Sprite seal was cracked, so I called and they immediately delivered a new bottle to me. This is world-class customer service. Aside from the small amount of mushrooms for toppings, the pizza never disappoints. This location is my go-to, and is closest to my home. That makes for really hot and fresh food. I won't order from anywhere else. Thank you! read more

the food is good there's no doubt about it. BUT the service in store SUCKS shit. I know that they are busy but they need to realize that people who walks in need to be greeted. We ordered online which we like. But time to pick up the food sucks. We were not greeted at the door just stared at. No one asked if we ordered until 30-45 minutes later. what made it worse was another customer came in and she was greeted and they gave her order right away. Sorry will not order from this location in the future. read more

Ordered on the App and it was easy to maneuver. Always remember to use coupons because there are special deals. Also sign up for their rewards program. Very generous. Ordered a Hand Toss Pepperoni Pizza, Chicken Carbonara Pasta, Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich and a Bottle of Coke. Price was $39.85 without Tip. There was a Mix 3 or More for $8.99 Coupon. I gave the Food 4 stars because the flavor is always good but presentation could have been a little better. Pizza looked like it was missing pepperoni in the middle, the sandwich looked like it was just slapped together quickly. Everything else I gave 5 stars. I Was happy that I was able to pay cash when items were delivered. Order was on time and food always tastes great! Great job Ewa Beach Dominos! You all are awesome! read more

Dominoes is always fast on their delivery times, so I appreciate that aspect. I was excited to see that the day I chose to order delivery, they had a 'half off all pizzas' special. Unfortunately, they messed up my veggie pizza by doing a huge party foul - they added meat on it and bell peppers, which I did not request. The pizza was still delicious - my son actually preferred it exactly the way it came lol. Once I realized it was incorrect, I called the Ewa Beach store phone number. I was immediately assisted with no hassle at all. I simply provided my online order number and told them the issue. The customer service representative was apologetic, and she offered to either remake and deliver the correct pizza or refund the amount paid. To my surprise, they refunded the entire meal! Aside from the incorrect pizza, we ordered a medium Meatzza add Jalapeño & Garlic, a 2 liter soda, and 3pc Chocolate Lava Crunch Cake - total was around $50. Dinner was a spontaneous hit, especially since my family had no clue that I wasn't cooking and ordering pizza is not really my thing haha! Also to add, it was my first time trying the Brooklyn Style dough. I thought it was so much better than the rest! The cook was perfect - not soft and flimsy, and not too crunchy or burnt. It was the closest you'd get to a specialty-type preparation and I think that was the flavor I was craving. Enjoy :) read more

Ordered for pick up 23 December 2021 I read reviews from 3 nearby Domino's location. All three locations had an overall rating of 3-stars. Since there wasn't much to go from (a lot of the reviews were over a year old), I just went with the closest location nearest me. I rarely eat out but I had a $15 gift card for Domino's. Once I was done reading all the reviews and decided on the location, I got on the website to peruse the menu. I already knew I was only getting pizza (it was the safest option). Added to my $15 gift card, Domino's had several coupons available. I selected the 2 large, 2 toppings pizza coupon. Ordering online was easy. Once I was done adding the coupon, I was able to select my crust, cheese, meats, and veggies. I love that I am able to do half/half pizza toppings. My only complaint is that for the chicken topping, they were a bit stingy and barely added any chicken! Once I was done selecting what I wanted, I checked the cart to ensure it was correct then proceeded to checkout. I like that they have a variety of payment options - credit & debit card, PayPal, gift cards, or cash in store. Since I had a gift card, I use that online then paid cash once I went to pickup. After my transaction was completed, I immediately received an email confirmation, which showed me the pizza processing time. I stayed on the website since it also had a processing bar. Let me tell you, I was at home dilly dallying thinking I had plenty time before I need to go pickup. I was wrong! That pizza order was ready pretty quickly. I was kinda worried that the pizza did bake thoroughly (that was one of the complainants I read in the reviews). I went to pick up my pizzas, there is ample parking in the plaza, and there was no wait inside Domino's. I saw 2 employees working in the back (both wearing masks). One came to the register to help me. I provided my name, he provided the rem balance. I paid, received my change and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Overall, I had a good experience! read more

Normally this establishment is my go to for quick dinner when ive had a busy day. Today was quite unusual as i placed my order, watched the tracker on the app track the driver to the opposite end of ewa beach with my order, get back to the store 20 minutes later and then marked my order "DELIVERED". When i called to ask what was going on, a young gentleman says it was delivered to the wrong address and theyll remake it. I explained my kids need dinner and if it needs to be remade, to cancel my order. The young man says ok. I asked if he can confirm my credit card will be charged back and he hung up on me. I call back and ask to speak to a manager. A young man comes on the line and says "hello im the manager". I asked his name and he said "Taius". I asked if he could spell it so i know im saying it right and he asks me what this is about. I explain what just happened. And he says theyre slammed and the order is on the way back out and that it was a double order. He apologizes and again says theyre swamped with orders. The pizzas arrive and what were suppose to be handmade pan, were hand tossed and one of the pizzas were over cooked. read more

Ordered 2 thin and crispy crust pizzas...... this is how I received my order. I believe this is more like thin and burnt. The sausage is very over cooked on one pizza. The cheese on the other pizza seems over cooked also as there is no gooey to the cheese. When people say cardboard pizza, these pizzas would win. Also ordered a diet coke, received it WARM. When I called the store, the on duty female manager/supervisor stated that edges shouldn't be burnt as how I described it to her. She also stated they "normally" deliver cold soda but the delivery person must have taken the soda from the back as there probably wasn't any cold sodas available. I would think that the store would call the customer to inform them that there was no cold soda available and if they still wanted it. Not to mention, in the delivery tracker, it did state that a quality check was being performed. In my opinion, this surely isn't quality. If this is domino pizza normal quality, no more domino pizza for me. read more

The Ewa Beach Domino's Pizza delivered my order, but instead of waiting till I was able to come outside to get it, the driver left it on our car, which is on a incline. Guess where our food ended up...see photos below. And when I called, and complained, the manager tells me to calm down. My order was given to someone else. With the technology available, for example, Google maps, how could the driver deliver an order to the wrong house? They also have labels on the box/boxes with the address on it. I checked outside and I checked my Ring camera. There was nothing outside and there was no notification that someone came close to my door or even rang the doorbell. So I called them and the guy on the other line stated that they're making the order again. No offer of compensation for their mistake. I could've canceled it but I want pizza. I told the guy that I have no choice but to wait. All I got in response was uh uh uh. Again, no offer of compensation or their mistake. Then he said again that they're making the order again. I said again that I have no choice but to wait. The response again was uh uh uh. So I disconnected the call. Unacceptable. I don't like to speak bad about places that make food because I could end up with extra "seasoning" on it. But seriously, this is 100 percent unacceptable. The person who accepted the food must not believe in karma. How dishonest of them. It's sad but that's society now. Maybe I should search social media for #freepizza. Anyways, I'm pretty sure this review would be ignored by this Domino's. They're just gonna keep doing what they're doing. But typing this out was stress relieving. Update at over an hour after I made the order: I finally got my order. Driver offered no apology or offer of compensation. I guess there's no supervisor or manager on duty that knows a thing about customer service. A sorry would be nice. No participation medal or trophy for you Ewa Beach Domino's employees tonight. To top it off, I already gave them a tip when I paid for my order. read more

We've been customers at this store for the past two years and it has been getting worse the past 6 months. Pizza is always over cooked and dried out. I don't care what anyone says, you get 5 for your cheese burger pizza alone! Back in like 2004 Dominos had a cheeseburger pizza. I used to get it every so often until they stopped. Friggin delicious! Needless to say when you announced it coming back, I was hoping it wasn't like a movie remake. Well damn it, you did it again! Get the cheeseburger people! I won't get the chicken taco one though. Shits bogus. You also get stars for the wonderful kind delivery service I have received all 4 times I have order from yinz in the past few months. read more

Couple days ago we stopped at Domino's Ewa Bch, ordered two medium pizza's. They were busy with other orders so we waited aprox 30-40 min, thinking we'd take home a piping fresh pizzas...only to be disappointed to have one of the sausage pizza was not only cold but burnt & just a few burnt sausages on each slice. SHAME ON YOU!!! Man!!! WE CANCELED OUR ORDER! I really wanted to have pizza and wings with my family tonight We rarely eat out. I ordered my pan pizza and wings through the app and clicked on the pay at store button. THANK GOODNESS I DID because when my husband went to pick it up, he saw the two guys that were making food WEARING THEIR MASKS DOWN BELOW THEIR NOSE! COME ON MAN!! If I have to wear my mask, they should too. My husband said "Cancel my order" to the nice lady at the register. She asked why of course. He pointed out to the two portly guys making orders who were wearing their mask below their nose and said that's why! They immediately pounded their hands on the counter and yelled "F***!! I BREATHE THROUGH MY MOUTH" LIES!! The manager rushed out. My husband explained the situation and the manager apologized. He offered to make another one. Now, WHY WOULD I WANT ANOTHER ONE WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN BREATHING ALL OVER THE FOOD?! SERIOUSLY?! The guy behind my husband thanked him for mentioning it because they, too, saw the food prep guys wearing their mask down AND CANCELED THEIR ORDER TOO. I really hope they correct the situation. DONT COUNT ON THEIR ONLINE ORDERING!!! Don't expect too much from this store i don't think they kno what their doing here.... i order on line i thought I gave my correct phone number and somehow my order is cancelled by the store manager Charleston. They said i entered my phone # in wrong but it was paid for on my card so i don't kno why my order was NEVER attempted to be delivered it was Not a Cash order. I would understand if it was pick up cash on delivery but it was credit card paid in advance. With all these tv commercials on how domino's is going out of their way to make any wrong order right & I'm over here can't even get my original paid delivery. Now I'm busting my ass to feed my kids after a super long day and exhausting night. I will NEVER order from here again because i would expect a delivery when my card went thru as PAID. read more

The only reason for my 2 star rating is purely because my order was wrong. Usually I wouldn't care, but--when your box says "green bell, pep, & mushroom" you don't expect it to have "pep, mushroom, & OLIVES". Whoever put the pizza in the box obviously was careless to double check order. It could've been any other topping--anchovies, onions, or even pickles (not sure if pickles are even a topping), but I would've ate it. Olives tho, they literally FREAK me out, and I truly do not like olives, picking them off is a pain the ass. And trust me, there was so much olives that picking them all off pretty much removed all my cheese. Also, being that I payed for an EXTRA topping really sucks, cause we all know when you want an extra topping they charge you an arm and a leg. So to get my extra topping wrong annoys me. Please guys/gals check your orders before you give it to us. Is that too much to ask? read more

I ordered two pizzas and two orders of chicken wings....the order was delivered very fast and that should have probably been a sign of what's to come. One of the pizzas was delivered with absolutely no cheese. How does a pizza get sent out with no cheese? The wings were not fully cooked in the middle. Like the pizza, and especially the stuffed cheesy bread and marbled cookie brownies. NOT loving the fact that I ordered and paid for 4 garlic sauces and didn't received them. When I called the store after the driver left (only literally 2 minutes after the driver left), the person who answered sounded shocked when I asked to have them come back with the 4 sauces. Sorry I want what I paid for? He then quizzes me on whether I made sure the 4 sauces weren't in the boxes, as I literally had all boxes open and no garlic sauces to be found. He sounded like I was lying and for some reason couldn't believe they made a mistake. Took almost an hour to deliver the sauces. By then, I was already full and over it.
