We ordered 18 pieces of honey cheddar. The snow chicken looked good too. We also ordered some mild rice cakes. We waited 20 minutes by going shopping next door at the Korean market. Couldn't be more pleased. Chicken was piping hot. Rice cakes were fried and then dipped in mild sauce. Never had it that way but it was very good!

Spicy "bone in" chicken with mini mandoo
Leilani N.

Food - chicken was yummy, just the perfect amount of spice. Corn was meh, tasted like it list came out of a can. The mini mandoo was good. It would have been better with a dipping sauce but it didn't come with any. Is it just me that love mandoo with dipping sauce? Well, I thought it was a mistake so I went up to the counter. The lady said it doesn't come with sauce and if I wanted sauce it'll be $1. Wait , what?! No, thank you. The cost of 2 plates plus tip came up to almost $30 and not even a small container of dipping sauce? -1 star Service- the lady at the counter wasn't too friendly. She just got off the phone taking an order. Maybe she was tired? An after thought for me, "I should have just ordered at the kiosk" to avoid the unfriendliness. When I went up to ask for the dipping sauce, there was no one at the front and there were a few people waiting. I could see the lady and another younger lady behind the curtain. No acknowledgment, no "we will be right with you", no "thank you for your patience" -1 star Ambiance- when you walk in from their "main door", it's literally an area for you to stand in line (if there was a line). The tables and chairs are shared in a common area with other food venues. This is all inside the Asian market. There's the Mexican place, which I want to try next time and there's also a Korean place. There were maybe 6 tables with 4 chairs each. There was a counter with 4 chairs. It was a bit warm sitting there, you can't feel the AC much. Out of their control so keeping the stars at 3. Would I come here again? Maybe. If I did, I'd come for only the chicken. $12.99 for a chicken plate with 4 bone in chicken pieces, rice, bland corn, and two mini mandoo without dipping sauce OR $17.99 for 10 pcs of chicken.

I got 3 of the most popular ones.

Service is good, the place is small just remember that they cook as you order. I placed my order and was told 20 minutes then found out my grandson and his friend was at the house so I ordered more food and that's another 20 min. Their chicken was good.

CRISPY SWEET CHILI CRISPY HONEY BUTTER RICE CAKE FRIES

My experience here is always really good. The food is amazing and I always get the honey butter chicken. The kimchi fried rice and the bottom chicken is not from here but from a Korean restaurant in H-mart. Make sure to phone order if you don't want to wait!

Half order of garlic chicken and kimbap

I went today to pick up half order of their Honey butter wings. I prefer their dry rubs and this one was so good! Truly hits the spot! It's mix between savory and a bit sweet! I also ordered regular fries to go too. Fries were ok but the wings were delicious!

Wow. So good.

Wow. Really great wings. Super great service. Located in HMart food court. Lots of tables. Clean.

NEW PRICING as of 3/20/25

Wings are always perfect. Our favorite is SNOW and GARLIC. Always call ahead because it can take 20+ minutes. Prices increased recently, so it's definitely just a splurge now.

This is what I ordered.

SLOW SERVICE!!! I placed my order at just after 5 pm. I showed up at 5:30 to pick up and I was told would be another 10 min. I could see in the back a huge pile of wings that needed only to be seasoned so I was surprised I needed to wait. Oh well no worries. 20 min later my order was still not ready. I live 5 min away so once I did receive my order I was shocked that my wings were cold. This was my second time having them. First time was amazing. I'll give them another try but at the prices they charge, I shouldn't have had cold wings.

I have found my new favorite place for wings! This place imo has wing stop beat hands down! We stopped by tonight Wednesday, 3/9/2022 around 6:30 or so. There was no line and the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I told him it was my 1st time there and he made a suggestion of their most popular item the #2 crispy shoyu wings. Sold!! I also wanted to try some other menu items so I ordered the regular mini mandoo, #6 crispy honey butter wings, regular fries, and radish. I was going to order a boneless chicken plate as well but was told that they were out of rice and boneless chicken, oh well maybe next time. Everything came out hot and fresh in about 20 minutes. The takeout container for the fries isn't ideal as there is no cover, it's simply a paper boat with aluminum foil inside and the fries on top. Honestly after tasting the fries I didn't ever care, needless to say they never made it home, lol. My husband and I devoured them all in a matter of minutes! They were so crispy and hot that when we were done I regretted not ordering 2. The chicken was amazing! I enjoyed both flavors but prefer the shoyu. The chicken is as the name states crispy and the inside is tender and juicy. The mini mandoo were also delicious and a great deal. I would definitely come back to try other flavors and get more fries but I just found out that they opened a location in Mililani Town Center, which is so much closer to home, so I might be writing my review for that location next hehehe.

From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Everything tasted great, and the student who served us made us feel very comfortable. They checked in often to see how the food was and whether we needed drink refills. The service was truly five-star. We loved every dish, especially because the flavors were well balanced and never overpowering. The blueberry scones were not too sweet and paired perfectly with the cream cheese. The salad starter was fresh, and the phyllo was crunchy and flavorful on its own. The crab was delicious and well prepared. For the main course, I had the pork loin with apricot and prune. The sweet and savory flavors worked beautifully together, and the meat was perfectly cooked and not dry at all. For dessert, I ordered the Pots de Crème au Chocolate. It was rich and indulgent without being overly sweet -- the perfect ending to the meal. Overall, this was a five-star experience, and I will definitely be booking another reservation again.

I could choose what I want to eat and I could go back for seconds if I want lol. Our waiter was great, he changed our silverware and topped off our drinks without us asking. If you order takeout there's one menu online but if you dine in there's a happy hour menu from 3-6 plus bar menu. The catch if you dine in is that there's a 2 drink minimum per person at regular prices. All dishes came out piping hot (except ahi poke) and fresh . The happy hour dishes were wonderful, especially the manapuas! The spicy pork cheese manapua were great and a bit different. The chasui manapua were delicious. Garlic fries were extra crispy, lots of garlic but greasy. The poke fresh and lemon pepper salt wings crispy but juicy. So all in all a great option for happy hour goodness.

Location: Kitchen Deja Vu is located inside the Blue Tropix Bar & Grill, which just so happens to be right across the Chili's from Pearlridge Center. Parking: Plenty! You can park anywhere in the Pearlridge Center parking lot Food: We ordered 5 items 1) pan fried pork cheese buns: 10/10 - pillowy soft bread expertly soaks up all the juices from the pork filling, perfectly pan fried bottom adds a bit of crunchy texture, pork filling was seasoned well and there was a decent amount of cheese inside as well (it was giving pizza flavor vibes), supposedly "spicy" but it wasn't too bad at all so this would be good even for those with a low spice tolerance 2) pulehu style short ribs: 10/10 - incredible smoked and grilled flavor, cooked and seasoned to perfection! They're not stingy either, nice portion size and a hearty amount of meat on each short rib too 3) big shrimp potstickers: 11/10 - succulent pork & shrimp filling filled to the brim of wrapper! Very on brand because these buggahs was massive and sooo tasty! Classic potsticker taste and there's a whole shrimp in there too, paired with their shoyu vinegar (I think) sauce and wooo this one was winnnahz ‍ 4) charsui udon: 10/10 - nice & chewy udon noodles and absolutely loaded with charsui and veggies that were so wonderfully stir fried allowing them to soften just a little but remain crispy, adding another layer of texture to the dish and ensuring you get a nice little crunch in every bite! 5) kau yuk (caramelized pork belly): 10/10 - big chunks of sweet & savory pork belly, but not as sweet as the name would have you think. It's actually perfectly balanced, you can definitely taste some authentic asian spices going on in there, and the meat was nice and tender Service: 11/10 We ordered take out but you can absolutely dine in if you wanted to, plenty of booths and/or tables to choose from. But I did wanna mention that we were lucky enough to meet Charlie, the owner! Really nice guy, after we gave him our order, our server Kyle took such good care of us. Checked in on us multiple times & offered to get us some water while waiting for our food. Overall: 10/10 Food was delicious, the chefs obviously know what's good, hats off to them! First time trying this place out and it didn't disappoint and love that you can also order directly from your phone through all major food delivery apps or you can even text your order in, how convenient!

It looked huge and inviting. The burger itself tasted good as it was cooked with bread mixed in it to make it soft but once you started eating it, the burger fell apart. The bun was thin so it was messy as the sauce and burger started falling out and you needed a lot of napkins. Some people like it messy but it's not my thing. The onions and pickles were a perfect match. Too much American cheese. ________________________________________________ The Premium Purists: 5/10 I was looking forward to trying the burger at Forty Niners and hoped it would be an old fashioned/traditional style deluxe burger. It definitely had the look and right toppings but the patty was a little disappointing. After my first two bites the patties crumbled into pieces and the texture seemed off. It was too mushy and lacked good beef flavor. After learning they mix breadcrumbs in their burger patty, I think the patties I got were not mixed well and the ratio of beef and breadcrumb was off. That is probably why the texture was off, it lacked beef flavor, and crumbled. I would honestly give it another try and go with a single patty. ________________________________________________ The stack analyst: 7/10 Tried the double cheeseburger(dirty style) at 49ers and it was delicious. The fried pickles were the highlight for me. I love fried pickles and they worked really well on the burger. They also didn't hold back on the caramelized onions, which added flavor. The burger had four slices of cheese, so it was definitely rich. The patty had a nice sear on the outside, it did fall apart though. I would've liked a little more salt, but I know that comes down to preference. Bun was nothing special, just your standard setup, but it got the job done. I'd definitely come back and order it again! ________________________________________________ Double stack daddy: 6/10 The burger had a solid foundation, but it was missing flavor and could've used more seasoning. The biggest downside was the bun--it fell apart after the first bite, making the rest of the meal messy. Not a bad burger, but it didn't stand out, and there's definitely room for improvement. ________________________________________________ Bruddah big buns: 4/10 Da patty was mushy. ________________________________________________ Captain messy hands, keeper of the drip: 8/10 I found a winner! This fresh, hand-formed double cheeseburger delivered exactly what I look for--thick, juicy patties with the drip. Every bite was messy, flavorful, and napkin-worthy. It started falling apart halfway through, but that's a compliment in my book. Nothing fancy, just an honest burger executed right. This is the kind of burger that keeps you coming back. CMH Rating: Drip Approved!
