mango peach and two ube. Pretty solid. Love. All of it was about $56.38. It's a decent meal for the right price for four people. And if the kids aren't that hungry, you might have leftovers. read more

Jollibee's Palabok Fiesta isn't just a food. It is a comforting connection to the woman who means the world to me, and who also loves this dish, my Mom. Eating this dish is like a warm hug for my taste buds. The sauce is rich and comforting, with just the right balance of savory flavors that bring back fond memories with every bite. With each savory spoonful, I'm reminded of the moments filled with laughter, love, and the comforting presence of family. For me, this iconic Filipino favorite isn't just about flavors. It is about the connections it ignites, the memories and the emotions it evokes. So, thank you, Jollibee for reminding me of the simple joys and fond memories through your Palabok Fiesta. read more

Jollibee - Jollibee Palabok Fiesta - Chicken Shop Near Me - Waipahu, Hawaii

Ok, this location is located inside Seafood City. My daughter in-law made a phone order and we went to grab the food. Easy peasy! It was crowded when we arrived but she just walked in and got out very quickly. The chicken was good and comes with brown gravy, the spaghetti is sweet and has sliced hot dogs in it. read more

I can't believe i hadn't tried Jollibee until this visit, i was excited to try Palabok with a piece of fried chicken and pineapple juice. It was my first time eating Palabok so i have nothing to compare it to but i really enjoyed this ground pork rice noodle dish. However the winner here is the fried chicken! I enjoyed the crispy skin and batter and the little tub of gravy it came with. so good! The pineapple juice was also good and not sour. They did get my order incorrect but gave me my correct order when i went back to the counter, it's a good thing i checked my take out food to take a yelp photo before i left or i would have gone home w someone else's order: I'll be back for the fried chicken for sure! read more

Noticed that their chicken is starting to lose weight, it's like their slowly doing it thinking that people won't notice, I noticed it and it's disappointing that jolibee is going this route cut cost and rip off customers like the other fast food restaurants, don't make that mistake of cutting cost then ripping off customers. Don't be greedy keep your customers happy. read more

The line was not very long. Service was quick and the food was delicious. I have to say this location's spaghetti sauce was a lot heartier than my usual place that I go to. What I appreciate is to see the employees promptly cleaning the tables read more

I think Jollibee has the best fried chicken... the skin is lightly breaded and super crispy. The meal is really juicy. I don't know how they lock-in all that moisture. But, eating their chicken is addicting. I usually get the Fried chicken Joy meal with come with sides OR you can upgrade to Premium sides... The Adobo rice is my usual pick. So Good. Nothing special about the dining room. But, they do keep manangs & manongs in the dining room ready to attack your table to clean it the moment you butt lifts from your seat. Super clean dining area... Thank You Manang & manong! read more

What better way to cap the evening off with supper and dessert. In the mood for 1 piece Chickenjoy with Palabok. My heart was set on trying Peach Mango Pie. Dine in or take out is available. Tables and chairs are spaced out evenly for two or more diners. Difference now while perusing through stationary menu is there are none for the kids. For instance, customers can order Cheesy Yumburger or Yumburger with thin, long fries. There's menu combinations which are streamlined for customers that choose to order meals with or without a beverage. For example, 2 pc Chickenjoy w/ Jolly Spaghetti + Drink or 1 pc Chickenjoy w/ Palabok. 1 pc Chickenjoy + Palabok: My fave! Lemon juice, concentrate provided a little acidity to delicious palabok. While 1 pc Chickenjoy is the star of Jollibee and known for tender, moist, and juicy drumstick, gravy is a match made in heaven. I drank some of the gravy, stopped midway, when my son said twice, "Mommy, don't drink the gravy. It's not healthy." Although he stated a valid point, I responded, "There's only two types of gravy I drink...Jollibee's and homemade. I drank remaining one fourth cup of complimentary gravy. Peach Mango Pie: Divine dessert. Not oily. Mangoes made from Philippines tasted sweeter than the ones found on O'ahu that fell off or need to remove from the tree. Excellent combo to freshen breath or satisfy sweet tooth cravings. Cheese Yumburger with thin, long fries will be next on a future visit. read more

I don't know if it was Jollibee or DoorDash but they are doing algorithmic price gauging. I watched my order changed from $13 to $17 in my cart, right before my eyes. Absolutely insane. Then I went to Uber Eats to compare and the same plate was now $21. Never using DD again or going to this Jollibee location again. Will be watching future transactions for similar shenanigans and if I see it, Jollibee has permanently lost a customer. read more

Juicy chicken and customer service was on point. Only thing is wait is always long but that it most locations anyway.

This was my first time checking them out and so glad I did!! I didn't know that they're a Philippino fast food chain. The choices are similar to Popeyes but their big difference is their gravy. Yup, you dip your fried chicken into that delicious brown goodness and make a mess! The rice is also very good and oh don't forget the mango/peach pie!! Yum! I usually don't even like much fried food but their chicken and pie were winners on my book!! P.S. the icon is not a squirrel.. but a BEE... like Jolly Bee. I'm educated now LOL read more

This location on Jolibee is located in the Seafood City Supermarket. As you enter the market the line starts on the right. A worker is stationed at the door. You are cordially greeted and let in as space permits. Once in you place and pay for your order. You are given a beeper to let you know that your order is ready. Our food was ready for pick up in just a couple of minutes. My wife and I had the two piece chicken meal which includes a starch, side gravy for dipping and a drink. The mashed potatos and gravy were on par. The chicken was moist and tender. The skin was crispy and lightly seasoned. The dine in area was well maintained. The service was friendly and efficient. The angus burger here is bomb! Smash grilled and lots of fresh veggies. Red onions were impressive! No skimping here! Solid-solid burger. No fast food joint can top this. Likely the best burger on the island right now at $6.49. Trust me! read more

Friendly staff. Clean. Awesome chicken tenders, amazing spaghetti and their pineapple drink is to die for!

Stopped in for lunch today. This location is located inside of Seafood City in Waipahu. When u enter, Jollibee is to your right. When you arrive, an employee greets you and opens the door to let you in. She was very nice and so was the employee who helped me with my order. We ordered 2 pieces of chicken and two chicken sandwiches. The chicken was perfectly fried and was very crispy. Such a plus! The outside was so crispy and the inside was tender and juicy. One down fall at this location is there is a seafood smell that lingers into Jollibee from Seafood City which can be bothersome if you don't care for the fishy smell. I would definitely recommend their fried chicken because it's really really good and yummy. Definitely worth a try if you have never had it! read more

Who doesn't love fried chicken? Crispy, crunchy, golden brown on the outside moist and tender on the inside. Just the smell of all that fried chicken goodness wafting through the air! Ordered a 2 piece with the spaghetti combo. That chicken was everything I wanted it to be with a side of spaghetti. This spaghetti is a bit on the sweeter side and has slices of hot dog in it. I also ordered the peach mango pie and they had a special banana langka pie. If you haven't tried the pies you better get some! It's similar to the "M"'s apple pie but..... this is way way better! Crispy brown on the outside and filled with peachy mango goodness on the inside. Not to sweet and full of flavor. The banana one was just as good. Langka is jackfruit the combo with the banana was awesome. BTW the halo halo is pretty awesome too! Service always good, fast, efficient and super friendly. They have a door greeter that makes sure the cashier is ready to take your order. read more

Ordered online and went to the store to pick up. There is a sign that near the right side of the counter that says mobile order pickup. The workers saw me standing at the counter but did not ask if I was picking up an order or needed help. It was almost noon and they were busy so I figured I'd give them a few minutes. Several minutes goes by, they see me, but say nothing. I finally had to speak to a worker who then finally helps me. The employees need more training in customer service. The chicken sandwiches I got were pretty good though. read more

The place closes at 9pm, but the cleaning staff cleans the restroom and mops the eating area 45 min before closing. Then they tell you the restroom is closed for cleaning. They purposely leave the sign "closed for cleaning" up for the rest of the time until closing. When I asked to use the restroom, they said it's still wet. I told them it doesn't take 30 min to dry. They give you looks when you want to sit and eat at the tables. Not a friendly, inviting place. read more

Forget P*peye, McD, W*ndys, well all the rest. As good as Jollibee chicken is.... and it IS good, get ready for their chicken sandwich! To me, it's better than all the other chicken sandwiches!!!!! The pickles are not overdone and does not mask the taste, the chicken is as good as it could be, the mayo/dressing is perfect, the size is big, the price is great ($5.49) and it tastes better than all the rest (to me). Well what can I say about another chicken place. Located in the seafood city market place in waipahu they do have dine in tables but when it gets crowded you may have too sit. Lots of take out. The chicken skin is very crispy but the chicken itself was moist but missing the salt taste too me. We had the 2 piece meal with mash. I think it was crispy because the chicken just came out from the fryer. We had to wait about 10 mins. I can't remember the last time I tried their chicken I think when they 1st open their store in waipahu by pacific market and savors. Well all you chicken lovers like me give them a try if you didn't try them already. If you in the area support them. read more

Now located in Seafood City Waipahu near the entrance to the right. I liked the other location better. It was bigger and the parking wasn't as crowded. Because Seafood City is so popular, the crowds are a bit much sometimes. I love the pancit palabok from Jollibee so I will deal with it since its the closest location. I've also had the chicken and they are definitely yummy too. I'm hoping to try other pie flavors like the ube that's currently in rotation. I haven't been to this location before Covid so I haven't had a sit down meal. But like I said, smaller restaurant overall. read more
