I've revisited 3 or 4 more times. The chicken was very tender. Just cooked. Tenderloin is so easy to overcooked. I'm quite impressed. The fries are perfect, just a little under-seasoned. Nothing a little salt can't fixed. The Texas toast is honestly nothing to write home about. I find them merely ok as is. If I reheat them in the oven at home, they are pretty good. The slaw is awful. Ordered via app for curbside delivery. No one came out. I went inside to grab my order thinking they were just busy. Nope, no one in line, drive thru had maybe one or two cars. Worker wiping tables came to me and I stated I had a curbside order. She grabs my drinks from the mini fridge and order from the counter, just sitting there. I stated that no one came out for my curbside order. The worker said she saw my car. I said well no one came out with my curbside order. She just said thank you! This is my second time that curbside takes forever, but I did not report the first incident thinking it was just a one off. Apparently not. We frequent this restaurant since day one of their opening. It was excellent for about half a year. But it seems like nowadays it has been going downhill with their quality. I usually order the 3 piece tender combo. If the chicken tenders were on the smaller side, they would give extra tenders to make it up. But last few times... can smell old oil from the food and from inside the restaurant as well. We tried giving it few more chances but it didn't change. Service is good. It's what they do and they sure do it best with one of the simplest menu it's a matter of sandwich or finger combo and it was the 3 Finger Combo that also comes with crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, Soft drink and a Cane's Sauce that's just so yummy that I love with both my fries and chicken fingers. Love this Town Center of Mililani as it's not in the actual mall just outside in the parking lot so it's a quick and easy access with parking just steps away from the front door and with lots of seating option both inside and outside it's all a matter of preference though I do love the disco ball decor along with friendly staff that greets you as soon as you walk in it was a great place to relax and enjoy after a long day. I've been craving some fried-up nonsense for a while now so I pulled up to Raising Cane's. 12:35PM - The first thing as I am going through the drive-thru is one of their staff standing out there by the menu taking orders. Felt bad for her. 12:38PM - I got the 3-Finger Combo. Nice size. Unfortunately, when I opened the box they were very small. Felt like they were telling me they were trying to ration their portions because when I came here a half year ago the tenders were huge. 1:09PM - My stomach didn't even have time to digest when I heard gargling noises and then the sudden rise of me needing to deposit that which is too grotesque to describe. I ordered online. Sadly I'm not able to pick up through the drive through like other places which is inconvenient due to my mobility problem. Well, ok, I get there about 50 minutes after placing my order. I stand at the empty counter for several minutes while two drive through employees chat. They look and smile while enjoying their conversations. Meanwhile several employees are working hard in the kitchen. Finally I raise my arms and one of them raises theirs back as if it's a salute. I ask if anyone is going to help me. One of them yells for Maria to come help me. Yes, don't move or help customers on our accounts. I turn around to see Maria cleaning tables after customers. She tells them can't they help me take my order? I tell the employee in front of me I already ordered. She asks me something but the music is so loud I can't hear her. Anyway we get it sorted out, she checks the kitchen then leaves. Maria comes over and we repeat that I ordered online, etc. She asks the kitchen for my order. We wait some time and my order comes out. But I didn't want fries and there they are. I tell Maria and she sends it back explaining to the kitchen staff to check the receipt. After a few more minutes it comes back out. Exactly the same. She repeats to look at the receipt. Finally it comes back out and it's correct this time. Thankful Maria was on top of it advocating for customers. The last time I came here I got similar bad service from different counter employees. And a snitty attitude too. I hope the manager sees this and improves it. For others as I'm not returning. There's other better chicken places that make my orders correctly in much less time with less customer friction. I would say they are definitely better than KFC and comparable to Popeyes. They're not sloppy like Popeyes, though... it's like another level up. Went through the drive thru and the girl at the pickup window was so RUDE!! First she tells me (in a loud voice) "your order is here" while I'm trying to put my change away. Then she hands me my order and she doesn't even wait until I've gotten a good hold on it before letting go and I almost drop it. Then I ask for ketchup and she acts like I asked her to cut off her arm. She holds it out with 2 fingers and immediately lets go when I reach for it and I almost dropped those too!! He said it was hard to eat the chicken so out came kitchen shears to the rescue. He ate both his fries and chicken with ketchup. Theirs is a secret sauce so for kiddies like him, not aware of the sauce ingredients poses a possible threat. Hubs ate all of his box combo but said he prefers JITB next door. Super happy there's a Raising Cane's in Mililani now!! It seems to be pretty busy since it opened almost a month ago... I know the drive thru line can be crazy long, but if you don't mind parking to do a walk in and take out, then it's much faster! I've been to the one on University Ave and I loved it! Since this was my mom's first time trying it, I got the caniac combo to share with her! The caniac combo comes with 6 pieces of chicken, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, 2 sauces, and a 32oz drink (the other combos come with a 22oz drink). Make sure you get the sweet tea :) and ask for your fries to be made extra crispy! They allow you to substitute any of the sides for another one or another Cane's sauce. I think I'll take away my Texas toast for another coleslaw! If you don't like their Cane's sauce, you can ask to substitute for honey mustard instead! I like that the employees were super friendly! They greeted me when I walked in and many of them thanked me when I picked up my order and they said they hope I come back again soon! The verdict is in. We like, hard like, this spot. Its crazy to think in this day and age where bigger is better, that just chicken tenders is enough. But hey, if you're gonna do one thing... Do it awesome! Located where the old BK used to be in the Mililani Town Center is where you'll find them. The drive through wraps around the lot leaving more space for patrons to park. Of course at first it was cray! There were workers that had to direct excess drive through traffic in the lot further out. I decided to go later opening night. I parked near Jacks and just walked over. The line inside wasn't too crazy. It was the wait and the confusion of picking up orders that threw me off. The poor workers must have been exhausted! I watched as I waited for my items. They were making lemonade fresh! Super cool. I got both lemonade and the sweet tea just to see what's up. The lemonade was not too sweet or too tart. It was different from what I'm used to but it was still good. The tea was very light as well. Nice compliment to the food. For my food order, I got kids meals for the 3 littles. They forgot one of our toys... So we did have to go back for that. I got a 6 piece meal and a chicken sandwich meal. I also got us all a toast, cuz carbs, why not? Every meal came with fries and sauce. The fries were my daughter's favorite. The sauce and the toast was mine (not together, ew). I don't know what the boys liked but I heard no complaints. I feel like everytime I goto Mililani that i need to eat here. They have a drive through and it is not busy most time I've been. I got the box combo today and got a bonus chicken - so 5 instead of 4. I usually swap out the cole slaw for an extra bread. That bread is always so buttery and chewy the way i like it. I love that 'Canes sauce. My friend said that it is even better if you ask them for hot sauce and put it inside. I need to remember to do that one day. Canes is a staple in my home state of Louisiana. It's good for late nights or when you want a snack meal while you're on the go. I remember going for the first time around 2004. With all that expressed, I will also mention the Canes chicken fingers in this area is particularly underwhelming. The service is lackluster and the employees act like it's an inconvenience to process your order. The atmosphere is very uninviting. Maybe it's just me but it does seem like the chicken fingers are much smaller than I recall at other locations. The fries here are usually undercooked and mushy too. Hopefully Todd Graves does something to fix this location soon. Hiring a workforce that is enthusiastic and training them to be polite and a little bit more upbeat might be a good start. read more

If you heard the chatter about a new location and heard all the good things about this place and how much people rave about this place. I'm here to tell you that it's worth the H Y P E. As first timers here my expectations were blown out the water with the first quick visit here. It made me a returning customer for sure! We did not opt for drive thru since it was insanely busy but we turned into the parking and there were plenty open parking spots so we got lucky with that. When we got out there was a small but fast line moving. & even inside you could feel the hustle and the service was amazing! Someone brought out our drinks and we waited for our order to be called and we didn't wait long at all maybe 5 minutes if that. The place inside is soooo adorable I wish we would have stayed to dine in but with everything going on we opted not to. I believe you could sit and eat but not many were staying so I'm not sure. When you hear "Caniac Combo, no slaw, extra toast," what does that mean? It means "fuck these customers at the drive-thru, give them the slaw." We've ordered numerous times the same order. Today wasn't accurate at all. Couldn't complain because the receipt didn't reflect my order. So it would be my word against theirs. Maybe listen more clearly to substitutions or turn up the miracle ear hearing aid. I'm sympathetic to fast food workers, but I was extremely clear with my order. Maybe it was just an off day for the person taking the order, but it seemed rushed without her listening. And again, I can't be any clearer than I was with my order. It still amazes me that a restaurant can survive on chicken fingers and chicken fingers alone - but, dang, theys some good chicken fingers (apparently they use a part that the chicken doesn't exercise often so it's extra, extra tender)! We were able to attend their soft opening as a guest of a worker. It was well staffed, clean, quick, hot and delicious. Fast and friendly service is always a plus! I hope they can continue the trend once they've established themselves in the plaza and with the community. I'm not sure it's a go-to-all-the-time place for me because sometimes a girl wants more than a really tender piece of chicken.
