5 stars for the Kapolei Parkway location!m for customer service. Koehn was outside taking orders on a very busy Tuesday night and was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the menu. He listened carefully and got our entire order without having to ask us to repeat ourselves once. Even with how busy it was, he remained friendly and provided excellent customer service. Definitely deserves recognition for a job well done! read more

This location is nice because it rarely has the crazy lines that some of Chick-fil-a's do. The employees are always kind and helpful, and the food is consistently good. The only thing I'd love to see improved is speed. The last few times I've visited, service has been pretty slower and slowed me down significantly (whether I was ordering inside, mobile order, or drive through). Still a solid location and one I still visit pretty often. read more

Lunch in Kapolei, O'ahu, Hawai'i... Some people think that Kapolei is far... Well, it's relatively far, depending on where you start from and if it's peak traffic time. I went on a Monday before the lunch crowd. My goal was to pick up my Instagram prize. There wasn't much traffic! The parking lot was spacious! The outside had some construction going on. Inside was really nice - because it's kind of new. The restroom was clean and didn't have a code for the door... LOL! I ordered a Kids' Meal which included a small drink and a toy (coloring board with crayons). The 5-piece chicken nuggets were not all the same shape which means to me that they're fresh pieces of chicken - not formed from little scraps or anything like that. I dipped them in the Polynesian sauce - it was kind of a smokey sweet sour flavor. The fresh fruit cup was created from blueberries, strawberries, and mandarin orange slices. It was fresh and colorful! This Kapolei Parkway location had an Instagram contest and I happened to win 2 cow plushies (what i really wanted), a pen, 2 plastic cups, a tray, shades, a bottle of sauce, and 4 gift cards! Wow! Thank you so much! And thanks for the pleasant service! The patient cashier had to help me figure out how to get credit for my purchase on the app! read more

We were planning get acai bowls for lunch at a truck vender. Well the Acai truck wasn't there. On to Chick-fil-A. Currently they are doing construction work at the front entrance and parking lot. So I followed the signage to get to the drive thru. They have two lanes. The left lane for pre-order pickup and the right lane for drive thru. A young girl was standing near the speaker box and took our order. I was surprised that She also did the money transaction. Very courteous and helpful. We ordered two Cobb salads . The veggies were tender and crisp. Since I ate it for my dinner, the chicken wasn't crispy. Big plus was that they gave two large packets of delicious Herb Ranch Dressing. Enjoy read more

We wanted to eat acai bowl in Kapolei but the wagon wasnt there so we decided to go and try the chicken fil a at kapolei parkway. They were doing renovations in the parking lot and in the front of their restaurant so we opt to drive through. To our surprise it wasnt busy and since they had renovations in their parking the signs were pretty much explanatory drive thru 1 lane mobile app pick up on the other. So we ordered their Cobb salads and the person that is at the drive thru took our order and even gave us back our change as well. Then we pulled up to the window got got our order and left. The salad was enough for dinner or lunch. Came with chicken pieces mixed greens corn, cheese, tomatoes and egg. Was filling. Their salad dressing was good as well. Was very pleased with the salads. read more

Chick-fil-A - Nuggets meal and gave my Coke Zero to my brother - Fast Food Near Me - Kapolei, Hawaii

Decided to stop by after the hype was over but surprisingly enough, the drive through lines were still backed up still so we went with the dine in option. When we entered the restaurant, it wasn't as busy and the line was short and many open tables. We ordered the chicken nuggets, pretzel chicken sandwich and a regular chicken sandwich. What is very enjoyable is their sauce and waffle fries. Something that we always look forward to when we eat at Chik-fil-A. The nuggets are also my favorite because of its uniqueness compared to other fast food chains. Their kids meal is pretty cool and you can either get a choice of a toy/book or a scoop of ice cream which we didn't know at first. Overall, good food if you're on a time chunch. Lots of chicken options to choose from and service is fairly quick. read more

This location can be very busy as it is one of three on the island. There is usually a line in the drive-thru. Some days, the line is longer than others but the moves quickly. When your order is ready, an employee bring it out and you can exit to the right through lane. The employees are always polite and friendly and they work efficiently. I have never been inside the restaurant and only have gone through the drive-thru. On this visit, we ordered 1. Cobb Salad w/Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing (full of flavor and if you like ranch, the avocado lime ranch is a great touch. The lime flavor isn't strong at all and the avocado blends well within.) 2. Four Piece Chicken Tenders & Fries (The chicken tenders are one of our favs. They are moist on the inside and usually have a little crisp on the outside. The waffle fries are also good especially when they are fresh and crispy.) When I opened the bag, it was a bit disappointing that the fries were not filled to the top. The fries were a little soggy, so we needed to place into the air fryer when we got home. We don't like fast food much but sometimes like to have some Chick-Fil-A chicken tenders. read more

Me: Excited to try Chick-fil-A for the first time. Went take-out and got home. OMG, HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Spicy Chicken Sandwich, squashed bun, small soggy chicken, no condiment or veggies. Guess I had to get Deluxe Chicken Nuggets, literally the size of a quarter each nugget $8 for that!?!?!?!? I Seriously don't get why this place is such a big deal!!!!! Sticking to Popeye's and Cane's, well literally any place else!!!!! At the prices we spend nowadays on fast food, we as consumers expect better quality, especially from a popular establishment such as Chick-fil-A!!! read more

WORSE experience i have ever had. order was wrong. every single table by the window was dirty. both trash cans were so full the one literally started just randomly spitting trash out while we were there. even told them because there was food, trash and a drink spilled all over the floor and it still took them another 30 minutes to start to clean it up. Glad to have a chick-fil-A closer to home!! The only thing I would say that needs improvement is how they packed my order. Went there for lunch. Store number 04508. Sat in the seating area. The food was amazing. I dropped my dried toppings for my salad on the ground, when Darlene stopped by I apologized. with a smile she said it was not a problem and began to clean up my mess. Latter Malu came by to check on us. Being our first time eating there we didn't know about refills and with a smile grabbed our drinks and re-filled them. She returned with our drinks and took away our finished meal. Shout Out to these two incredible ladie. We will be back and hope to be served by these awesome people. read more

The service was very slow compared to when it first opened. Even with the longer lines in the drive thru back then. The teenage employees were just standing around. Talking about being home wreckers. I had placed a mobile order, but they were too busy talking with each other to notice that I was waiting. The potatoes were mushy. I like crispy potatoes. The chicken nuggets were so tiny. This was my visit about two weeks ago. Tonight, I was craving ice cream. So on my way home from a meeting, Chick-fil-A was closer than the yellow arches. Service was fast and tonight's employees were very professional and pleasant. However, I asked for chocolate sauce and it was such a small amount that I could barely taste it- added more, from my refrigerator when I got home. What was very disappointing was to discover that my ice cream "mound" was hollow on the inside. That's a bit deceiving. read more

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location on island. It's clean, newish, there are plenty of tables and parking, and it's nice and cold inside. Plus, the employees are friendly and attentive. My daughter and I come here once a week for mother-daughter breakfast. We usually get the 10 piece chicken minis. It comes with 10 pieces of chicken nuggets inside a buttery bread that is very addicting. The meal also comes with small hash brown pieces that are fried to perfection. The small pieces allow it to get nice and crispy on the outside while retaining its softness inside. The meal also comes with a drink and we usually get a regular lemonade. Because we are regulars, I got to know the shift supervisor, Sophie. Sophie always has a smile on her face and she's so efficient the way she runs the front and back of the store. The food at Chick-fil-A might be pricey at first glance, but if you use the app, you can accumulate points quickly. The higher your level, the more points you accumulate per dollar spent. Additionally, the store manager usually sends me free food on my app every once in a while. However, the period to redeem the rewards from the manager is usually only one week, whereas I don't think accumulated points expire. Before I forget, you also get random surveys after a store visit that you can complete on the app. Once completed, they'll load a free chicken sandwich on your app. The redemption period for the chicken sandwiches are approx. 2 months. Not a bad deal! Chick-fil-A will sometimes have a family night promo where they provide free ice cream and activity kits for keikis as long as you purchase a combo. I used to attend these events a lot in the mainland when my kids were young. I recommend setting up a dinner playdate during these events so the moms can sit back and chit chat while the kiddos eat together. I took a picture of their trash receptacle because I love how it compacts the trash so it can fit more trash per bag. So ingenuous. More fast food places should have these! read more

I recently discovered Chick-fil-A growing up in Hawaii. It was never a big deal when I moved to Vegas and they got a Chick-fil-A there. I had no desire to try it until I did. Oh my! I was in heaven, came home to take care of my dad for a while and was very excited to hear there was a Chick-fil-A. I've been there twice and their food never disappoints, but adding the local people taking orders? Exceptional!! Chick-fil-A as a whole is amazing. Staff is amazing but eating Chick-fil-A back home was an unexpected Treat. read more

They need to improve on customer service. Long lines and very slow moving ...saw 2 managers and staff looking like chickens running around like they don't have a system. We only ordered ice-cream and waiting in that long line and when we get to the front, ice cream machine broken and this was around 9 p.m. (8/2/25). At least put a sign in the front before cars enter drive thru. I would not go to this location . Thank goodness a new location will be opening up by the old consolidated theaters. Very disappointing night. read more

Did mobile thru order- (basically use the Chick-fil-a app to place an order) and they have a separate line for those orders, as the regular drive thru line has employees coming to you, to take your order. Loved that they have them wearing safety vests in the dark. Anyways my only complaint is the stale bread for my sandwich. But the fries, nuggets, sauce packets and otherwise were good. Had a chocolate milkshake too but it leaves a different aftertaste. read more

Chik fil A is known for their customer service, this place breaks the mold. That's not a good thing. The people who work here aren't pleasant. They always forget something with my order. Sauce, spoons, straws. This time it's the topping for the kale salad. Come on!! Also, every time I order I have to pull up and wait. I saw them giving people orders cars behind me, like a lot of cars behind. And when they have me pull up they shove the bags at me and I do not have time to realize they forgot anything and even if I do, they're long gone. Even the managers or leads who are outside helping out have a bad attitude. It is just really off putting. The McDonald's down the street has better customer service, that's saying a lot. I appreciate that the owner has the loyalty perks every few months. I like the food, it is the same everywhere and that's a good thing. read more

Why does everyone smile here? I have been stuck at 799 reviews for a few months. I wanted my 800th review be a positive experience. And boy did I find the right place to praise about. I've only used the drive-thru at this location and even in the caravan, everyone smiles and it isn't just the customers. I wanted to dine-in and was still surprised with the smiling faces. It was pleasant compared to other fast food places that just want your order and your money. Even with one cashier, ordering was quick and easy. The dine-in area is immaculate. It looked like not only did the employees want to keep the place clean so did the customers. I think it's because they wanted to use the trash compactor. That thing is a trip. The food was the usual "it's really good for a fried chicken sandwich" and I like the Mac and cheese. The fact there is a large variety of sauces to choose from is a "10" in my book. Plus I don't think there's a limit to how many sauce packs you can have. FYI, I don't have a favorite sauce so I let my cashier choose. And she chose to give me one of each flavor. What a fantastic answer. Overall five stars down the line. I mean nothing is perfect, you always have to find flaws so you can make improvement. But here, well I was more interested in that fancy trash can/compactor than to find mistakes. M read more

Located in Kapolei across the street from Kamakana Alii mall. Yes the line is pretty crazy, BUT it goes super fast. The service is amazing. I noticed that a lot of workers had blue shirts on so i asked a worker what was the difference in their uniforms. She said the blue shirt workers are from the mainland and the red shirt workers are from here. I loved the fact that they had mainland workers come down here to help open this location. Chick-fil-A has been a fam fave on vacations. It's just quick and tasted great! Our family has been counting down the days when it would be open. We decided to try in grand opening night. We expected the crazy lines. BUT what I really wanted to know was, will it taste the same? We braved the drive thru line, and we're pretty impressed how much they planned it out. The line was RIDICULOUS and wrapped around the new Longs Drugs building. We took bets that it would take an hour to 2 hours. We were wrong. The staff were amazing. They first had a staff member give us a menu to view while we waited. Then, down the line more, more staff took our orders outside, in the line. After that, we reached the end of the drive thru, and we got our food. We came at peak time on a Friday night. Even so, we were home on 45 min!! Like what!!?!? That's crazy good planning! The best thing was that the food was exactly how I remembered it. No skimping or change to the recipe. Everyone LOVED it!! Can't wait til the lines die down. It will be the perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat! read more

Best chick fil a on the island. They have their own parking lot. The lane system has someone directing the traffic for the lanes. The line was long but I still left sooner than I expected. The food was fresh, hot and service impeccable. I went inside first and the lines were longer than the drive thru. Inside was clean and had plenty of seating. Decided to take my chances in the drive thru. I was disappointed they didn't have the southwest salad so I got the cob salad. To my surprise the salads come in a box. I'm used to it coming in a container but I understand since the container is plastic. I will only be coming to this location and using the drive thru. See ya next time! read more
