    Correct order

This is the second time I ordered for delivery and another time that it was incorrect. No blame to the driver at all as I can see that my order is correct and the food is wrong. So I give the two stars because the food is pretty consistent I guess you can say for taste but I took off three stars because I'm not sure how you can keep messing up and order that is clearly correctly labeled.

The family meal for $39 comes with 3 lg entrees, 2 lg sides. If you cook your own rice at home, you can make this last a few meals for two people. This place is pretty busy during the dinner rush. If you order online, you wait until you get notification that your food is ready for pickup. There's a sign for online pickup, but that area in front of the two cashiers is pretty chaotic, because the people in line who ordered their plates pay here. So it's a bit of a cluster. The parking is shared with safeway across the way. During dinner rush hours, finding parking is not so easy. If you want a bag, it's $0.22, apparently. We like the food, plenty of options to choose from, it's yummy. Good for convenience. Not the cheapest meal, but better than conventional fast food. And don't expect stellar customer service, it's get in and get out. This location has some small tables that can fit 3-4 people. As I'm sitting here waiting to pick up my online order, nobody's using these tables. Everyone is ordering to go.

Even though I waited the food I ordered, it was much better because it was freshly cooked and hot! The place is not big just right for getting a to go meals. Ambiance was kind of noisy don't know why. ‍

Staff was very friendly. One of my entrees was the steamed fish and she asked if I wanted what was in the pot or wanted to wait for the fresh one. I asked how long it would take and she said 7 minutes. So I waited. After paying, the staff asked gave me a cup and offered me to get a drink while I wait. That was very thoughtful. I don't remember exactly how long I waited for the fish, but when I got home to eat it, the fish was still very hot and delicious. The restaurant was very clean and it got busy as I was waiting for my food, but they seemed to handle the crowd.

*Ok...let's get this out of the way...it's not traditional Chinese food that you'd be served at home or a legit Chinese restaurant.* Now that is out of the way I can say that for a "fast food" establishment it's usually tasty but $$$. I have a "hack" to lower the price: Don't order for delivery and go inside to order(typically inside you get larger portions) and order items à la carte. You'll save money and get larger portions

Hmmmmm???!!?? Dinner is going to be a takeout tonite! Called my hubby for suggestions and Panda Express is what he expressed! .......we love to order there.... prices are good....service always friendly too!.....but you must be patient on Friday's and weekends can be understandably busy too! So if your in a rush simply call your orders in first!!! ....Food selections are the best, their vegetables are not over cooked and are quite fresh...cooks are awesome too! Here we go....four people in line...gives me time to decide what I like, yes I am trying the Crispy Almond chicken tonite( it's a new item) very yummy. 5* Covid protocols....Covid compliant signage posted..see pics, safe distancing signs on floor, all customers n workers are masked. 5* Food preparation m presentation: good on both counts....fresh chow mien, fresh just made chow fun, delicious beef broccoli, fresh cut beans w/chicken....so Ono! 5* Customer service:crew worked quickly to fill orders...the customers who ordered quickly made the line move along at a moderate pace....servers, cooks n cashier worked well together ...awesome team work!! Shoutout to Management!! Mahalo for keeping us safe! Appreciate your hard working crew serving all your delicious food while continuing to give good service!! We'll be back soon!!

    MISSING FOOD

Horrible! Ordered online, and when we went to pick up our food, the orange chicken was missing! How can you pack food and NOT realize food is missing from the plate? Not to mention the wait time to pick it up was crazy! Our food was sitting on the counter but everyone was running around like chickens without heads (waited over 20 minutes for someone to help us...and we stood in the pick up line). They need to hire new staff!

The food was greasier than other Panda Express locations that I have eaten at before. I was a little disappointed.

Everything was cooked fast, fresh to order, and great bang for your buck considering all the pricy touristy spots you can go to. We also appreciated that they had plenty of healthy options with lots of veggies. This spot is a very typical Asian American cantonese restaurant and every dish we tried was great. In fact, afterwards we put in more orders for take out so we can eat it for dinner as well. 100% would come back. Their menu is huge and I'm sure some things are better than others so I would suggest sticking to the classics and you won't be let down. Steamed fish filet served with garlic and green onions: light, fresh, tender, and delicate with a flavorful sauce. Always a hit in my family 9.5/10 Mongolian beef: very tender beef over some stir fried onions and with a sweet and savory sauce. This plate had a more sweet sauce then I usually am used to but everyone was really happy with it and had no real complaints. 9/10 Curry chicken: not something I usually order at a Chinese restaurant but was glad we tried as it was a very tender chicken dish with a flavorful yellow curry and some veggies. The sauce mixed with white rice was unbeatable. 10/10 Eggplant and tofu in garlic sauce: saucy, tender and garlicky, it was a standard version of this dish and hit the spot. I think it could of had even more garlicky flavor but I am nitpicking and would still get anytime if I came back. 8.5/10 Mixed veggies with garlic sauce: light and healthy and the wok hei really came through. 8.5/10 Shrimp chow fun with gravy: shrimp was not overcooked and very tender and the noodles were al dente. The whole dished was topped with a boatload of savory sauce. Was even better with some added chili oil. Also once you ate the noodles you can add some rice into the sauce to soak it up and enjoy it that way as well. 9/10 In summary, come and support this family ran restaurant. If you are craving this style of Chinese food served family style with excellent service, it will certainly hit the spot.

Reasonably priced and extremely popular. The chicken was fried in bite sizes with a crispy coating and hints of Chinese 5 spice. It was served on a bit of cabbage with fried basil. If you order the sauce that goes with it, you'll get a slightly sweet accent to the chicken. Grandpa Rolling Beef is a creative braised beef rolled in a scallion pancake with extra veggies. Great flavors with a crunchy texture. The joong or zong zhi was mochi rice with pork and preserved egg. If you were looking for home style sticky rice, you got it here with a bit of a light sauce. The preserved egg brings back memories of Popo's kitchen/ your childhood. We tried Taiwan tofu pudding for dessert. You should order it even if you order nothing else. Perfect for two. Silky tofu in a slightly sweet sauce with shaved ice, boba and peanuts combine for a perfect dessert. Not heavy and just sweet enough to tempt a non-dessert person. A return to this restaurant is always warranted! Give it a try!

The menu has a nice variety of authentic Taiwanese options, and the portions were satisfying. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and had a relaxed vibe that made it easy to enjoy the meal. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service could have been a little more attentive, and a couple of dishes didn't quite wow me as much as I expected for the price. Even so, I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu. If you're looking for quality Taiwanese food on Oahu, Fooki is worth a visit. Forgot to capture few pics
