Food is fast, excellent customer service! I walked in, got a fish burger, and small order fries. Ordered a bottle of water and the cashier double checked to make sure they had water. He was so kind and polite. Fast food is what it is. No complaints. Go before lunchtime as it is usually very busy, especially at the drive thru. read more

Jack in the Box - Fish burger, small fries, bottled water - Fast Food Near Me - Waipahu, Hawaii

The fries were SUPER DUPER freaking salty Like, I'm not even exaggerating. It tasted like they dumped the entire salt shaker on them. We could barely eat them because they were THAT salty. Please ease up on the salt because nobody is trying to eat a bag of salt with a side of fries read more

I went to this location via drive-thru on 7/10/26 around 10:45pm... The lady taking my order was efficient and repeated correctly... then we got to the window and were checked out fast then we received our food... we pulled into the parking lot as we've always had issues with missing food/bad service... so we went into the drive thru again told the lady what I was missing she was apologetic and told us to pull to the window.... When we got to the window, she handed us the bag... inside of the bag was a jack wrap with curly fries which was not what I ordered.... So I was pretty bummed and I will not be coming back to this location again, take your money and your business somewhere else... read more

Just visited this spot to grab a quick lunch. At the window I asked to add buttermilk. Server asked how much, I said 2. He said okay it'll be $.50, I said let's make it an even $1, make it 4. He even wrote it on the receipt. Our fault for not fully checking our bag after seeing a Buttermilk in it, not thinking it'll be just 1 instead of the 4 I paid for. It may just be $1 but to write it on the receipt and still forget to put it in the bag is crazy work! I tried calling the store too...no ring, just a busy line. Plus, idk how it was missed after every car in the drive thru line was sent to park in the lot to wait for our orders. Oh well, I had to dip each fry once just to enjoy it before I ran out of Buttermilk! read more

Customer service needs to be improve . They are not friendly and when they make mistake with the orders you made, they give you this look ... I bought a food for homeless guy and they almost did not give it until I told them that I paid for it and the food I ordered is visible to my eyes and it was sitting there for a few minutes. They try to tell me that he did not ordered and I explained to them that I ordered for him and I have my receipt to prove it. That is really so sad to experience this kind of treatment from this place. read more

I don't often come to this jacks but when I do I go through drive through. They always forget something. I should know better than to drive away without checking. I'm just loving that I can get a crispy Chicken wrap from Jack's. It's simple and just what I need to fill me up. The Crispy Chicken is always fresh and hot. I substitute Mayo for the spicy sauce every time. It's never a problem. The ladies here are always so sweet and friendly. The drive thru is efficient. I haven't had an issue with this location. Jack in the Box - Mini Churros (5) - Fast Food Near Me - Waipahu, Hawaii

Incompetent staff, signage up on windows that never got taken down and when asked staff to honor the promotional signage on their window staff say they can't honor it and that the offer is no longer available. Shitty experience. Cashier was also hard at understand what we wanted. We asked for the 2pc snack box and he kept thinking that we were wanting waffles. Don't recommend. Go to Arby's next door. read more

Online order via app is fairly easy. Lots of old school items removed from the menu which is a bummer. Drive thru is open 24 hours which is convenient. Missing items from most recent order & reported via app. They replied with a survey requesting additional information. Nothing more heard of it. read more

Made me wait outside for an order and the person who handed my the order was vaping. Who's the manager of this establishment?

March 31,2021, Went to the drive through early morning around 3am & got a munchie meal. Once we got home we casually ate our food but noticed a "French fry" that was pretty burnt... it was a cockroach. Mixed within the curly fry/fry mix in the munchie meal. Sh-t was gross as hell. What's worst of all was that, this happened during COVID time. + made a call immediately after finding it & the workers had the audacity to tell me "are you sure it's a cockroach?" LMFAO. Got a full refund but not even a sincere apology. Just wanted to give a lil heads up to everyone tryna eat out at places to look carefully of what's in their food. Glad we spotted this. P.s: Y'all just got renovated, why's it already unsanitary. read more

Bad customer service. Two guys that was there was really rude and unprofessional. They were out of syrup and had no more ribeye burgers like how tf you run out of burgers? I ordered a breakfast platter and the eggs looked terrible like it was the last of the last super dry and crumbled. My husband and I were greeted unexpectedly by a small homeless group (3 people) soliciting money from us as we entered the establishment. They weren't harrassing, but it caught me off guard. I hadn't been to Waipahu in a while so... yeah. Anyway, we ordered our food and went to the dining area to wait for our order. It's smaller than other locations and I also noticed that a few chairs were in need of some TLC. I tried to sit on one of the damaged chairs, but because I was in shorts, the peeling material hurt my legs. My husband, who was wearing jeans, switched chairs with me, but even he was uncomfortable and switched it out for a better one. Our food was ready and it satisfied my craving for a burger and fries. In my burger (classic buttery jack) I could tell the vegetables were fresh by the crisp crunch of the lettuce and tomatoes as I bit into it. As we dined, the homeless took turns coming in to use the restroom. They even took a short break from soliciting to sit inside and enjoy the air conditioning as it was hot outside. Overall, this location is just below average compared to the others on the island due to the disrepair of the furniture as well as the loitering homeless out front. read more

Jack in the Box - Furniture needs a little TLC - Fast Food Near Me - Waipahu, Hawaii

I went to this Jack in the Box yesterday, November 7, sometime about 1:00 pm. This is the WORST experience I ever had in any fast food restaurant. The staff were irrelevantly loud, talking about matters not related to food service at all. I happen to speak Ilocan so I understood the loud conversations -- some even talking about "takki" (feces or human waste)!!! It was so DISGUSTING! I cannot believe this to be happening in an eating place like this. The staff were loudly gossiping about other people's lives, or just matters that had nothing to do with serving food. There is an acute need for staff training. I would NEVER go back to this place again. If I could rate it a zero (0) star for this experience, I would. read more

3 Jan 2023 This place HAS potential - Went there yesterday at 1045, tried their Jr Jumbo Jack cheeseburger and chicken sandwich and was so impressed with both, went back today at 1145 and tried the Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger. Based on TODAY, I'd never go there again! Ordered a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger plain with only lettuce and tomato - the order was correct on the recipe so I figured- no problem. Got home and what I got was a dried out cold cheeseburger drowning in ketchup?????? Obviously they cook the meat and put it in a luke warm tray to serve as needed. Really disappointing! read more

Omg they are always out of stuff‍how annoying . Waipio Jack in the box is way better !

Disappointed in my spicy popcorn chicken. The container is small as it is, paid $5.99, came with 2 sauces but was only filled half way. I don't know if it's suppose to be like that but if it is, it is not worth the price. read more

Do not go to this Jack In the box. I just checked my statement from my bank and on two occasions, I was fraudulently charged. Before this, I had an incident inside with the manager due to she wouldn't give my change back cause she thought I only gave her a $10.00 and not a $20.00. This Jack in the box just lost my business. If you wanna reach out to me, I have my bank statement to prove that you have thieves working there. For future customers, Beware of how you pay. read more

This mornin I went to drive through and ordered me a breakfast #21 the supreme croissant meal. The person asked me what I wanted for my drink and I told her an regular iced coffee, she then asked what flavor so I had told her caramel. Go to the window and she hands me a hot coffee and I checked my sandwich it looked like they had made it like hours ago. Told her my order was wrong and she gave me attitude. So instead of getting into an argument I just left. Never going to that location. read more

This location is newly renovated. A huge upgrade/ makeover in comparison to before. The interior decor has a modern-chic look and feel. At a recent visit I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was really ono (delicious). It tasted fresh and made to order. Customer service was efficient, friendly and professional. Needs improvement with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant. I noticed some areas on the floor, several tables and chairs that were left messy with food residue smeared all over, left over food and trash left behind. I used a few "Wet Ones" to wipe clean a table and a couple chairs before we sat down. I'm not sure if this location has AC (air conditioning). I've visited several times since the renovation was completed and It definitely does not feel any cooler in comparison to the humid weather outside. I don't remember how much cooler it was prior to the renovation. But currently it definitely doesn't feel cool and comfortable to eat-in. read more

First of all I always come here because it used to be right next to my house. LOL & Jack In The Box always has the BEST after hour food. 2 tacos for a $1 come on now you can't pass that up when your drunk as fuck & broke as hell because you just spent all your money on cover charges and drinks! lol BUT, the line is ALWAYS* forever like seriously long as FUCK. On a regular day if the lines are that long, I don't even bother going there. Especially since I don't like going inside because it's always lines with homeless/sketchy looking people. LOL The workers are always either filipino, micronesians and polynesians for some reason. I don't know why, maybe that's the ratio of people that live in the Waipahu area? beat me lol im just sayin* There's my take on this location. :) read more
